Dad picked me up half way, apparent the barrier line marking the territory.

"Thanks Bella" I say to her just as dad has me go into the car "I'll see you tomorrow" she leaves nodding her head, rude much.

"So how was it?" Dad asks after some time "get what you need?"

"Yeah" nodding my head "though the guy acted weird when Bella told him my last name"

"Oh" is all he says, this is weird. Normally dad has some sort of remark to make, who knows. When we get home, I head inside and mom engulfed me in a hug.

"Thank god" she says "my baby is back, are you hurt? Anything bad happen?"

"No" shaking my head "why?" We head into the living room where everyone was worried.

"There's something we need to tell you" grandpa tells me "it's about the treaty"

"Okay..." soon they tell me and I now understand why my going there was a big deal, apparently they aren't allowed there without breaking the treaty.

"What about me?" I ask

"You aren't affected since you aren't a cold one" grandpa tells me "but you need to be careful who you tell, we don't need something bad happening"

"Okay" nodding my head "I'll be careful"

For the next few days Bella has become more suspicious of Edward and us, for instance why I am the only one who interacts with people.

"She's getting suspicious" I tell Edward as I put on my red leather jacket. Right now I'm wearing a black top with black skinny jeans, black heels and a red leather jacket.

"She's just so" then we hear a screeching and Tyler Crowleys van comes in, it skids and I turn my head to see Edward helping Bella.

"You have got to be fucking kidding me" mom growls, we quickly get into our cars. I'm in the car with Edward since I'm going to make sure mom doesn't strangle him.

"Hospital" I tell him "now" he looks frustrated as we get to the hospital, once there we head inside where we wait for grandpa.

"No lecture?" He asks me

"Mom will be the one to do it" I tell him, I rub my temples "change her" I tell him, he looks at me surprised "we forget about Forks, pack up and leave forever. Change Bella, she's your mate"

"I can't" he says just as mom and grandpa comes over.

"How could you?" She asks "do you know what you've just done?"

"Rose" he says but grandpa coughs and we all notice Bella looking our way.

"Let's head to my office" Mom and I follow him, once in his office I sit down and think.

"We need to turn her" grandpa and mom look at me "the Volturi will have our heads if she stays human, plus all we need is venom. We don't need to bite her, but maybe inject her with the venom?"

"No" shaking his head Edward comes in "Bella stays human"

I'm currently at La Push, it's been some time since I've shifted and I need a good run. I came since Bella was going to be here and my family wanted me to keep an eye on her, once she left I stayed behind.

I did come down here on my motorcycle, so right now I'm finding the perfect place to shift. Once I take my clothes off I shift into my wolf, one perk about being a Lebanair is our ability to shift at will and not during the full moon. Soon I shift into a big red wolf, I'm only slightly larger than normal wolves since I'm an alpha.

As I run around I breathe in the scent of the forest, I may have been born in New Orleans but for some reason being in La Push I'm at home. I run for a little bit more until I head back and shift. When I do I put my clothes back on and when I was about to walk away I hear someone.

"Hey!" I turn to see three shirtless muscled guys with cargo shorts, each have short hair and tattoos on their right arm.

"Hello" did they see me shift? These are the wolf shifters grandpa talked about. Inadu tells me if you want I can come out and take care of them.

I snort, these guys look confused when I do that no need, Inadu. I've got this

Okay, call when you do nodding my head closing my eyes I look at them. "Hi I'm Aurora but most call me Rory"

"I'm Sam, this is Jared" I look over at him "and this is Paul" I look at Paul, when our eyes meet he takes an intake of breath and stands there shocked.

"How did you shift into a wolf?" Jared asks

"I'm a werewolf" I tell them

"Like us?" He asks

"No your shifters, yours is a gene while mine is a curse" I explain to them the difference "plus most werewolves only shift during a full moon"

"But you didn't" Sam says "why?"

"Because I come from a special bloodline" telling him "my bloodline we can shift willingly"

"You said yours is a curse" Jared says "how is it activated?"

"For a werewolf to activate their gene, they must kill someone. Either willingly or on accident" they look at me with different emotions "mine was in accident" I hear a buzz, check my phone and see my family wants me home "I've got to go"

"Wait" the Paul guy finally speaks "do you maybe want to hang out sometime?" Jared gives Paul a confused look while Sam looks at him in understanding.

"Sure" I hand him my phone and he puts in his number "I'll text you sometime" I take my phone back and leave. Inadu? What just happened?

I'm pretty sure you just made a date, mom is going to lose it I nod my head cause she's right. Mom will lose it.

Paul's POV

Sam, Jared and I are running to the beach when we see a large red wolf walk to a pile of clothes. We stand there as we hear bones break and soon a teenage girl with red hair stands and changes into the clothes.

"Hey!" I yell and the girl looks our way, we come closer to her. She doesn't look Quileute so how did she phase?

"Hello" she says, we stare at her as she looks at us and then snorts at something before paying attention.

"Hi I'm Aurora but most people call me Rory" she introduces herself.

"I'm Sam, this is Jared, and this is Paul" Sam introduces us and when Rory's eyes meet mine I intake a sharp breath.

When I look at her I see snippets of our future together, her and me running through the forest as wolves. I'll be whatever she wants a friend, a brother, a lover...but always a protector. Gravity no longer holds me but her.

I stare at her unsure of what's going on until she says she has to leave, I stop her when she does. Soon I give her my number before she leaves, when she does Jared and Sam stare at me.

"What just happened?" I ask looking at the two, Sam tilts his head before we see realization come over his face.

"You imprinted" he says to me, with our faces "she's your soulmate, it's like how I imprinted on Emily"

"You lucky bastard" Jared tells me "oh shit this means your last lay was your last one" he laughs at me and I growl.

Rory's POV

Bella knows, today she is coming over. I'm wearing a green long sleeved top with black skinny jeans and converse. Inadu is out too since she wants to meet Bella too, she's wearing a red romper with heels.

"I'm surprised Inadu" Inadu is sitting at the counter with me as we watch our family make Italiano, grandpa looks at her "you never want to meet new people"

"I'll meet Bella" she says "I'm curious"

"Is she even Italian?" Mom asks annoyed, she's holding a glass salad bowl.

"Her names Bella" dad drawls out like it's obvious.

"Yeah but it doesn't mean she is" I point out

"I'm sure she'll love it no matter what" grandpa says and I take some of the cheese and eat it.

"Take a whiff of that" mom says and all of us but mom smiles "here comes the human"
