I heard the first set of knocks but ignored it hoping the person would go away.

But soon the person banged loudly and I growled in annoyance.

Am sooooooo gonna kill the culprit, Cora grunted.

"Give me one reason why I shouldn't kill you where you stand" I growled out the moment I opened the door.

"Because am your best friend?" Mary questioned.

I glared at her "that's pushing it but why the hell are you disturbing my sleep so early in the morning?".

She rolled her eyes "it's 10:15am so it's not early but late"

"It's Saturday so 10:15 is early fuck even 11am is considered early for me" I countered.

She raised her hand in surrender "am here to check in on you, we didn't see you during the morning run".

I huffed "that's cause I was sleeping and my sleep is important".

"But running is also important" she argued.

"Says who"

"Duuh the body"

"Mary" I growled

"Aurora" she mimicked.

"I think they're both important" a voice said.

I turned so fast am surprised my neck didn't break. Liam was leaning on the wall with his arms folded, his hair ruffled, a smile on his face and a small bag with him.

Why does he always look so lickable, Cora groaned, it's not good for my hormones.

Am so not in the mood for you, I groaned.

I narrowed my eyes at Liam "how long have you been here?".

"Long enough to know that your sleep is more important than anything else and that you're not a morning person without coffee" he said walking over to us.

When he got close my nose twitched and I sniffed the air. Coffee.

Mary cleared her throat and I turned my glare to her but she smiled sheepishly and turned to Liam.

"Good morning am Mary" she said waving.

Liam smiled at her "Liam".

She nodded "I know, we've heard a whole lot about you".

"Mary go to your room before I kick you there", I growled

She laughed "no need for that am leaving already", winking at me she headed to the elevator.

I huffed and turned to Liam "why are you here so early?".

Ignoring my question he walked up to me and kissed my head "morning to you too" then he handed me the bag.

Stomping my feet I entered my room with him following.

When he sat on my bed I stood before him sipping the coffee and it was surprisingly how I took it "you haven't answered my question".

"I wanted to take you out, there's this new diner and their pancakes are really good, so what do you say?" He asked tilting his head.

I glared at him, "you're so lucky food is involved and thanks for the coffee".

He smiled "it's no stress, why don't you get dressed, I'll be by the garage".

I nodded and headed to the bathroom with my clothes, seconds later I heard the door shut.

When I was done dressing up I headed down to the garage.

My mouth hung open at the sight before me and I felt Cora purr and sigh.

Liam sat astride a motorcycle, a hot sexy sleek black motorcycle.

"Your ride is way sexier than I am" I stated in shock.

Liam frowned slightly "but you're sexier than me, does this mean you think my ride is sexier than I am?".

I nodded "way sexier and hotter".

He glared at me "well no motorcycle then"

I shook my head wildly "no no no, I was kidding. You're way hotter, that's why you're my mate not the motorcycle, although it looks debatable".

Liam laughed loudly "hop in, let's get you you fed".

I didn't need to be told twice.

We took off and Cora popped up in my head

Do you think we can have sex on his motorcycle, Cora asked

Why are you so naughty this morning,

Cause a hot werewolf who happens to be our mate is close by.

She snickered and withdrew leaving me to enjoy the ride.

"So what do you think?" Liam asked the moment we left the diner.

I smiled widely "it was really good, I need to meet the chef", I patted my tummy "am so full am scared I'll burst open".

He grinned and shook his head "you're cute", and that brought a huge blushing fit.

Lunch with Liam was awesome, we talked, joked, flirted, kissed and exchanged some stories about ourselves.

But the problem is that we both lie to each other. Each time he asked about my adopted parents I lie. And when I ask him about his life with the pack he lies.

I sighed sadly, I really don't know how long it will take before one of us cracks.

We got to the pack house in a record of time since the diner wasn't far.

The moment I got down my friends were on me.

"Hello pretty lady, morning Liam" Dave greeted with a creepy smile.

I stared at them "what do you guys want now?".

"Nothing just wanted to say hi" Kate answered.

I shook my head at their antics, "guys this is Liam my trainer..." "And boyfriend" Liam inserted.

I glared at him but continued "Liam these are my friends Dave his mate Neil and Kate who's mate is Mary".

They smiled and waved at Liam who only smiled back.

"Can you guys give us a moment?" I said to my friends. They nodded but Dave made kissy faces before leaving.

"When did I become your girlfriend?" I asked immediately,

"Since I knew you were my mate but it was confirmed after our first date" he answered.

I glared at him "you don't even know if I wanna date you".

He smiled "but you do and that's why I am dating you".

I huffed and stomped my foot "you're annoying".

But he only laughed "am glad you think so. I'll see you later girlfriend".

With a quick kiss he rode his bike past the pack house towards the soldiers lodge.

I smiled but instantly remembered the cameras, glancing up causally I noticed that there were no cameras at this angle.

Guess he's really smart.

I headed to the pack house and saw my friends waiting by the entrance. We all headed to my room.

"So did you guys kiss?" Dave asked the moment I shut the door.

I shook my head and he pouted then handed over some money to Kate who smirked.

Neil laughed "told you not to bet on it".

"I need to ask you guys something".

They turned to me and nodded

"Can you keep my relationship with Liam a secret"

Dave smiled broadly and stretched his hand to Kate who reluctantly gave him back his money.

"Umm what's going on?" I was totally confused.

Mary giggled "Dave and I had a hunch you wanted to keep your relationship with Liam a secret".

I stared at them "do you guys always bet on me?", Dave nodded "yeah it's fun".

I glared at him "and how is it fun?".

"Because you're honestly confusing" Kate answered, she was still pouting over the money she lost.

"But why do you want your relationship to be a secret?" Neil asked.

I shrugged "first he's my trainer and second your cousin would flip shit"

Neil nodded "that's true. Am glad you're with Liam, Rex maybe my cousin but Liam is way better than Rex".

No argument on that, Cora mumbled.

I stood "since I missed the morning run I wanna head out for a little fun, you guys wanna come".

Mary shook her head "nope, I still sore from that of this morning, I'll just watch you from the sides".

The others agreed so we headed down.

When we got to the large field I saw few people loitering around. I headed to a tree and took off my clothes before shifting.

Cora picked the clothes and dropped them at Mary's feet, before taking off.

It was towards evening when we came back to get dinner. The kitchen was deserted so we took our time packing food and snacks.

While we were at it Rex, Damien, Nathan and Maxwell walked in. We greeted them and continued our raiding.

After a while I turned to Maxwell "Maxwell any news on Luke?".

He shook his head "nothing yet but am sure we'll hear from him soon". I nodded.

Yeah am sure you will when am done with him, Cora scoffed.

When we were all set to head up Rex spoke "Aurora will you be busy tonight?"

"Yes" and Nathan snickered.

"And tomorrow" he asked again

"Yes I will"

"Can you tell me when you won't be busy" it was so obvious my answers were annoying him.

I shrugged "Am always busy especially for you so I suggest you leave it"

Maxwell snorted but Rex glared at him "fine then, as your Alpha I order you to have breakfast with me tomorrow morning".

I gave him a blank stare "need I remind you alpha Rex, that forcing your pack member to do something she doesn't want to is a crime, especially when it's her right to say no?. Your parents would be do disappointed".

"She got you there young alpha" Maxwell said with a laugh.

Mary giggled and Damien joined soon we were all laughing.

Well everyone except grumpy young alpha.

He growled at me but I smiled "goodnight people".

The guys and I went back to my room still laughing.

I ran a hand through my hair letting out an aggravated groan, the screen of my laptop seem to be mocking me so I closed the lid.

I've gone through the system, files, folders and all, trying to get a hint on the type of tracking chip that will be inserted in us but it's all to no avail.

After Dave and the rest had left my room, I went through the feeds and in one of them I heard the Alphas discussing on how a tracking chip would be inserted in us while we got the tattoo for our ID.

They wanted to keep track of everyone's movement. But it would be a secret.

That explains why am searching through the system, for any idea on the chip

I needed to know about the chip so I could hack into it. The last thing I need is for the pack or worse the league, to track my every move.

It's nearly 1am and I had gotten nowhere, this is honestly frustrating.

Guess we have to ask Luke about it, Cora suggested.

I nodded with a smirk, I can't wait for tomorrow to come.
