How old are you?

Probably older than most Wattpad users.

What and who inspired you into reading and/or writing?

I always loved to read. I think it's just part of who I am.

What was the first book that you read that started your love for reading?

I started with the classics. I have an older sister and I would just read the books she was studying in her literature class. So, yeah people thought I was weird.

What was the turning point in your life that you decided to take your writing seriously?

Recently, after started using Wattpad. It was something I always wanted to do. So one day I just thought "why not?"

What is the inspiration for your stories?

Something that happened in my life. Stories people tell me about their own lives. Gossip. Hahaha.

Do you outline your stories or write whatever comes to mind?

Both. I like to have a plan even if I know that I will deviate from it once I start writing.

What is your method of beginning to writing a book?

I just write a general idea, then the characters. Who they are, what they like, their background and expectations.

Do you ever get attached to the characters in your story? If so, what part of their personality or quirks do you find relatable?

Yes. In the new book, I am writing the inspiration for the female character came from an event in my life. There were parts I had to rewrite because I realized I was putting too much of myself in it, and that was not what I wanted. Still, I am kind of protective about the character.

Do you base your characters on people in your personal life, imagination, or both?

Both.

What is the best part of writing a story?

I think maybe the part when I am building up the personality of the character, writing their background. I really like that. And overall just the pleasure of putting my ideas on paper.

How do you deal with writer's block?

I try not to think much about it. I try to relax, read, see good movies, listen to music...

Would you want to see your story or stories be adapted? If so, who would you want to play your characters?

That would be amazing, of course. But I never thought about who would play the characters.

What kind of advice would you give to an aspiring writer?

Just write. Have a plan, sure, but don't think too hard before giving the first steps. Just start.

Are you working on a new story?

Yes. I am trying to convince myself to start posting it, but I am a bit nervous about it. But soon, probably the end of the month or so. Let's see what happens, the world is kind of crazy right now. I am also slowly editing Promise me.
