Physical Description: Theodore can be described as stick-like, a short stick. Other children tower over the poor boy. With no muscles he isn't going to win any strength contests. His chocolate brown eyes shine with innocence and his button nose suits his round face. His thick, curly brown hair often falls into his eyes.

Personality: Theodore longs to be like the bigger children that he sees toiling away in the fields. He idolises them. He is constantly worried about how others view him so he tries to please everyone. The other children take advantage of this and treat him like a servant. Theodore pretends to be tough when the other children insult him, but they just laugh at him.

Background information: Theodore is the youngest child of the mayor of District 9. He has two older brothers and an older sister, Isabelle. His older siblings love to boss him around, in particular his sister and her best friend, Evelyn. They always bully him. Theodore has a comfy life out of poverty, in a large house. He is his mother's favourite child, probably because he is the gentlest of her four children. Theodore is a mummy's boy and always runs to her when he needs comforting. He also spends a lot of his time with Phoebe, Evelyn's twin who protects him from the bullies.
