Back at the Avengers tower, where the remaining loyal SHIELD agents had set up base, Tony Stark was drinking as usual, but this time, he was deep in thought.

What armor, he mused. What armor is possibly that powerful to bring one into a heavily defended enemy base, and still no take any damage? Even when I fight, my armor gets dented a bit.

Fury came into the briefing room. All the other Avengers came in and sat down. Fury flashed the picture of the truck stop, and pictures of the destruction inside the base. "Whoa..." Steve said. "At 0600 hours today, a rescue beacon belonging to one of our infiltrator teams was triggered. It was pinpointed to this truck stop in Arizona. Below the truck stop we found a destroyed Hydra base." Fury said. "What killed them?" Clint asked. "That's the problem. The base was already trashed before we got there. The unknown savior of our team single handedly decimated and destroyed the base. The sole survivor said it was a female, in bulky and high tech armor which seem to have no scratches on it, and the only part of her appearance we know is she has one eye green, one eye purple." Fury said. "Oh and she goes by the name The Grey Ghost. I've had my remaining infiltrator teams asking around. This Grey Ghost is a legend in the underworld. Few dare speak her name, for those Mafia bosses who dare speak her name and challenge her, their entire central gang is wiped out within minutes." Natasha shivered. "That's some efficiency." She said. "Yes. Stark, Thor, see if you can track her down. The rest of you, you have a different mission; we have received word that a school will be attacked and captured to be used as hostages by Hydra. Your mission is to stake out the school. Banner, you'll go in and say you're on a trip to find smart interns of their age to sponsor them a trip to the Avengers tower. Any sign of huge trouble you get out of there and if needed, hulk out." Dr. Banner nodded and left to prepare.

<28 hours later>
"Well this could have gone better." Steve said as they surveyed the destroyed school. "Who knew the Grey Ghost was here too." Natasha said. "Natasha? What the hell happen to that school?" Stark asked. "Well..."
<1 hour before>
"Hello kids I am Doctor Bruce Banner, also known as the Hulk. I am here to find out if there are any kid prodigies here. I will be reviewing your projects and asking around to find prodigies, now any questions?" He asked. No one answered. "Well good. I will look at your grades and projects first, then I'll come and see you." He said.
<Later>
Doctor Banner looked around the courtyard. No one caught his attention. Even though the recruiting drive was a facade, he hoped to find prodigies here to bring back. Someone caught his attention. A lone girl sat in the shade reading. From a distance away, he couldn't be sure, but it seemed she was reading a book for experts on thermonuclear physics and sketching something out. I walked over to her. On the way, I stopped a very pretty girl. "What's her name?" I ask, pointing at the lone girl. The girl I stopped sneered. "She's a freak. She can move from place to place silently. She can understand things way above her. We cannot. She's a freak." She said and ran off. That increased my interest. I walked over to her. "Hello, what's your name?" She looked at me and said; "Avery Nyxtia Skye." She said. "But I'm called Nyx here . Just because that name is the name of the primordial of darkness in Greek mythology." Bruce looks at her book. His eyes widen in shock. Her book is heavily corrected and her notebook shows sketches and calculations for a ship to "warp travel". Essentially tearing a hole in space. I asked to look at her book on thermonuclear physics. She passes to me. I scan her calculations and to his shock, the calculations are actually correct and accurate! He turns around to ask the girl, but she already has disappeared, leaving just her notebook. He picks it up, noting the pages on 'warp travel' are torn out, but the others are. With a jolt, he realized these are more than thermonuclear physics. Every single kind of physics theory is in the book, all calculated and accurate. Even more were calculations on portals, contained dimensions. There was a half-finished theory on time travel too. This is incredible! Bruce thought. I have to pass to the others to safe keep.

<Bruce's Point Of View>
I hurried out of the school for lunch, informing the principal I would be back in the afternoon. I met Natasha, Steve and Clint at a cafe near the school. "Guys look. This kid, she has incredible skills at thermonuclear physics and other physics. Her intelligence most probably is at mine and Tony's, maybe higher." Natasha raised her eyebrows. "Then we will have to question her. Apparently we aren't as subtle as we thought." She said, pointing at a page. There was a note.

Dear Bruce Banner,
You know who I am, I know who you work for. Word of advice; be careful. Hydra has spies all around. You also know me as another name, but I won't tell you. Not yet. You'll figure out in due time. Be careful, be safe.

We looked at each other. This girl is something more than we thought, I have to find her. I got up  to leave. Steve held my arm. "Be careful, Stark would have our heads if something happened to you." I nodded.
