--Avengers Tower--

Natasha and Danny entered the room while Colleen stayed in China to support the families. When they got their, Steve and Peter were the only ones who found their responsibility alive. Wanda, Pietro and Sam came up empty as ended up in the tower. They all gathered in the living room and sat. They were waiting for Thor and the others to return.

Everyone settled in except for Jessica and Matt who went to the kitchen first. Jessica opened the fridge and helped herself to three bottles of beer.

"Not better than yours, Matt." Jessica said, drinking the second bottle.

"Looks like I have a better taste than the Avengers," Matt smirked. Jessica rolled her eyes and chuckled, "I have enhanced senses after all."

"If a building falls on you this time, I'll be joining you in the building." Jessica said, throwing all three bottles of beer in the trash can.

They joined the rest of the group where everyone was sitting down. There were some different conversations going on, Steve and Sam, Bill and Peter, Danny and Knight, etc.

"Do you feel lucky that we survived? I mean any of us could have died." Steve asked Sam.

"Very lucky. If there was seven billion people on Earth, there are now three and half left. That's a big drop." Sam answered

"Most of our hard-hitters went down, Carol, Nova, Thing." Steve named a few, "At least Thor is still alive."

"Yeah... Thor's still alive. Imagine if he died," Sam sighed, "This would have been easier if Tony was here."

"I agree." Steve chuckled, as he stood up and walked over to the bar.

Danny and Knight were mostly talking about business since Danny owns 51% of a company after all. Knight was find of talking money. He thought that would be a great debate.

"I wonder how many business partners you lost after the "Great Disappearance"." Knight chuckled

"I lost almost half of them. The companies that are still standing right now are having a hard time." Danny said

"So, when did you get two Iron Fists. Last time I saw you, you only had one."

"Around Christmas last year. I was facing against someone called the Steel Serpent and I won his chi. So I got two Iron Fists."

"Interesting."

But in the distance, two ships were falling towards the Avengers Tower. They weren't worried about civilians because they were cleared a few hours ago. They were the only ones in New York. Both ships landed on the ground next to the tower and Outriders started going out of it.

"If we stand any chance against Thanos, we have to get rid of his minions." Wanda said, looking down at them.

"She's right." Steve walked towards the kitchen, "We have to take down his puppets. Bill, I think it's time for you to get big."

"Got you. I think it would be nice if you could keep me company." Bill told Knight. Knight nodded and they walked towards the elevator.

"I can hold them off for a few minutes," Pietro said. Steve gave him the green light and Pietro completely dashed to the lobby.

"Danny, Matt. Let's stay here and give them a ass-kicking. The others, do your thing." Steve commanded, as they got ready.

--Nidavellir--

Quill, Reed and Rocket watched a burned Thor limp towards them. A few moments ago, Thor opened a dead star to forge a new weapon. Eitri helped in forging it. Reed was tending to Thor's wounds while Eitri forged the weapon.

"You still have Mjolnr, why would you need another weapon?" Eitri asked, creating the handle and top.

"I need it sharper and can take on more thunder than ever before. A great threat is coming." Thor said, as Reed healed his burnt arms.

"I noticed the 'Great Disappearance is going on. Doesn't sound too well."

"It isn't good. Thanos wiped out half of the universe and is looking to kill the other heroes. I still don't know why he hasn't found us yet." Quill said

"Because the Infinity Gauntlet broke from too much power. He's looking to repair it." Thor looked at Eitri with horror, "He's coming here. Hide."

Once they hid from above, a portal appeared on front of Eitri and Thanos walked through it. The Infinity Gauntlet was burnt and destroyed except for the stones. The six stones were still intact but not the gauntlet. Thanos removed the stones from the gauntlet and placed it on a table.

"Do you have any spare gauntlets, Eitri?" Thanos asked with a smile.

"I do. Follow me." Eitri said, looking up to the group.

While Eitri led Thanos to the gauntlets, Reed, Quill and Thor walked towards the stones. Rocket went to the Milano to start it up. They were left standing there, looking at the stones. They weren't too sure which stones would kill them.

"Don't touch the Power Stone..." Quill said softly, "You'll get turned into dust."

"And the Reality Stone as well, it will take your soul. I'm not sure about the Soul Stone though."

Suddenly a ghost appeared on front of them. They jumped a little but it was Strange. He turned to dust but there he was, floating on front of them.

"I though you were dead?" Thor exclaimed

"I don't have a lot of time," Strange looked behind himself, "I'm on the Astral Plane."

"Why are you here anyways?" Reed asked

"I'm going to tell you which stones you can touch." Strange looked on the table where the stones are, "You can take Time, Soul and Mind."

"We need to get Space Stone so we can stop him from teleporting." Thor explained and Strange pointed at Stormbreaker. "Oh, ok."

Thor used a sharp metal to crack a hole in Stormbreaker so he could place the Space Stone in it. But as soon as he was about to place it, Thanos started running at them. Reed was in a hurry so he grabbed the Time and Soul stone and they ran.

"You're mine!" Thanos's new gauntlet was some sort of magnet where the stones went back to him. Only the Mind, Power and Reality came back because the others were in others possession.

Quill and Reed ran to the Milano which was already started thanks to Rocket. But Thor was in a encounter with Thanos. They were face to face and they both had new weapons.

"Three infinity stones versus one. You're outmatched, God of Thunder." Thanos smirked

"But this weapon is equal to the gauntlet." Thor smiled as well.

When they clashed, a whole shockwave of power flowed through the air. It was mostly Power Stone vs Stormbreaker. Thor used his might to stop the attacks of the Reality Stone. He also blocked the Mind Stone which would make him follow him. Thor's only problem was the Power Stone since it was strong.

When Thor missed a swing with the Stormbreaker, Thanos grabbed his head and placed the Power Stone near it.

"How does it feel, God of Thunder. Power. Real power." Thanos laughed as the Power Stone was damaging his brain.

And then suddenly Quill came flying in and placed a bomb on Thanos's back. He looked back and saw Quill giving him the finger.

"This is for Gamora, bitch." Quill said, as Thor teleported him and Quill to Earth.
