𝔸𝕡𝕡𝕤 𝕀 𝕦𝕤𝕖 (𝕣𝕖𝕤𝕠𝕦𝕣𝕔𝕖𝕤)
So, I realised I hadn't actually shared where I get my resources from until now so here you are.
1. Pexels
Pexels, as the description suggests, is an app (and a website) which allows you to get royalty free photos and videos. You can find pretty much anything you want. The photographers upload their work for "free use", which means you can use it in your designs and edits. Some photographers may ask for credit from the accounts on their profile. For example, if you post it on Instagram, check to see if the photographer wants you to link back to their Instagram account. This is harder on Wattpad as none of the photographers I've come across have Wattpad accounts linked in so I just put their Pexels name instead.

2. Pixabay
Pixabay is again an app/website which provides royalty free photos, illustrations and vector graphics. You can filter your search by the three categories and find what you're looking for. When you click on an image and scroll down it'll tell you whether it's free to use and if the account wants credit (it's called attribution on the app). Here's an example one:
If it says attribution required (I haven't come across this yet) then give credit!
Account required: no, but it will ask you to do the I'm not a robot check every time you want to download something if you're not logged in.
3. Unsplash
Unsplash is an app and website which allows you to find and use royalty free photos and images. It's now one of my favourites and it's my second go-to for photos and images. However, if you use the app, it doesn't actually tell you if the image is free to use. That's why I never really used it when I first started using Unsplash as I didn't want to steal someone else's work if the image wasn't free to use. The website does tell you if the image is free to use and there's a link to their free to use license.

4. Deviantart
Deviantart is an app/website which you can find anything! From stock packs to textures and pngs. You can find anything you want. There are Wattpadders on there who make resources which you can use (with credit of course). Deviantart allows you to favourite posts (DA's voting system), watch (DA's follow system-it sounds creepy now that I think about it) and post things. This is the BEST place for resources to use on Wattpad (as you can type anything graphic designing related with Wattpad in and the results are often much better).
However, you can't download things from the app (unless I missed this). An account is required as most Deviants (users) require you to favourite their work before you download (I'm also fairly certain you need an account to download something too).
