So I started this madness by trying to find a activation CD of Windows 7 but because I'm not tech savy , I didn't know which one I would want to get. Windows 7 has starter , home premium , professional and ultimate along with other versions. I asked my dad for advice but didn't know how to help me so I asked my uncle instead.

He told me it was a waste to buy an old program and suggested I instead mod my current windows to imitate windows 7.

So thats what I did ! It took a while and since it was my first time modding , I was really anxious. With the help of some tutorials , I successfully made it look like a windows 7 !

As much as I LOVE the windows 7 frutiger aero wallpaper , I wanted to keep my Hatsune Miku wallpaper

I have changed all the sounds and icons to windows 7 as well as the taskbar. Even the start menu is different !

I also brought back some old programs such as Windows Media Center , Calculator , Sticky Notes , Notepad and even MS Paint!!! This pathetic windows 11 paint can NEVER dethrown the king of old youtube speedpaints ! >:]

The only things I couldn't get to work were the log in , log out and shutdown sounds. If there is a way to fix this I'd appreciate it ! What do you think ? Should I mod my other laptops ? I found two dell laptops and one of them is a windows 8. Should I do a Windows XP aesthetic ? Let me know ! Also , any advice on modding would be appreciated ! ^_^
