Cutting, but not cold. She makes fun of others a lot, but usually not in a mean way unless she really doesn't like the person. Not one to tackle problems head on- Ava prefers to talk others into doing her dirty work for her. Wouldn't fight anyone physically in broad daylight. She thinks a lot before she acts. Her record is completely clean.

Most people expect a tragic backstory. You won't find that looking into Ava's life. Her family was wealthy enough, she was an only child, went to the best schools in the county- there was only one problem. She was bored. As a child, she would get sent to the principal's office on the account that, according to one teacher, she was provoking the other children. None of the other adults believed this, of course, so she got away with most of her instigations flyingly. As fun as cat fights and jealous displays were, as Ava grew older they just weren't enough.

It was a after one fight in particular, one that she ironically had not provoked, that upgraded Ava's need for discord to a higher, bloodier level. A screwdriver had been shoved through one of her classmate's shoulder. The expression he'd made after he realized what was going on, the color of the blood as it driped from his wound, the gasp that passed throughout woodshop echoed by all of the eighth graders surrounding her- any of it could have been the reason.

That was the start of Ava's involvement with less than pleasant people.
