"Help me..." Was the last word you said before you fell unconscious.

"No, Y/n wake up..." He gasped and lightly slapped your cheek. Jin still calling your name on the phone, he noticed it and quickly answered the phone without reading the caller's name.

"Hello?" He can tell that the caller was surprised by his deep voice on the phone.

"Who are you?! Where's Y/n?!" Jin's voice was laced with anger, he thought it's the person who hurts you.

"Please calm down, I didn't do anything to her. I saw her just came out from an alley and she's bleeding, i'm taking her now to hospital." He said trying to calm him down through the phone as he explained why. He carried you in a bridal style after telling Jin which hospital he will take you.

Jin quickly get out from the car as soon as Mr Chung parks it in front of the hospital, his tears was mixed with his sweats as he get inside the hospital sprinting directly to the ER and there he saw the guy who helped you, sitting alone on the waiting area.

"Prince Seokjin?" The guy stand up with a surprised look while looking at him and then bowed at him.

"Captain Namjoon? h--" his words were cutted off when the doctor came out from the OR.

"Doc. How is she?" They both said in unison.

"She loss too much blood..." The doctor said and hearing those words broke his heart more.

"What's her blood type?" Jin asked the doctor, hoping that your blood type is O so he can help to save your life immediately.

"We need a blood type A for her." The doctor answered him.

"My blood type is A too, I'll give her mine." Namjoon said and volunteered to donate his blood.

"Please don't die...please...don't leave me Y/n." He keep saying while sitting on the waiting area with Mr Chung comforting him, his tears keep rolling down from his red and puffy eyes from crying. Mr Chung is looking at him with a concerned face.

After waiting that feels like a thousand years for Jin, the doctor came out again giving them an assuring nod telling that your okay now but you will be unconscious for three or five days. Jin sigh in relief after hearing the news about you, even though you'll be unconscious for how many days at least you are still alive and safe now.

During the days that you are unconscious, Jin commanded Cpt.Namjoon to find out the one who hurt you and with the help of Cpt.Namjoon's cousin named Kim, Taehyung who's working as a police officer and best at tracking people, they found out through the CCTV footage on the street you passed by that it was Jackson Wang who followed you the whole time and caught running out from the alley where he followed you with a small knife on his hand tainted with your blood. Being the best tracker, Taehyung quickly found out where Jackson Wang was hiding and then the police arrested him and also found out that he's a member of one of the most wanted gang in the town who's selling tons of illegal drugs like heroin or cocaine.

"Your highness, please let the maids take care of her. You need to rest." Mr Chung said to Jin with a concerned look but he just shooked his head while sitting beside you, gently wiping the clean and wet towel on your face. Mr Chung just sighed while looking at the prince's face, Stress was written on his face and the dark circles on his eyes tells he didn't get a good sleep, he can't even eat well because his mind's focused on you. Since he brought you to the palace, he's the one who took care of you.

Today is the 3rd day and you are still unconscious.

"Please wake up my princess....I really missed your smile." He said while holding your hand.

"Your highness, your father will be here tomorrow. You still haven't told him about her." Mr Chung reminded him about his father.

"Father will understand me. I'll do everything just to protect the girl I love. Y/n and her halmoni will stay here at the palace with me." He seriously said to Mr Chung and then his eyes widens and gasped as he was surprised when he felt your hand twitched.
"Y-y/n?" He looked at you and saw you moved your head to your left, your eyes slowly opens and meet his own.

"Jin?" You said but your voice didn't come out because your throat feels dry, you sat up and knitted your eyebrows as you are wondering if where are you while looking around Jin's royal be like room.

"Here, drink some water." Jin handed you a glass of water, you get it from him and drank it all and this made you realized how thirsty you are.

"More." You said and Jin immediately poured another glass of water for you; you drank it all again and then handed back the empty glass. "Jin, where am I?" You asked him and you noticed the stress on his face.

"Y/n, you are at my pal--" he paused "you are at my place." He said.

"Wait, why--" the sudden headache interrupts you. You tried to massage your temples and then the scene of Jackson stabbed you with the knife suddenly flashed into your mind, you gasped as you finally remember what happened that night which you thought that it was just a bad dream.

"Jin, my halmoni.." You said and looked at him with a worried face as your halmoni came into your mind.

"Y/n, don't worry. Your halmoni is okay and she's also here." He said and gave you an assuring nod and then looked at Mr Chung. "Mr Chung, tell her Halmoni that she's awake now." He said and Mr Chung nodded at him and bowed before he leaves. Your face turns into a confused one while looking at Mr Chung leaving the two of you alone inside the room.

"Wait, you told me that he's your father but why did you call him Mr Chung?" You asked him as you are confused why did he call his father Mr Chung. After he heard your question, you can tell  that he's nervous to answer it by looking at his shaking eyes and you can also feel that there is this something that he needs to tell you but he's hesitating to tell it.

"I'll explain it to you later, but please don't be mad at me." He said and nervously looked at you and this made you more curious to know what is he hiding from you.

"Jin, I want you to tell me now." You said.

What if she will be mad at me? What if she will avoid me? What if... He thought and you noticed the uneasiness on his face.

"Jin, I won't be mad at you." You assured him and gave him a nod telling that whatever it is you will listen and understand him because you are his friend, but you can't help yourself not to feel nervous.

Jin took a deep breath in and out as he gathered all his courage and look directly to your eyes.

"Y/n, Mr Chung is not my father...he's my personal butler. I'm sorry I lied to you," he paused "and there is also one thing that you should know about me, Y/n. I really wanted to tell you but i'm afraid, not because I don't trust you, I really trust you Y/n....I really am. It's just that i'm afraid you'll avoid me." He said and held both of your hands which made you more curious.

"What is it?" You asked him.

"Y/n, i'm...."

"I am a prince." He said.

You were surprised at what he had just said, you thought that he was just joking but he's not because he seriously said it, and because of that you don't know what to say and just look down to your lap, letting out the tears from your eyes as you really feel embarrassed for yourself because the prince chose to be friends with a poor person like you, protected you from your bullies and saved your worthless life for how many times. What did you do for him? Nothing but to involved him in your problems.

"I'm so sorry..." You said and pulled your hands away from him.

Why? Because you are mad at him? No, you're not mad even though he lied to you. He did that because he don't want someone to know his real identity as a prince and you understand his reason but you can't help yourself not to feel embarrassed and looked so down at yourself.

"Y/n, don't say sorry yo--" you cutted off his words.

"No, I should be, your highness. I'm so sorry." You said and was about to stand up from your bed to bow at him but he grabbed your wrist which stops you, pulling you back to the bed and hugged you.

"No, don't hug me...you shouldn't hug a worthless person like me." You cried and tried to pull yourself away from him but he tighten his hug on you.

"Please don't say that, you're not worthless, Y/n." He said and then pulled a little bit away from the hug, caressing your cheeks with his hands. "Y/n, look at me." He said but you keep your head low. "Please." He said and you finally lift up your head, locking eyes with him.

"You are not worthless Y/n. Words are not enough to describe how valuable you are, how special you are...and how much you really mean to me. You don't have to repay me for everything what I did for you, just like what I've said, saying 'thank you' is enough for me." He said while letting out the tears from his eyes "You will never be a burden to me, Y/n. And please don't treat me as a prince. I want you to treat me like the way you treat me before and remain our friendship." He added and hugged you again, it tooks a few seconds before you hugged him back, well you can't help yourself being hesitant for your action now that you know your friend is a prince, you didn't say anything and just stayed in silence, keeping all the words he have said in your mind, those words that made you stop from crying and calmed you down, those words that also made your heart skipped a beat.

"I'm so sickly worried for you that night...I don't want to lose you Y/n." He said and then got curious because you didn't respond him "Y/n?" He called your name but you didn't answer. He felt your body gets heavy, and realized that you fell asleep in his embrace when he heard a quiet and soft snores from you. He smiled and carefully tucked you on his bed.

"What took Mr Chung so long?" Jin murmured and shifted his gaze from you to the door and saw that your halmoni and Mr Chung's standing there.

"Oh, Mr Chung? How long have been there?" Jin asked.

"When you told her that you are a prince, your highness."
