Sooo...I have some gravity falls ships...
That some people might not agree with...
But I'm gonna tell y'all about them and explain why I ship them.
And also why I don't ship certain other ships.
So that you all may understand where I'm coming from. Mkay.

So my number one OTP is Mabel (even though I don't like her) x Robbie
A four year age difference I know. However, I'm not against it as long as it's legal.
So for it to be legal, Mabel and Robbie would need to Romeo and Juliet law it up.
Or, wait till she is 18. Now to explain why I think they work together. Robbie spends the majority of the series trying to find love, and Mabel spends the majority of the series trying to find love. Robbie and Mabel have similar issues that they express in different ways. Robbie and hoodie villa, Mabel and sweater town. Robbie is Mabels 'type' in which she describes in the episode where she goes on a date with gnomes disguised as a singular guy. Robbie and Mabels compatibility in the love god episode. But speaking of the love god episode, I hate Mabel so much for what she did. She forced Tambry and Robbie into a relationship based purely off visual astetic, without giving them any choice. Instead of forcing Robbie on some one else like she forces herself on people she and Robbie could have been with eachother. And it would've been so cute.

I will never ship Robbie and Tambry, it's forced and I don't like it.
Tambry x Nate would've been so cute, but freaking Mabel ruined it!
I don't like Robbie x Wendy, He is unhealthily attached and she is a player.
Also Robbie x dipper doesn't make sense. They hate eachother and have no compatibility whatsoever.

I understand the mermando x Mabel shippers, but he is a married fish. So I don't ship it. I also get why people ship Mabel x bill, but at the same time there is not nearly enough compatibility there, and Mabel doesn't show any possible romantic attraction to bill so I don't ship. I will never ship Mabel x Gideon, I don't care if he was 'redeemed' just no. She has clearly shown zero romantic interest in him, and he is unhealthily obsessed with her. Also he isn't 'redeemed' until after weird maggedon, and after everything he has done to her and her family, he should just leave them alone at this point. Mabel x Pacifica....I get it but like....Mabel has shown on multiple occasions to be primarily attracted to men not women...sorry, but just because someone likes rainbows and sparkles doesn't mean they are gay...then again, she could be bi...but there isn't a lot of evidence to support that...Now, Mabel x Wendy...is a stretch...and I don't see it happening with Wendy's firm views on age difference...Then Mabel x Dipper..it's her brother that's nasty, and even if they weren't related they aren't really compatible in a romantic sense, I get the sibling bond and whatever but like nooooooooo.

Ok now onto my other ships, Wendy x bill. Ok ok, hear me out. Ignoring the age difference, I like it. Wendy is probably the only one who can relate to bill the most. And the only x bill ship that I don't picture as super unhealthy. They don't have a lot of in show interaction, but I think there is potential there, even if they just became friends.

Wendy x dipper, she has shown on multiple occasions to not feel that way about him.
He is also unhealthily obsessed with her. Also they both have shared views on the age difference, which fully hammered in that it's not likely that they will become a thing as long as they continue to have rigid views on age difference. But if they got together later down the line I wouldn't be adverse to it considering that they both are players. I doubt with Wendy's view on guys that it'd last tho. They both would need to change in certain ways for it to work.

Wendy x any girl, I get it I do, Wendy gives off bi vibes sometimes.

Dipper x bill, I get it, but it's not very healthy, and It doesn't really work. You'd have to assume that bill was lying every time he express how little he cared about whether pine tree died or not. Their relationship is more along the lines of hawkmoth and an akumatized victim than a romantic one.

Dipper x Gideon...no just no.

(Asshole) Dipper x (redeemed) Pacifica, yes I approve. They both are jerks so they can be jerks together and their is no age difference issue and there is plenty of compatibility.
Also Pacifica is probably the only one who would accept him after the road trip.

(Before the road trip) Dipper x pigtail girl, it was cute till he ruined it. If he didn't do what he did after getting her number, and she just became his new love interest I'd be ok with that, it was cute. But then he was an ass and I can't ship her with dipper the ass.

Dipper x candy, no. Friend x sibling almost never works and Mabel should've known this if she actually studied relationships like she says she does.

Soos x his girlfriend, of course I ship.

Mabel x no one for awhile. Yes. This is ok.

Wendy x no one. Yes. This is also ok.

So yep those are my gravity falls ship opinions.
