So, this is basically an AU where HYDRA won against S.H.I.E.L.D. in the events of the movie Captain America: The Winter Soldier. (Based a bit in the 4th season of AoS)

HYDRA won the battle against S.H.I.E.L.D.! Now everyone is either on HYDRA's side or they're dead, or even brainwashed. Your OC and mine are the only ones who can still be against them.

But to survive, my OC works for HYDRA, though she acts as a double agent. There is a group called the Rebellion, and my OC is part of them. She acts very carefully to avoid being discovered, but it seems like HYDRA is starting to distrust her.

And on top of that, the Avengers are all MIA!

(You get the choice for whatever happened to your OC and what is your OC doing now. Some options are:

-Your OC also works for HYDRA, as double agent or not

-Your OC is also MIA

-Your OC is already part of the Rebellion

-Your OC is just a civilian that tries not to attract HYDRA's attention
