"Am glad you're okay, you had everyone worried" Nathan said while standing before me.

"Thanks Nathan" but I frowned "how's the search for Luke going?".

Nathan sighed and shook his head "it's not good Aurora, no leads yet".

I slumped my shoulders, Mary gave me a side hug and smiled "don't worry am sure he'll be found".

No chance in hell, Cora mused.

It's Wednesday and am back to school and of course everyone heard of the attack. My friends were treating me like some fragile glass and it was fun watching them act all protective.

If only they knew.

During lunch we were seated in out usual table catching up when I smelt Lisa and Jenny close and by the frown on Mary's face I knew they were headed here.

"Well if it isn't the attention seeking party crasher" Lisa snarled.

"Then it will be the bitchy ugly slut of Crescent Moon pack and minions". I said without turning.

At my comeback loud laughters rang through the cafeteria, I could feel the anger radiating from her.

Turning I smiled "I was right it's them", my friends dobuled in laughter, I could see Damien and Nathan trying to hold theirs in.

Lisa looked really pissed, Jenny Ophelia and Blondie were also furious.

"You're one to talk, I heard you lured Luke to have sex with him even when you know he's gay" Blondie remarked.

"Am pretty sure she was going to force herself on him that was why she suggested the creek. Pathetic" Jenny chirped in.

I smirked at them knowing they were goading me so I decided to turn their words against them.

Let's see how they'll act when they're against each other, Cora snickered.

"How did you know we were going to the creek" I asked frowning.

Jenny smirked and flipped her hair "I know everything slut. And I saw you guys talking".

I gasped loudly "so you saw us in danger and didn't do anything".

She rolled her eyes and scoffed "I didn't say that".

"But you just said you saw us talking and we were attacked while we were talking. How could you do such a thing, why didn't you call someone" I cried.

By now tears were streaming my face and the cafeteria was filled with murmurs.

Jenny's eyes widened when she saw everyone glaring at her.

"Silence" Lisa screamed but I was having none of it.

"Were you in on this too, did you send someone to hurt me and Luke or what?" I asked Lisa. She was surprised but tried to play it cool.

"I didn't know about you and Luke or anything so stop...."

"I know you guys hate me but do you have to hurt Luke, he was just being a friend how could you do such a thing" I cried.

Everyone on the cafeteria was suddenly shouting profanities at Lisa and her crew while I smirked.

Serves her right, since she wants attention, let her bask in this, Cora snickered.

"What is going on here?" mother called out.

Everyone was talking at once when a loud voice shouted, "one freaking person at a time". And everyone was quiet.

My first thought was Holy shit and my second was Liam looks hot when he's angry.

I know right, we have one hella of a hot chunk of wolf as mate, Cora said probably drooling.

Aurora are you okay, were you hurt, Liam's voice snapped me from my thoughts.

I sniffled, no am not hurt.

Mother pointed to a guy at the far end of the cafeteria "you what happened and don't lie to me".

He gulped and stood, "Enforcer the orange haired girl was sitting with her friends when miss Lisa and her friends walked up to her causing trouble. Then Jenny said that she knew when Luke and the girl we're talking prior to their attack".

Mother looked shocked then she glared at Jenny, "is this true?".

She nodded then shook her head "no I didn't mean it like that. Aurora was just exaggerating".

I shook my head wildly "she said she knew Luke and I were going to the creek and she saw us talking but how did she not know when we were attacked. Luke and I were attacked while we're talking for crying out loud, she knew but didn't say anything".

Jenny started crying "Nooo I didn't see them at all, I was just trying annoy her. It was Lisa's idea to say I saw them. But I swear I didn't see them or know they were together".

Lisa glared at Jenny "you bitch how can say that".

"Enough" mother called out "Ophelia is it true?".

Ophelia glanced at her friends before shaking her head "I don't know ma'am, they didn't say anything and we weren't together at the party".

Blondie nodded her head "same here".

Lisa glared at her friends real hard before turning to her mom "I don't mean it that way ma'am, it was obviously a misunderstanding on Aurora's part am sure...".

"That's it I want you and your friends in my office now", turning to me she smiled gently "am sorry about the fuss, am sure we'll find Luke".

Cora scoffed, like hell you guys will.

She left the cafeteria and Liam spared me one last glance before following her.

Lisa and her crew or should I say ex-crew followed.

It was obvious that their friendship is on the line.

Well that was fun, Cora mused.

I chuckled lightly, you bet girl.

When do we get to see Luke, she asked.

I smirked, now since we didn't give him a welcome party.

I turned to my friends "I'll be heading out to clear my head. I'll see you guys later".

They nodded but before I left Neil pulled me for a hug and soon enough it turned to a group hug.

I wonder why they like group hugs a lot.

Luke glared at me "I'll kill you when I get my hands on you"

I scoffed "don't you mean if you get your hands on me".

He only spat at me, "ewwww dude, that's disgusting" I screamed.

Walking to him I punched him, digging my claws in and releasing the venom in him again.

He groaned loudly but I only smirked.

After a while he stopped but was still writhing.

I placed a table before him then laid the weapons I had brought with me from Tennessee.

It consisted of two knifes, three guns, a long chain and a brass knuckles.

Luke gaped at the table, "how and where did you get this?".

I shrugged "none of your business dear. Let me tell you how this will work, I ask the questions and you answer".

"And what happens when I don't answer"

"I get to try out various forms of torture on you" I stated simply.

He glared at me "well try all you want, I don't even know what it is you want. Am new to the pack".

I smiled "yes you're new to the pack, but not new to the league of assassins".

He stared at me in shock "how...how did you know about it?".

I only smirked in return.

"You're a spy right, what pack do you work for, who sent you?".

Picking one of the knifes I walked to to him slowly, "I ask the questions remember. But am gonna answer this one time".

I squatted before him trailing the knife over his chest tearing his shirt.

"Do you remember when your fucking league sent some idiots to Tennessee?".

He nodded and I continued "what do you think happened to them. I mean they were 26 of them and they came in 3 huge vans".

He eyes widened in shock "you know..but how...?.

"I killed them, you wanna know why" without waiting for his answer I sunk the knife in his thigh. "They killed them, they killed my parents".

Luke bit his tongue to hold his scream. After a while he breathed, "you must be mistaken, they didn't kill anyone, they were sent to get someone at all cost. Your parents might have been in the wrong place at the wrong time".

I chuckled darkly, "they were at the right place Luke, only that the timing was wrong".

He stared at me before realisation dawned on him "it can't be... we're supposed to know....how...why can't I sniff your powers...who the fuck are your parents....shit it was you who howled that night".

I smiled "see you're smart but honey am smarter. Now tell me, why do you guys want me?".

Luke's stare hardened "I won't say shit and you can't make me".

Oh boy, he's totally clueless to the amount of power we have, Cora snickered.

I scoffed, "I know all about your hard and vigorous training and all but it's nothing compared to what you'll go through if you don't cooperate".

"Fuck you and your cooperation" he snarled.

"Well I'll enjoy breaking you till you're screaming the answers". I brought my claws up "how about a little taste of what's to come".

I punched his arm, my claws digging in and breaking his elbow, I made sure to pull the bone at an awkward angle. Coupled with the venom his healing process would be slow and really painful.

Knowing it would take at least three days before he heals due to his enhancement, I decided to leave him for a while.

"I'll see you Friday night, have fun healing".

I headed down took off my clothes and shifted, still in my wolf form I rubbed my fur over my clothes. This way no one can smell Luke on me.

When I was satisfied and couldn't smell him on my clothes, I shifted back and dressed.

Time for training, I groaned.

Well I call it time to see and rub body with our mate.

Cora only scoffed,  girl am in your head, so I know when you're lying. You totally want to do him. Come on his shoulders alone is an anchor for a ride.
