Surabhi sat watching the paati arrange the plates inside her small Hut closing the shop

"Innum oru idlli vaikava ma?" The granny's weak voice asked her and she nodded as no slowly cutting a piece of idlli and pushing into her mouth

Her eyes looked glossy just like how a clear water pond gets disturbed when a stone is thrown into it .

She felt restless and messed up! It was like the more she tried to avoid sakthi and stop thinking about him ,she ended about getting more close and started thinking more .

She felt she was more hard on herself than him! She was pushing him away in the progress she also walked aside along with him

She was in the verge of breaking down! She felt more fragile today

"Ama un aalu varala ma?" The old granny asked with a smile

Surabhi looked scattered for a minute  realizing she is refering to sakthi as her boyfriend, she nodded as no

"Avaru en friend paati! Aalu illa" she told gulping the lump formed in her throat

"Ohhh"  paati told smiling mischievously and went inside her hut

Surabhi took a deep breath , see this is what happens her little step towards forgetting him will always ended thinking about him or someone talking about him

"Oiii surabhi" sakthi yelled as he parked his bike and ran  towards her jogging

Surabhi sighed and placed her plate down and washed her hands with the water bottle and smiled at him.

Sakthi settled himself next to her and gave a heart robbing smile flashing his dimples

"Paati one plate idli" sakthi told

"Enna ma un aalu varamatan nu sonna , na atha ready pack panniya ippo idlli  illa " the granny told and surabhi looked away nervously hearing her address him as aalu again and that too infront of him

Sakthi looked down scratching his nape ,his ears turned red so did his  cheeks .

Felt like someone throwing a cup full of honey into his ears which made him smile!

"Paravala paati venam viduga " sakthi told

A few minutes in silence and sakthi looked at surabhi ,she was wearing a pink crop top with a high waist jeans

Sakthi noticed her eyelash had fallen in her cheek, he moved closed to her and slowly yet carefully picked it out making surabhi go breathless and then he placed it on his fist

"Kanna mudi, wish something and blow it" sakthi told and surabhi's eyes filled with tears in minute

Something he also follows!

She closed her eyes and wished for some clarity and opened her eyes,sakthi smiled at her and when she was ready to blow sakthi to blew the lash along with her .

Surabhi could not hold back and sobbed!

"Hey hey enna achi? Surabhi are okay ? Hey sollu?" Sakthi panicked seeing tears in her eyes

"Ennala mudiyalaa sakthi" she told sobbing

"The more I try to hate you ,the more I..I love you" surabhi told making his heart skip a  thousand beats

"Enku unna nejmaa avlo pudikum ana.." surabhi stopped realizing she is ranting it out

"Ana ? Ana yenna?" Sakthi asked

" Ana it's just a part of me always know that you will never be mine "

"Bullshit! Yaru sonna apdi?"

"Yarum sonnala sakthi but I..i knew it , not wanna sound basic but your someone who is out of my league and I am someone who you would have not even turn around twice to see " surabhi confessed

"And suddenly you confessed,being a simple girl who just runs a bakery for a living ,I..i just couldn't take it ,it's not a daily scene in a ordinary girl's life who gets a celebrity as house owner and then gets to have dinner at a street shop?" Surabhi ranted and sakthi placed a hand on his cheek and watched her talk her heart out 

"Surabhi! All I needed from you was just 3 words of confession , not your background or your orignal girl looks which bothered me ! It was never about your looks or your bakery background it was always about you" sakthi told as he turned towards her and held her hands

"I liked you and love you for what you are! Your talking about the Surabhi everyone sees and i am talking about the Surabhi who stands infront of the mirror and feels proud about herself" sakthi told sincerely

Surabhi tried opening her mouth but words refused to leave her mouth ,she gasped out like a fish out of water and looked around .

Listening to him talk was like too much of sweets at once which her body did not accept

"En..en friend ve en kooda iru sakthi , pls " surabhi sobbed

Sakthi sighed and pulled her to a side hug looking at her State his heart refused to argue more and just hugged her

"Sari calm down" sakthi whispered patting her back

Surabhi hated how weak she felt right now!

The next day , santhosh who arrived in the morning was  watching surabhi, work like a robot

"Akka! Enna achi?" He asked for the another 20 time since morning

"Oru vaati sonna puriyatha? Enku onnum illa na nalla dha irukan" she cut him off rudely

Santhosh sighed and he knew it was about sakthi so she decided to talk to him about it but before that a phone call broke his thoughts

It was from one of their relative! The only relative they are close with

"Ah sollunga athai"

"I will talk about it...ahhhhh sari...ahh okay" santhosh ended the call and looked at surabhi who looked at h confused

" Subha athai! She is listing out grooms for you akka! You definitely need to do something " santhosh told and surabhi sighed

Here sakthi's who was tossing in his bed looked up has his phone pinged with notification

"Chennai reach ayitan da"

The message read and his face brighten up ,he could hear the message his her voice .

Hurriedly he rushed into the washroom to get ready!
