Appearance:

Out of the three Gamemakers, he has the most obvious changes to his body and face. Several geometrical blue tattoos are permanently on his face, and his spikes hair is dyed the same shade of bright blue. His style is also the most Capitol generic. He goes for very showy clothing, always sleek shiny, and form fitting, showing off his muscular build. His midnight-black eyes are a rarity in the Capitol, and you can seem to get lost in them, they suck you in, mesmerising you.

Personality:

Kurtis was, still is, and will always be the rebel. He doesn't like being tied down, being constricted. He grew up as a orphan in the lesser parts of the Capitol because his parents disowned him after he grew his defiance. He was constantly bullied then, and that is when he grew his tough side. Sarcasm is practically his first language. He is an expert at snappy comebacks, but also pure brutal force. He is a man who gets his way by force, sometimes quite immature as well. Kurtis also loves pulling pranks on others. He can be a very focused and a hard worker when he really wants to though. He can be very nice at times, especially to his brother, who always came to the orphanage to bring him better food and gifts. Being the older one, Kurtis never felt that this was right. So now that they both got into Gamemaker school, Kurtis tries to help his brother as much as he can. Though he doesn't show it much, he is extremely proud of his brother.

The strongest of them all, the ones who just do everything with that forcefulness to them. May it be brutal, physical force. Or just their personalities that are forceful. He likes to be surprised too.
