Please read through the entire report to see the losses, penalites and who was eliminated. Remember the penalties (aka the losses and stuff). Note them to keep track of how many troops and supplies you have. 

The siege between the Hojo and the Saito clans was intense. Both of them lost four of their highest trained ronin. Two month's passed, using up both of the clan's supplies and each of the clans faced extremely heavy losses. In the end, they were both attacked by Oda and both decided to retreat. It seemed that, to determine which was more powerful, they would have to wait for another day, another battle.

The Kato clan sieged the Sanada despite how much the Sanada outnumbered them. Initially, the Kato clan lost the battle to the Sanada, who had little losses against the Kato until the Oda showed up. The Kato suffered heavy losses on both sides, from the Sanada and the Oda. The Oda captured two of Kato's best ronin, as well as two of the Sanada's best ronin and had all of them executed by Nobunaga Oda himself. In the end, the Sanada lost four hundred soldiers to the Oda, who forced the Sanada clan to retreat deeper into their lands. Yuudai himself was captured by Nobunaga Oda and executed and the Kato clan was erased from the pages of history forever.

The Ukita clan attacked and sieged the Imagawa clan. Ukita suffered heavy losses, unable to hold a battle on both sides from the Imagawa and the Oda both. The Imagawa suffered little losses from the Ukita, but lost three hundred men to the Oda alone. Nobunaga himself captured the Imagawa's best ronin and executed him along with Toshihiro Ukita himself. He was executed in the Oda capital by Nobunaga Oda, who refused to even allow him to retain his honor and commit sepukku.

If you have extremely heavy losses (Kairi and Naoki), then you have lost 2,000 soldiers and all of your supplies.

If you have suffered heavy losses (Kato and Ukita) then you have lost all your men.

If you suffered little losses, you lost only 50 soldiers, combined with the specific number of soldiers killed by the Oda clan (another words Sanada you lost 400 soldiers—plus the little losses—and 2 ronin and Imagawa you lost 300 soldiers—plus the little losses—and one ronin.
