Roxanne has beautifully curled mint green hair, yet her style is very simple and graceful. One of the most typical outfits she's in will be a blouse and jeans. She doesn't have much changed about her, definitely on the simpler side on Capitol standards. Though she does have a tattoo that says "Logic overpowers all" and also a golden henna on her leg. Standing at 5'0 she is a curvy petite girl. Her favourite colour is gold, yet she does not wear it often as she thinks it is a very overpowering colour.

Personality:

Roxanne grew up as the adam of everyone's eye. She was loved, well taken of and spoiled with many different items. You would have thought this would make her all stuck up and snobby and spoiled. The reality couldn't be further from that. Even though she looks nothing like it, she is the most down to earth out of the three Gamemakers. She is the Gamemaker that keeps the Lab at least somewhat of a serious workplace. She is also a very realistic and calculating person. Her whole job is to work with the numbers, and she's superb at it. She is also very snappy and irritable, but she really has a heart of gold.
