Appearance: His face is round, with his hair mid-length, slightly shorter than is traditional. His almond eyes are a deep brown. His dark brown, almost black hair is generally banded, but without a hat. He generally wears a dark kimono and hakuma. He wears a gray obi.

Weapon of Choice: Katana or bow and arrow

Personality: Toshihiro is generally kind and very reserved, but during battle, the desperation changes that. He can be ruthless when she wants to be, and is very good with the weapons he uses. He doesn't enjoy killing, and despises it unprovoked, but he will not hesitate if need be, or if given a reason. He works well under pressure.

Background: He grew up in a home of five, his mother, Miki, himself, and three brothers, Taro-ani, Shin-ani, and Yoshiro-otouto. His father left when he was five, but his mother prefers it this way, as they had just stopped getting along. When he was 26 he married happily the woman who had been his best friend for years, Sakiko-tsuma. They both changed their lives a bit, she became a Samurai like him, loyal to her clan and a skilled fighter. He adapted to her extreme belief in the lesson of the cherry blossom. However, one-year later she was killed in battle, and he still does not know who killed him or which clan they were in. Two of his brothers, Taro-ani and Shin-ani also died in battle, and his mother is sickly. Death seems to haunt his family, and it has influenced his beliefs heavily.

What influences their descisons in battle: He is all about strategy, planning and being one step ahead of his enemy. He is cunning and intelligent, which influences his tactics. He does not particularly like killing, but because of his new belief of the cherry blossom, he knows that everything has its time, and everything dies, so he will not hesitate to kill.

Beliefs: He believes strongly in the cherry blossom, especially because of the way death seems to haunt the ones he considers beautiful in his family. He believes in the close bonds between family. He also holds the belief that the katana shouldn't be unsheathed unless you are serious about killing, as a respect to the blade.

Any additional information about their clan: The clan mostly resided in the Bizen province and descended from Kojima Takanori.
