—New York—

Thanos used the Power Stone to stop his fall from killing him. When he landed, the X-Men and Defenders stood on front of him. Wade, Jessica, Matt, Logan, Knight and Danny were getting ready to battle him. Behind him was the Avengers Tower, and he could feel the Time Stone inside. The Reality Stone lit up and showed the Time Stone lit up inside.

"I can assure you a peaceful agreement." Thanos smiled.

"We're not letting you get inside." Danny said, looking at their group, "Your outnumbered."

"Clearly this is your first time." Thanos said, as the Power Stone and Reality Stone lit up.

"I've beaten a criminal organisation, you aren't any different."

Matt could sense the power that he was capable of. It was too much that it threw him off balance for a second.

"What are you sniffing?" Jessica whispered to Matt.

"He's right. He's too powerful." Matt muttered.

"I'm very different from what you faced, I'm entirely-"

"Shut the hell up, Cable." Wade shouted, "It's kick-ass time."

Knight, Logan and Wade were the first ones to strike. They used their blades to start wearing Thanos down but it did almost no damage. Thanos dodged Knight's blade, grabbed it and broke it into two parts. The Reality Stone lit up and the ground under Knight held him down. Logan's claws were too sharp for him to hold so the Power Stone lit up and he punched Logan so hard that he fell unconscious. Wade was the last person from the three standing and he found a new power. Before Thanos could grab his head, he teleported from behind and shot his back. The bullet ricocheted off it and went to his chest. He fell to the ground.

"Worth it." Wade groaned.

Danny and Jessica threw some punches to Thanos that made him go to a defensive position. Once he broke it, Matt came running in with a knife which was turned into dust by the Reality Stone. Thanos threw Matt towards Jessica and they fell to the ground. Both of Danny's Iron Fist lit up and so did all of the Infinity Stones that Thanos had.

"Move out of my way. I took down your entire group of yours." Thanos smirked, "You can surrender."

"I never back down a challenge..." Danny smirked, "especially from people like you."

"You are a fool."

Danny unleashed the Iron Fists and Thanos caught it by using the Power Stone. He lifted it up to the air and shot it back to him with the Reality Stone. Danny dodged it but he was very tired. There was still enough chi for another but that drained a lot of it from him. He crouched to recover for a few seconds until Thanos threw a car at him. The back part of the car caught his leg and he felt that it was broken. Thanos slowly walked towards him, smiling, with the Mind Stone lit up.

"Hey goonie boy!" Wade called out. Thanos turned around and chuckled. "Yeah... goonie asshole."

Thanos smirked and ran towards him with the Power Stone lit up. Before Thanos punches him, Wade teleported behind him and almost pierced a sword to his head. The Reality Stone turned it into eight bats that started swarming Wade. Logan came running to Thanos and jumped at him with claws. The Mind Stone lit up and a laser was shot at Logan. He went down and grabbed Wade's sword. While he was grabbing Wade's sword, Matt jumped at Thanos who turned around with a spear and stabbed Matt in the chest.

"Now, now, my child." Thanos shushed, as he lowered Matt down.

Matt could feel the blood running out of his body and getting stained on the suit. Jessica now got up and saw the spear through Matt.

"Matt!" Jessica shouted, standing up.

Thanos pointed the Reality Stone at Jessica and the rocks beneath the ground held her in place. Thanos crouched to be at the same level as Matt, who was struggling to get the spear out of his body.

"I won't kill you. Unless you tell me where the Soul Stone is." Thanos said, tilting his head to the right. "Your blind."

"You'll never..." Matt coughed and faintly said, "be God."

"I'm giving you one more chance. Tell me where the Soul Stone is and I'll spare everyone's life here."

"Screw you." Matt took a glance at Jessica and then to his right, "You might want to move."

Thanos smirked but it then turned into a frown, "What do you mean?"

The Quinjet crashed to him and carried him across town. Everything that Thanos did was undone. The bats turned into the sword again, Knight and Jessica broke out of their traps and the spear turned back into the sword. Jessica quickly ran towards Matt and checked on him. He was losing a lot of blood and she called for help. Danny was being dragged and his leg was practically broken. They were done for the battle.

—Wakanda—

Clint and M'Baku were fighting through the Atlanteans when about thirty surrounded them. They didn't know what to do since the others were too busy fighting as well.

"Your suit is full of energy! You might want to use it, coloniser!" Shuri shouted from the distance.

"Coloniser." Clint muttered, "At least call me Barton."

Clint drew all the energy to a arrow and shot it below him. It caused him, M'Baku and everyone in the are to be flung. When they landed on the ground, Clint groaned in pain and Shuri looked at him in confusion.

"You draw the energy to the swords! Not the arrow, dumbass!" Shuri shouted, getting frustrated with Clint.

"I can draw it to the swords?" Clint asked, pulling his bow apart and blades appeared on the end sides. "This is nice."

"You suggested that and you don't know it's there?"

"I thought that you said into one sword?"

"Shut the hell up and kick some damn ass because there's still eighty of them!"

"How do you know that?"

"I'm assuming!"

Thor flew to the other part of the battlefield to fight Namor once again. When he arrived, he took a chance to strike Thor with the Trident but missed. Thor swinged Stormbreaker but struck the ground instead.

"You're really bad with the hammer." Namor said, trying to get some breath.

"And you're bad with that Trident." Thor smirked, swinging Stormbreaker but Namor dodged it, "I think you don't deserve that at all."

Namor stabbed Thor with one of the edges of the Trident. He raised Thor up and showed him to his army. They then started chanting and the Wakandan army was getting sufficiently smaller. In the distance, Clint was lining up his shot.

"Taste this, asshole." Clint whispered, as he shot a arrow at Namor. It landed on Namor's elbow and he grunted in pain. It then broke into pieces and started stunning him, dropping Thor in the process, "Not bad, Clint, not bad."

"With the might of a Odinson, you shall feel the wrath of Hel!" Thor said, striking Namor with the Stormbreaker.

"That was some cringe." Shuri said from behind.

"What is this cringe you speak of?"
