(sans x fangirl reader) Christmas day

You wake up to someone poking your face.
You groan, not wanting to wake up.
"Hey kid, wake up." An unknown voice says.
Though the voice is unknown, you recognize the speech pattern.
One thought rolls through your mind. 'Sans?!'
You open your eyes to see Sans's face in front of you.
Cue internal fangirl screaming as your eyes widen in overwhelming excitement.
"Uhh...kid?" He says, confused at your reaction.
You feel a maniacal smile creeping its way onto your face, still internally screaming.
"Kid are you ok?" He asks even more confused.
You nod your head enthusiastically, as the internal screaming continues.
"Uh..ok then, can you tell me where I am?" He asks bewildered by your excitement.
You do your best to gather whatever composure you have left.
"Your in my house."You say, feeling a storm of butterfly's gathering in your chest.
"Do you know how I got here?" He asks, very much puzzled by his current whereabouts.
"I dont know how but...i may have an idea why." You say, sitting up to talk to him better.
"What do you mean?" He asks, even more befuddled.
"Well its Christmas and all I asked for Christmas is you...i literally spent every night for a whole year praying to the unknown powers that govern existence to have you for Christmas." You state, awkwardly.
He stares blankly at you in disbelief.
"So what your saying is that you wished me here." He says, still not fully believing it. "How do you even know who I am?"
"Um...your kinda a video game character in this universe..." You say, bracing for a freak out from sans.
But instead he just blanks out for a bit.
"Sans, you ok?" You ask waving your hand in front of his face.
"Uh, yeah sorry..." He says snapping out of his daze.
"What were we talking about?" he asks, confused.
"That your a video game character in this universe.." You say, confused he hasn't freaked out yet.
And instead he just blanks out again.
You wave your hand in front of his face to snap him out of it again.
"Sans?" You ask befuddled at his repeating response.
"Sorry...what were we talking about?" He asks again.
It seems as if something is keeping him from knowing about being a video game character. You wonder if he will believe whatever you tell him you were talking about.
"You were going to ask my name." You say, curious to if he will call you on the lie.
"Oh ok...what is your name then?" He says, causing you to wonder what the limit of things you can get him to believe is.
"My name is ____ i already know you though..." You say, wondering how he will react.
"you knew me?" He asks, attempting to pull out the non existent memories.
"Yes, but i dont blame you if you didn't know, you seem to recently be having memory issues" you say.
"Hmm...well then, what am I to you?" he asks.
"Your, my everything..." You say, truthfully.

"What do you mean?" He asks confused.

"Im in love with you sans" you say, smiling with tears brimming your eyes.
He pauses for a bit in shock.
"Wow, I feel like shit now.." He says.
"What do you mean? Why?" You start to say.
"The fact that i could forget someone I had that close of a relationship with..." He says. "Your probably heartbroken that I dont remember you, and here i am asking you about it"
"Sans, what do you remember?" You ask.
"I remember being on the surface and then just everything after that is just gone." He says.
It seems that everytime you mention sans being a video game character he forgets everything from when he first got here.
"Well, do you want to spend Christmas with me?" You ask.
"Of course, but...was i your boyfriend?" He asks.
You give him a blushing shocked look.
"Well, your not wearing a ring so we couldn't be married, and you said your in love with me so i was just wondering..." He says, trailing off at the end.
Tecnically he was your boyfriend, tecnically.
"Yeah, you are..." you say.
"Were we going to be more than that?" He asks.
"I dont know but I hoped so..." You say, trailing off at the end.
You wanted to have your relationship with him to be more than it was, now maybe it finally could be.
"So sans, what do you want to do? We cant really go anywhere it being Christmas and all..." You ask, sheepishly.
"Um...well you are my girlfriend so we could cuddle and watch a movie or would that be weird considering I dont remember you?" He asks awkwardly.
Cue internal screaming and blushing.
"No im ok with it, really...im more concern with how comfortable you'd be with it.." You say reassuring him.
"ok, what movies do you have?" He asks, unprepared for the extensive list he will most likely get should you list out all your movies.
"Well, all of the movies I have ive already seen multiple times so do you wanna just watch anime with me instead?" You ask.
"Ok, im good with that" he replies, a bit more comfortable hearing something he remembers.
He remembers that Alphys was a big anime fan.
He waits as you turn on the TV and Xbox, then go to vrv, then to your watch list, then to episode 1 of soul eater, and then press play.
You both watch soul eater, and cuddle for the rest of the day.
