so im going to prom today..
its my third prom.
and this is my date⬇️

(I couldn't find anyone else this last minute)

the other guy i was going to take agreed to go with me but then went an avoided me for a long period of time so he missed his chance to be my date. (oh well, sucks for him)
he's totally gonna be missing out on the greatness that is slow dancing.

anyways, what do yall think of my nails?

so, one of my nails broke so i went and bought these press on gel nails that I highly recommend because they dont require glue and the adhesive is a 'the harder you push it on the nail the more it adheres to the nail. also they come with a little file in case you want them to be shorter, and they are super easy to put on and to take off.

so yep thats the box I got them in.⬆️

oh btw I also made a corsage with rose and leaf beads I have and lace and contact cement. contact cement Is really useful.

oh and I also got this dress from (Ross)

its a really long mermaid tail dress..
and I love it.

oh and I also got Mah hair styled by someone who isnt my mother.
for the first time ever, in my life, cause she isnt in town.

so yep, prom.
I will only get to go one more time..
besides this time..
and it will be in the same year.
I will miss it.

if your wondering why an introvert with social anxiety like me likes prom.
its because this prom has no mosh pits, no judgment, slow dancing, and free food.
sure i can get anxious, but its not as bad when im distracting myself with dancing or talking with one or two peeps.
so prom can be enjoyable for me.
even though my grandmother died the day of my last prom.
plenty of distractions.

so yep, if you ever wondered if I'd go or do go to prom, now you know.
I will endure social interaction for the sake of being able to dance without judging eyes.
