What and who inspired you into reading and/or writing?

I have the habit of reading since childhood. Six years back, I came across a website, Fanfiction.com, and started to write. I researched for more and found Wattpad later on.

What was the first book that you read that started your love for reading?

Indian Magazines for children. Also, the novels by Enid Blyton.

What was the turning point in your life that you decided to take your writing seriously?

In 2014, after reading on the website of Fanfiction, I decided to write.

What is the inspiration for your stories?

Myself and my surrounding..and my talks with my friends.

Do you outline your stories or write whatever comes to mind?

I outline my stories first.

What is your method of beginning to writing a book?

I think of the idea in the first place. Discuss it with my friends, if possible. After getting a rough draft of the story, I decide on the characters, and finally, begin to write.

Do you ever get attached to the characters in your story? If so, what part of their personality or quirks do you find relatable?

Yes. I am wholly attached to my characters. My lady character has all the attributes that I possess. And my male character has all those qualities which I'd like to see in my partner.

Do you base your characters on people in your personal life, imagination, or both?

I use both.

What is the best part of writing a story?

You can escape into the imaginary world and take a hold of the same, all on your own.

How do you deal with writer's block?

I read a lot. And then ideas struck my mind and I get back to writing.

Would you want to see your story or stories be adapted? If so, who would you want to play your characters?

Yes. I'd like them to be based on the character faces of my stories

What kind of advice would you give to an aspiring writer?

Try to read as much as you can. It will help you improve yourself as a writer.
