Flashback a couple months ago…

Jingyi was hiding from his newest babysitter, who was busy dolling herself and unbuttoning one more button from her blouse, to attract the attention of his papa.

No, he couldn't have that, he didn't want that slut to be his mom. 

Slut.

He heard one of the workers from his papa's office was talking about the babysitter. Apparently she slept with many people to get this job.

Although Jingyi did not understand the meaning of slut, he knew that it was a bad word. So, he ran from her and hid in one of the meeting rooms.

When the door to the meeting rooms opened, he was startled and hid himself behind the tall shelf on the far corner of the room.

There were few people coming in and talking about something he did not understand and he almost fell asleep when that voice woke him up.

The voice was clear like a bell, and there was laughter in it. Jingyi was curious and he peeked from where he was hiding, to see the most beautiful person he ever saw, with long black hair tied with a red ribbon, and silver eyes so clear and full of humor. Too bad he was on the other side of the video call that a man in front of him made.

The person spoke like a madman, but clearly he was very smart because he could make the other person, who talked to him, rendered speechless.

"Well, Cheng, congrats, now you have become a corporate slave!" The person laughed again and this time, Jingyi fell instantly in love. "So, I'm leaving it all to you, I'm just gonna go to the park and feed the bird at the pond to celebrate this, and after that I'm going to Jie's place to eat her pork rib and lotus soup. You're welcome to join us!"

And he was a chatterbox, perfect for his quiet papa.

Jingyi silently formulated a plan in his head to get to know this person better before he served him to his papa, on a silver plate nonetheless.

The park.

He had to go to the park to find this mysterious stranger.

After begging his babysitter to go to the park, he wandered alone and asked around about the pond, and he finally found him feeding the birds.

Jingyi observed him for a couple of months after that and finally caught on to his schedule, and he hatched the perfect plan to make him and his papa meet.

After he successfully caught the attention of the man with the silver eyes, who was more beautiful up close, he ran away and called his papa in a hurry to let him know that he was being chased by a strange man and told him that he hid himself inside the ice cream store, the he waited until the man caught on to him.
