It's now next Friday and you're at work, about to head to the bathroom to change your clothes to your date night clothes.

While on the way to the bathroom, you run into Jieun.

You raise your eyebrows in surprise as you see her. Her facial expression is the same, her nearly bumping into you.

"Jieun, you're back from your time off!" You say before immediately speaking once more. "How are you doing? Are you feeling okay now that the whole scandal has been taken care of?"

You watch as she softly smiles before shaking her head slightly.

"I'm... still not doing the best right now." She responds, causing your facial expression to drop as you grow worried about her.

"Oh no..." you mumble before looking around the office. You then lower your voice to a whisper. "Are your coworkers still giving you shit about the whole situation?" you question. She slowly nods her head before doing a double check to make sure no one is eavesdropping on your conversation.

"Yeah, it's been pretty bad since I got back from my time off." She states while shaking her head. "I've heard people making rumors that I took time off because I needed to meet with SUGA and fix my reputation by bribing him with sex so he would state that he never did anything with me." This causes you to furrow your eyebrows as you look over at her.

"That... doesn't even make any fucking sense?" you question. This causes her to widen her eyes while gesturing towards you.

"That's what I'm saying!" she exclaims, frustrated. She then widens her eyes as she realizes how loud she's being. She then lowers her voice once more before speaking again. "I was already starting to hate my job anyway, so I've already started applying elsewhere." She then whispers. This causes you to widen your eyes once more as you look over at her.

"Hate your job?" you question before shaking your head. "You're the peppiest person in the office every day. If that's true, you're an incredible actress." You respond. This causes her to laugh before pointing towards you.

"Funny that you mention that," she says before stepping around you and making her way into the break room. You follow behind her and step into the break room with her. "I actually was thinking of going back to school to study acting or singing." She explains. This causes you to tilt your head to the side as you look over at her.

"That may be a good idea if you're more interested in a career in one of those two things." You respond. "As long as you're not just doing this because of the scandal, though. At the end of the day, if it is, you won't be happy leaving." You respond.

"It's far more than the scandal. Did you ever notice how much more excited I was to head into the studio than I would be to be in the office? And that was after 8 hours of boring office work. For me to have that much energy and excitement for something after a long day of working tells me I'm feeling that way for a reason." She states. This causes you to slowly nod your head.

"Well, if that's what you think is best for you." You respond. "I'll support you through anything you decide on." You say.

She smiles excitedly, causing you to smile as you see herself getting back into her usual happy attitude.

"I'm glad you're being supportive of me, Y/N. I know we aren't the closest of friends outside of work but it means a lot to me knowing that someone has my back." You nod your head as she says this.

"Well, I have to get ready." You say while gesturing down towards your clothes. "I have a date tonight." You say with a smile.

"With SUGA." She says, attempting to finish your sentence. You widen your eyes for a second before placing your index finger over your mouth.

"Shh! I don't want to be in the hot seat either right now." You say before taking a deep breath and giving her a smug smile. "Even though I'd be really quick to put some bitches in their place for talking shit about me... not that they would, though. After all, his friend is my boss now." This causes Jieun to laugh and nod her head.

"Yeah, highly doubt you'll get even an ounce of shit from anyone." You then grin at her before you two say your goodbyes as you make your way into the bathroom.

You change into your date night clothes, a bodycon red dress and a pair of black stiletto heels. You then adjust your hair slightly before stepping out of the bathroom once you're finished changing your clothes.

Going back to your desk, you gather your things and say goodbye to Namjoon before making your way out of the office.

You're now dressed up and sitting at your table with Yoongi sitting directly next to you as you two talk.

"So, she's thinking of going back to school for music or acting?" Yoongi questions about Jieun before taking another bite of his food. He then glances at your plate, noticing that you're almost done with your sushi before he then uses his chopsticks to grab some of the sushi on his plate. He then places this sushi onto your plate along with a few other pieces before eating one of the pieces himself. You smile softly as he does this before nodding.

"Yeah, so I hope you weren't getting your hopes too high about another song with her." You say before gesturing towards the sushi on your plate. "Why'd you give me more food?" you question. He shrugs a shoulder.

"You ran out and I know you were still hungry. I don't mind sharing. We can always order more." He explains before shaking his head. "I already knew Jieun would realize she should be in the music business. After hearing the song she wrote, I had a feeling she was meant to be doing that instead of what she was doing for her day job."

"Yeah?" you question. Yoongi nods.

"You know, Jungkook is actually attending the most elite school for music and performing right now." Yoongi states. This causes you to raise an eyebrow.

"I had no idea." You respond before taking another bite of one of the pieces of sushi that Yoongi put on your plate. "You think he could help Jieun get into the school through an audition or something?" you question. He smiles a sneaky smile before shrugging a shoulder. A little bit of quiet laughter escapes his mouth for a second.

"Oh, I'm positive he'd be able to do that." He says before chuckling to himself. He then takes another bite of the sushi on his plate. You eye the man as he eats and furrow your eyebrows, sensing something weird. He makes eye contact with you and grins. "He has a crush on her." He responds. This causes you to widen your eyes as a smile spreads across your face.

"How did I not know that?" you question. He shrugs a shoulder.

"I don't gossip but since you're my girlfriend now, it's not really gossiping, just a boyfriend sharing information with his girlfriend." He responds. This causes you to laugh before shaking your head.

"How'd you find out about it?"

"He came to the studio to pick some equipment up that he wanted to use for a class and she was in the studio recording. While she was singing, he was practically being put into a trance or something."

"Her voice is pretty angelic." You say before taking another bite of a piece of sushi.

"Her voice is beautiful for sure." He responds before he laughs. "I had to snap him out of it. Ever since, he's tried coming in on random days of the week with the most fake, random excuses to stop by the studio just to try seeing her." He amusedly says before shaking his head. You let out a soft laugh and nod your head.

"Poor thing. Why haven't you offered to set them up?" you question.

"Not my business, not my place to butt in." Yoongi says. You then open your mouth to say something before you silently agree and decide not to say anything.

If the feelings are mutual, then it'd happen. If not, that's fine too. Either way, it's not your place to do anything either.

After all, you don't want to come across the way Irene did before you met Yoongi, trying to set you up with every man she knows. You know how it felt to be on the other side of that, and even though her intentions were kind, it would offend you sometimes. You'd hate to do the same to Jieun.

As you're eating, you two grow quiet for a few moments.

You look up at the portraits on the wall and look at the new additions that have been hung since you two ate here last. There are paintings of loving families laughing together, a few of different couples doing things ranging from holding hands over the table and some kissing over the table, and a few paintings of a few good-looking individuals dining by themselves while reading a book or patiently waiting for another person.

Each portrait has its own special touch with the detail of the peoples' appearances. Despite not knowing these people, you know if you were to see one of them again at the restaurant, you could pinpoint which painting is of them. This thought alone causes you to smile as you think about how they'll bring future family members and friends and show off the portraits for years to come.

As you're admiring the portraits, you make eye contact with a familiar face.

"Why... I recognize those faces." She says before making her way towards the table from two tables over. Once at your table, Yoongi looks up at her and gives her a polite small grin while you smile. "Back for a second date?"

"Back as a couple, actually." Yoongi states. "Been together for a bit now."

"So far, so good?" she questions. This causes Yoongi to look over at you before smiling a wide gummy smile. He nods. You smile at him before breaking eye contact and looking up at her.

"Yeah... I guess your intuition is better than we thought." You respond. This causes her to let out a soft laugh as she crosses her arms across her chest.

"Well, like I said, I know love when I see it." She states before nodding her head at the wall. "So... second thoughts on the portrait?"

You look over at Yoongi and grin before growing quiet as you allow him to answer.

"Yep, I somehow convinced her to change her mind on it." He says smugly as you roll your eye before gently smacking his arm. He chuckles before winking over at you. "Kidding, she just realized I'm in it for the long run and let her wall down for me a little bit." You smile as he says this before nodding your head.

"After all, it's not every day that an artist comes to you asking to paint you. We'd be honored." You respond.
