(JAKE'S POV)

We were now climbing along some mountains. We were going to get our Ikrans today. Me, Anna, and Penelope have all completed our training and now we get our Ikrans. I looked down at my sister and smiled. Over-protectiveness was kicking in quickly. Ever since she was violated by Lyle Wainfleet I have been keeping her with me at all times. (At least when we were in our human bodies). And to know that he put a baby in her without her permission made my blood boil. I hope she gets her Ikran and I hope she has a good time. I love her so much.

We finally arrived at where we were going to get our Ikrans. Anna was looking really nervous. Penelope rubbed her shoulder and gave her reassuring smile and told her that she would be okay. I can't help but feel happy knowing that she had friends here. Neytiri walked next to me and started to explain how I was supposed to get my Ikran.

"How am I supposed to know he choices me?"

"He will try and kill you."

I paused for a second.

"Outstanding."

(ANNA'S POV)

I was standing next to Penelope as I watched Jake tackled an Ikran. He connected his queue to the Ikran which calmed it down. I then froze when I saw Jake fall over the cliff on his Ikran.

"JAKE!!"

Penelope held me back. I wanted to cry. I then saw Jack fly up on his Ikran. I smiled as I watched Jake and Neytiri fly off. I turned and looked at Penelope and smiled.

"My turn."

When I was allowed to get my Ikran I felt nervous. They flew away from me and most of them hissed before flying away from me. I then heard a loud screech from behind me. I turned and saw a beautiful Ikran.

(ANNA'S IKRAN)

She had a pattern that reminded me of a sunset back on earth. I got into a stance and jumped at her. After much struggling I managed to get her down and wrapped the rope around her mouth. I then connected my queue to her. I felt a rush of energy go through me. I then remembered what Neytiri said by the first flight seals the bond.

*Fly gently*

My Ikran then jumped off the cliff and flew into the air. I never felt this free before. My deafness always made it hard for me back on earth. I was limited in the things I could do. But now I felt the freedom that I always wanted to experience. I knew what I was going to name her.

*Hello Sunburst.*

She let out a screech as if she was saying hello. I smiled when I noticed Penelope on a Ikran that had an ocean pattern.

(PENELOPE'S IKRAN)

I smirked when I saw the glances she was giving Mukata.

*They are so in love*

I can only hope that I would be able to find a love like that.

-a couple of hours later-

I unlinked and was helped up by Grace. I gave her a kind smile before walking towards my room. I layed down on my bed as a wave of nausea rushed through me. I grabbed the bucket besides my bed and threw up. After about a good two minutes I felt so much better. I layed my head on my pillow and thought about my day I had. Penelope told me that she named her Ikran Misty. I rubbed my stomach and felt happy knowing my baby bump wasn't showing yet. Grace, Trudy, Norm, Jake and Penelope along with Xavier and Amanda knew about my pregnancy. They all promised not to tell anyone about it. Especially Lyle Wainfleet. That man still gives me nightmares. And I hate to see what would happen if he found out about the baby. My baby....this is my baby and I will take good care of him or her. I then thought about Amanda. I also wondered why she took an immediate liking towards me. But whatever the reason was I am glad she protects me. I wonder what she could be doing now.

(AMANDA'S POV)

I giggled to myself as Miles lead me somewhere.

"Miles where are you taking me?"

"It's a surprise Amanda. Now close your eyes."

I couldn't help but smile. I loved this man. When we stopped walking I felt my husband put an air mask onto my face. I was then pulled outside.

"Okay Amanda open your eyes."

I opened them and gasped. I saw Pandoras night sky full of beautiful stars. I looked at my husband.

(MILE'S POV)

I looked at my wife and took her hands into mine. I wanted to tell her everything that was I was doing. And the lives that were going to be destroyed. I knew that the bond she had with her sister was strong. She would do anything for her. When this war starts I know she will have a hard time choosing a side. But I hope she chooses me. I honestly thought getting married and having a family was a complete waste of time. And then I met Amanda and then she gave me Belle. Amanda gave me things that I never knew I needed. My wife changed my entire outlook on certain aspects of life.

"I love you so much Amanda. I'm happy you choose me."

She wrapped her arms around my neck. I wrapped my arms around her waist and brought her closer to me. If we weren't wearing these breathing masks that helped us breath on Pandora we would be kissing and I would be taking Amanda back to the bedroom. She gave me that beautiful smile that always got me weak.

"I will chose you in this life and in the next one. I let you put a ring on my finger. Plus I did have your child."

"Right you are Amanda. You know it absolutely destroyed me when you and Belle left for a month."

"I know Miles. But Belle had so much fun and she took a lot of pictures. You know Belle and Jade Sully get along just amazing. They have become best friends. Who was Parker most scared of, you or Z-Dog?"

"Definitely Z-Dog. She threatened to kill him in his sleep."

I looked at my wife as she chuckled and smiled to myself.

"Amanda would you ever consider getting an Avatar?"

"No. Miles I don't believe in having a second fake Body. It just seems wrong to me. Trying to prevent death when everybody eventually dies."

I pulled her closer to me.

"Are you sure you wouldn't consider making an Avatar."

"No I don't Miles Quaritch."

"Okay. What's your favorite type of Navi?"

"Miles why are you asking me these questions? Where are they coming from?"

"Just out of curiosity."

"The tough Miles Quaritch is being curious. That's new."

I sighed. I didn't want to tell her the real reason I was asking these questions.

"My favorite type of Navi has to be the Metkayina."

"The Metkayina?"

"They're more equipped for aquatic environments. Oh, what it would be like to be able to swim and breath under water at the same time."

"Sounds like you Amanda."

"Miles stop that."

She playfully shoved me. She then started to walk away.

"Amanda, where are you going?"

"To bed Miles. We have work tomorrow. You should head to bed as well........ Colonel."

She said that last part a bit teasingly. I picked her up and tossed her into the bed. I grabbed her face and kissed her roughly. I then looked at her.

"What did I say about playing dangerously."

"And you should remember that I don't always want to play safely."

She grabbed my face placing our lips together again but with more passion.
