Louie is a friend of Natasha and Steve, having met them while they were trying to find Bucky Barnes, during Captain America Winter Soldier. Louisa has abilities and helps along the way. When Captain America Civil War happens and Steve, Sam and Bucky need to lay low, they go to Louie for help, only to discover she lives with five other girls, who all, also have abilities.
