—Japan—

Steve hit a brick wall after a Chitauri soldier threw a bomb between him and Quill. All hell broke loose once an army started raining down on Tokyo. Police were escorting the remaining citizens out of the battle. Natasha ran over to Steve to check on him.

"Why the hell were you guys going here, anyway?" Natasha asked, as he helped Steve up.

"A lot of unusual sources of energy were here and it was probably from Mordo." Steve got his shield and protected Natasha from a energy blast, "Find Sam."

"There's a lot of Chitauri on the street," Natasha grabbed her guns from her holsters, "I can't get to him."

Steve peeked over the wall and saw Chitauri soldiers landing, "None of us can get to him. Quill!"

"What do you need?" Quill asked annoyingly as he shot at Chitauri, "I'm kind of busy at the moment!"

"Clear the street!" Steve commanded, as he and Natasha tried to find another way to Sam.

Quill and Rocket started throwing grenades to contain the soldiers but they dodged it well. Pietro was quick to stop bullets from hitting the others using some objects. Wanda used metal to throw at the soldiers while Reed used his length and size to fight them.

"Is your length the only thing you can help with?" Quill asked Reed, reloading his weapon.

"Do you have any other ideas where I can use my powers?" Reed asked and Quill responded with a no, "Then stay out of the way."

"You are one sassy ass bitch." Quill remarked, getting out of cover and shooting at the Chitauri.

"You're one stubborn son of a bitch!" Reed fired back, throwing a car at Chitauri soldiers.

"Language!" Steve shouted into Quill's comms.

"That never gets old." Quill sighed, using his jet pack so he could balance himself in shooting at the Chitauri.

Wanda destroyed the street that the Chitauri was guarding which caused explosions from the pipes. Pietro got the citizens out of the way of danger while Reed kept debris out. Quill and Rocket were still focusing on the Chitauri soldiers that were on the roofs as they proved to be the toughest.

"Rocket! How do you plan on stopping them?" Quill asked, taking a breath after using his jet pack a lot.

"Give me your grenade which sucks them up!" Rocket shouted from across the street, "It will make one big one!"

Quill threw his grenade at Rocket and he easily caught it. Rocket wrapped some tape around the two grenades so it could stick together. Aiming at the middle of the street, Rocket threw the wrapped grenade which sucked up all the Chitauri in a circle and exploded. Rocket chuckled once he landed on the street.

"What did I tell you? Easy, right?" Rocket proudly asked.

"Don't get ahead of yourself," Quill scoffed and got on comms, "We cleared the streets, Cap."

Steve and Natasha were taking heavy attacks by the Chitauri after they surrounded the Quinjet. Quill left the Soul Stone inside the ship so the Chitauri targeted it. Sam was getting pulled by the soldiers until they reached him. Steve got knocked on the wall when Quill called him.

"Get over here!" Steve called out, grunting as he got up, "We got a stone situation here."

Pietro was the first one to arrive along with Wanda. The Chitauri focused on Wanda. She grabbed the railings of the helipad and wrapped it around three groups of soldiers.

"One's got it, Cap!" San shouted when he saw a Chitauri soldier running away with the Soul Stone.

"Not anymore." Steve muttered and then ran after it. His speed got him to the soldier in a matter of moments and he tackled the soldier. The soldier got up and pointed his rifle at Steve. Luckily, Reed threw a metal pole at the soldier and killed him. "Thanks."

"Don't thank me, Cap." Reed exhaled, trying to rest after the battle. He offered his hand to Steve, "The war isn't over."

"It never ends." Steve sighed. Once he recovered, he retrieved the Soul Stone and started running back to the Quinjet.

Wanda got hit in the waist which made her fall to the ground. Before the soldier could attack her, Natasha slid in and stabbed it in the heart. Wanda quickly stood up and destroyed the Chitauri ships that were trying to land on the building.

"Are you sure you should be doing this? You're pregnant?" Natasha chuckled, getting her electric batons out.

"I can handle it," Wanda smiled, using her mist to collide the ships together. "Pietro! Start the ship!"

"I'm on it, sister." Pietro said, getting inside the Quinjet.

—Avengers Tower—

Tony had his arms crossed as he watched the news. Tokyo was being attacked by the same army from the Battle of New York. The Avengers were there so he relaxed a little. Bruce came up to him from behind and watched the news as well.

"That is..." Bruce tried to find the words for it, "chaotic."

"No shit," Tony sighed and looked at the Bleeding Edge armor, "Almost finished. Just need a few more minutes. F.R.I.D.A.Y, how many hours until the suit is fully operational?"

"We are looking at a day, boss. The minor adjustments you made has set the time back for it to be done." F.R.I.D.A.Y. reported

"That isn't great. I need it done by the time the purple chiseled chin asshole arrives." Tony said, circling around the suit.

"Where did you place the Time Stone?" Bruce asked, checking his pockets, "I remember I had it."

"Why are you asking me, you said that you had it." Tony scoffed, checking his lab, "It has to be here."

"I found it!" Bruce shouted, grabbing the Time Stone under the desk, "How did it wind up here?"

Suddenly they heard the elevator open and Tony was worried. The Avengers were in Japan and Thor was God knows where. Tony grabbed his wristband and wore Mark 43 which was standing in the corner. When he looked down at the living room to see who it was, Tony removed his helmet.

"Oh shit."
