This entry was very well done descriptively, the imagery you used was extremely polished, so well done. One thing I would criticise would be the memory within a memory thing, I feel as though it was poorly executed and Skye's part felt unnecessary. I love the memory and interaction with Aria though. It brings out Melody's character very well and helped me connect with her. The tie in with the song was evident and went well with the flow of this entry. One thing I think you should work on is feeling. While I can see what Melody is going through, it didn't quite resonate and make me feel it with her. Still, great work!

The thing I loved most about this entry was the juxtaposition of the memory and reality. I loved the contrasts of warmth and joy with the cold and empty. The way that the first thing you pinpointed in the memory was sunlight and warmth really makes the contrast evident. However, the tie in with apocalypse seemed barely there. The entry, while being a great read, failed to capture the essence of the song, and the mention of apocalypse at the end felt rather forced. Still, an awesome entry nonetheless.

Reading this entry gave me chills. It was so powerful and it just hit me like a truck. The entry flowed so well with the song, the way you used the song caught me by surprise. The contrast between the way she feels about her parents and Aunt Meredith is also very well executed. Another beautiful thing is how true she stays to her Chinese heritage. One thing that did feel off was the way you had her start out still having memories. It was certainly different, but for me it didn't work. The ending felt rocky and forced in places, but nothing a bit more polishing wouldn't fix. You should be proud of this entry.

This entry was so raw, the emotions were bubbling and surging. The contrast of that and the way she was constantly trying to not feel made this entry extremely effective. I felt Skye's pain and it just let me connect with her so well. I know this is your style of writing, but personally, I think there were too many italicised words and it and it was overused. Overall though, your the entry was gripping and had me hooked from the start. The flow of the song and the entry matched up well so good work!

I really enjoyed the way you used your song, it was unexpected yet enjoyable. I did spot a few typos though (where instead of were etc.), so I'd suggest a bit more proofreading maybe. One more thing to work on I would say is feeling. A bit more showing instead of telling would have let her feelings resonate and let me really feel what she was feeling. Nonetheless, a good entry that needed more polishing.

This entry almost had me in tears. The way it was written, just beautiful. While the plot-line was rather predictable, the execution was where this entry just shined. The song choice was perfect, and the emotions hit me hard. Depression is never easy to write about, and the portrayal of Maria was on point, so great work. Overall, I liked the chosen memory but the way you wrote was what I really thoroughly enjoyed it, right from the start.
