Personality
Ursula is probably the sweetest girl in the hospital. She will treat patients like old friends, children as if they were her own, and other staff members with all the warmth she missed the first twenty years of her life. Back then, she was... A monster. A spoiled, hateful monster that thrived off of hurting people. Now she's trying her best to make up for that part of her life, having made the promise to be a better person. Theres still times when she slips, when she's tired or stressed and the ugly parts of her take control. But for the most part, she's doing ok.

Likes|the ocean (sure, it took the love of her life away, but she loves it. He made her love it) warm sand, popsicles, making other people smile, music, her job, seeing people find what they're looking for, cupcakes, and watching people get better.

Dislikes|rainy weather, nightime, losing, others thinking her achievements are somehow lesser because of her background, windy days, the patients she's grown attached to fading away, messing up in public.

-Once upon a time, in medical school, Ursula lied and cheated and hurt people to get what she wanted. She didn't really want him, not at first. He was more of a trophy, a blatant reminder that she always got what she wanted. By the time she realized how deeply her claws were stuck in him, how badly he was doing, how he had problems too, there was a letter on her bed and a trail that disappeared into the ocean.

-whenever a patient dies, even if they were barely on her watch, she takes it personally, thinks she could have done better.
