This is hard really because the first time I ever loved anyone I was only seven years old and it was love at first sight I might add plus it was the first time I ever spoke my first words in front of anyone since I came to live with the Emme-Reece family.

Quatre Raberba Winner was my first and only love, even though I was asked out many times when I was in school, even my work colleagues also tried; sorry guys only one has my heart.

My Father told me that he had arraigned many different suitors throughout my school life because he wanted me to marry into a family that would appreciate the Sanderson and Emme-Reece linage but all I could think about was the boy I met when I was seven and nothing else.

I told him that I loved the boy I met years ago and he still told me that I had to go to the marriage interviews that he had planned for me and at least go on one date and then decided.

I remember one marriage interview that I went to and sadly I'm working with him to this day, his name was Subaru Kuromaki; I would always just called him Kuro-kun or Kuromaki most of the time but he would call me Violet all the time, he hardly knew me so why should he get to use my name before then, he was a really nice boy at the time we first met, we had to be no older than fifteen years old at the time. I remember it well...

I argued with my Father countless times on this matter and they would always start off with ...'Father I don't want to go I ready love someone from long ago so please' I would yelled at him nonstop but he just ignored it and walked out of the room while my mother helped me get ready in a pure white kimono, pinning my fringe out of my face and putting on make-up as she went.

I got to hand it to her she knew what she was doing with this kind of thing and even the staff members were surprised at how she quickly she got me ready without their help.

So I was ready to meet with this person I didn't even know, the only thing I knew was his name and that he was roughly my age and that was it. Great Mother, Father you left me without knowing a thing. *slight laugh*

We headed to a privet hotel to hold this marriage interview because it had a privet floor for VIPs and I guess my family counted as VIPs in some way *laugh*.

As we entered everyone was bowing to Mother and Father and me but I just sighed and carried on walking following my parents as we entered the room.

There in the middle of the room was a round table and three people sitting at it waiting, waiting for us I had guessed. In a corner of the room, behind the three sitting at the table were two girls who were smiling and awing over me, because of how I looked and a boy staring at me, it seemed he didn't want this boy that I presumed to be his older brother to get married, all to be about the age of seven.

'Welcome Shinou-sama, Mia-sama, this must be your lovely daughter Violet-sama I presume?' said the women sitting at the table, her husband and son were quiet, too quiet for my liking.

They never got up and introduced themselves and because of that my parents sat down quite quickly while I took my time trying not to fall over in my damn kimono, I hate those things but it's all part of a marriage interview I guess.

'Violet-Chan, this is Subaru Kuromaki, he is the oldest son to the Kuromaki import company and someone we want you to get to know more about' said my Father looking at me but I was in a daze which didn't really please him but he just ignored it as I always went like this since the first marriage interview that I had back when I was fourteen years of age.

Oh that Mashiro Sakurai he was awful really, he smelt and would only talk about space and how much he wanted to have the Sanderson and Emme-Reece fortunes to help him get into space.

Hold on a minute we have space shuttles for that kind of thing, I would normally go into space three to four times a year, and so this marriage interview fell apart.

After sometime our parents left with the children that were at the back of the room and we were alone. 'Great' I thought 'I have to talk with him otherwise he'll think I'm rude' I thought again but just when I was about to say something the boy called Subaru said 'sorry but I don't want to marry you, you seem like a nice girl and all but I just can't not now and not in the near future' and with that he walked out of the room.

Here I thought I was being rude but I could see on his face when he said that to me was a face of hurt, a face that I could tell that he had someone he loved and didn't want to leave.

I sat there for what seemed like the longest time ever but in fact it was only five minutes or so, I only really snapped out of it when two little girls came in giggling.

'I told you Subaru won't choose anyone' said one of the girls, 'yeah Aika-Chan I know what you mean' said the other girl. They hadn't realised I was still sitting there at the table until I slowly got up from the chair.

'We're sorry we didn't mean anything by that' said the two girls, I just smiled and asked them, they had to be about seven years of age if they wanted to know my reason for also declining the marriage interview like their brother had. They both agreed to listen and so I told them my story.

I got to know they girls quite well really their names were Aika which means Love Song and Aiko which means Love Child, sisters to Subaru Kuromaki, their older brother doted on them quite a bit and because of that they were spoilt by him and their brother who was called Akira which means Bright or Clear was part of the 'set' as they called it meaning they were triplets, they loved to pick on him but they were really close.

They were happy for their older brother to get marriage but Akira didn't like it one bit because he was always told by Subaru that they would stay together no matter what but due to him getting married soon he and Akira would have to split which didn't make him happy one little bit.

Suddenly an idea hit me like a tonne of bricks and I asked the girls to get their brother Akira to help me with something. I knew this plan wouldn't work because they were only seven years old but in natural fact in worked.

The plan was for Akira to walk up to mine and his parents to distract them while Aika and Aiko grabbed a hold of Subaru and brought him to a different room where we would talk and then finally walk out together to say what we really think about this whole thing in front of our parents.

It took Akira no more than about five minutes to get his parents away from the room with my parents following, Aiko and Aika managed to get their brother at the food table that had been set up for us to eat, making a mess along the way, all the girls said was that Subaru didn't feel well so they were taking him to the restroom.

Subaru was in the room in a matter of minutes and finally we had time to talk after I shooed the girls away.

'Listen Kuro-kun, I won't call you by your first name as I don't know you, so Kuro-kun or Kuromaki will have to do' I said quiet harshly to him and he agreed to his and just asked if he called call me Violet at first I said no but with him asking again and again I finally agreed.

'I just want to tell you Kuromaki that I have someone that I already love, the last time I saw him was at by birthday when I was only seven years of age, I hadn't spoken a word until that day, more than four years after I was adopted into the Emme-Reece family' I explained to Subaru, he just listened to me but when I said 'adopted' he was shocked.

'So you're not an Emme-Reece like everyone has said' he asked with such a hush look on his face, I just shook my head 'no Kuromaki I'm not but I have found out that my real last name is 'Sanderson' the only daughter to the Sanderson line.

I'm not aware that my younger brother is still alive really as I haven't seen him since I was three maybe four years old' as I fully explained he finally understood where I was going and he stood back up and walked out of the room, making me follow him so then we can explain this to our parents that were waiting outside for our answer.

We headed outside and everyone was waiting to see what we had decided on and when my father saw my face he understood and nodded to say it was ok, I also saw my brother in the back encouraging me to say what was on my mind like he had done many years ago and was still doing even to this day.

'Everyone we have some news that is going to be hard to take' said Subaru, I just nodded and said 'yes we have decided to break off everything as we both have someone that we truly love and we would rather be with them', 'we are sorry that we have wasted your time on this marriage interview' said Subaru and he walked out of the room never to return.

Mother and Father came up to me and asked if it was true and I said it was, 'sadly he had fallen in love with someone and visits her in the hospital everyday because it was his fault that she's there' I told them and then his parents knew I was talking about and brought their children out of the building to try and find their oldest son.

I never saw Subaru again until he turned up at the company many years later, as far as I know his love recovered from her injuries and now they have their own family, but I found out that Subaru Kuromaki was hell as doing paper work as he kept making the same mistakes on everything that he did and always needed help, I wondered how he coped with bringing up children. I was told that he was an ace at that part and I think it was to do with his much younger siblings really.
