(Mathias): "Where......Where am I? I'm dead?"

(Sylwanin): "Yes, Mathias. You are in the place or all souls come when the time came for them to leave their mortal coil. This is what you humans call..... The paradise."

Mathias turned, startled by the voice behind him, and saw a young female Na'vi materialize before him, like a ghost. Mathias recognizes her. It's Sylwanin, the sister of Neytiri. The young female alien smiled at the young man and approaches him, while Mathias begins to back off, frightened.

(Sylwanin): "Do not be afraid Mathias. You're safe here. We know who you are and what you want to do for our people. Falco and most humans do not understand our point of view, but you, you're different. You immediately treated us like your second family. "

(Mathias): "I remember ....... The attack of the soldiers..... Falco..... The explosions..... The smell of burning and death...... I was killed in the bombing."

(Sylwanin): "Your human body is dead, but your avatar is still alive, only he has no soul for do it living."

Mathias does not understand. He is human, yet his soul was sent to the paradise of Na'vi, the field of the goddess Eywa. (Mathias): "Who .... Who are you?"

(Eywa): "I am the creator of Pandora and all forms of life. I'm also the protector of the Na'vi souls...... I am Eywa, and I know who you are, Mathias."

Mathias can not believe it. The goddess Eywa. She really exists! Mathias thought he had seen strange things in his life, but there, it breaks all records. The goddess moves slowly towards the young man. But Mathias also thinks about Neytiri.

(Mathias): "But if I'm dead...... Neytiri ...... Oh no!"

(Sylwanin): "Return to Neytiri, Mathias. Be happy together, and free Pandora. This is and has always been your destiny."

Mathias thanks Sylwanin and Eywa for their help. The goddess spreads her arms and light begins to appear from her hands. Rays of light begin to wrap Mathias and cover his body. The young man feels no pain, on the contrary, it is rather nice. He closes his eyes and a huge flash of light swallows him in few seconds.

Suddenly, few minutes after, Mathias opens his eyes and takes life in his avatar body. Seeing this, Neytiri stops crying and is so happy and relieved. This time she cries with joy and hugged Mathias with love, and he does the same, to reassure her. Mathias smiled to Neytiri and kisses her with love, to show her that even death can never separate them. Eywa succeeded. She transferred the soul of Mathias in his avatar, to enable him to continue to live with Neytiri.

(Neytiri): "I was so scared Mathias. I thought I lost you forever."

(Mathias): "Never. I'll always be here for you. Always."

Hope is reborn in the eyes of the young queen Na'vi, and she smiled again. Mathias is happy to see her like that, and his heart seems healed. But soon, the couple returns to the current situation, and goes to the camp. When they got there, they discover that the camp was completely devastated by the missiles of the gunship, which has already left. Nothing remains except the ruins, with the smoke that continues to be released into the air. Mathias is emptied in seeing that. In the rubble of the camp, he discovered his connection box, destroyed, and next to, his human body, dead, killed by missile explosions. Mathias is shocked and Neytiri takes him by the hand to support him, and she feels sorry for the young man. Now Mathias became a Na'vi for the rest of his life, but it makes him a shock to see his body, dead, and to think that his former life, that he has always known, is over. Neytiri advances and kneels near the human body of Mathias. She seems very surprised at what Mathias really looked like, but she is very sad to know that he died in his human form. She gives a kiss on the eyes of the human body of Mathias, as a mark of respect.

Soon after, while Mathias continues to seek the equipment intact in the rubble of the camp, he hears the voice of Neytiri who calls him. Mathias rushes and sees Neytiri kneel near the body of another human, a woman, dressed in a scientific jacket torn. Mathias, horrified, comes over and takes her in his arms to try to wake her.

(Mathias): "Nora! Can you hear me? I beg you, open your eyes!"
