What and who inspired you into reading and/or writing?

Stephen King is my biggest inspiration. I fell in love with his writing. And also this Simpsons episode is called Diatribe Of A Mad Housewife, where Marge writes a novel of her own. That really kicked off my writing dream! Haha!

What was the first book that you read that started your love for reading?

The Berenstain Bear books! My favorite since childhood!

What was the turning point in your life that you decided to take your writing seriously?

That would have to be when I wrote some stories on Microsoft Word and published them onto this self-publishing website around 2008, 2009.

What is the inspiration for your stories?

Nature, taking walks, people watching, listening to music, and reading other stories.

Do you outline your stories or write whatever comes to mind?

Both, actually.

What is your method of beginning to writing a book?

I usually begin with a dramatic action scene, that really gets the reader immersed.

Do you ever get attached to the characters in your story? If so, what part of their personality or quirks do you find relatable?

All the time! I feel so lonely, and my characters are like my best friends, that keep me company. They cheer me up and make me laugh.

Do you base your characters on people in your personal life, imagination, or both?

A little of both, but mostly from my own imagination.

What is the best part of writing a story?

I believe the best part is, that basically, I get to live in the world I created, and I get to write stories, that I want to write. I can make up rules, laws, businesses, towns, I could go on forever! And I sometimes like to include myself in my stories as well! It's pretty awesome, actually! Nothing like an escape from my stressful reality!

How do you deal with writer's block?

I listen to music, google some writing prompts, and just like that, bam! Inspiration comes right at me!

Would you want to see your story or stories be adapted? If so, who would you want to play your characters?

Sure!! I always dreamed of the day, that my stories would become major motion pictures! I would probably have Christina Ricci, Jennifer Love Hewitt, Zac Efron, Ellen Page, and Selena Gomez play my characters! The thought of my stories coming to life is just fantastic!

What kind of advice would you give to an aspiring writer?

Write about what you want to write. And also, write because you enjoy it!

Are you working on a new story?

I'm currently working on The Magic Of Short Stories, which is basically a collection of short stories, featuring me, my Wattpad buddies, my real-life friends, and fictional characters to boot. I plan on starting a new short story book soon, and also I have another book, Louisiana Love, that I am trying to get back to working on! I'm proud of my masterpieces!
