At mansion:-

Shivaay Annika both are busy in chatting while shivaay is making pasta.
Vijay returns home & hears Shivaay's laugh from kitchen.He thinks who is laughing like this with Shivaay.He comes in kitchen & sees Shivaay serving pasta to one girl who is sitting on kitchen counter her face towards shivaay Vijay starts watching them keenly.

Shivaay is the first one who comes out of the moment & says hi to Vijay.
Annika turns towards vijay & immediately stands still from kitchen counter.
Vijay says It's ok be comfortable to Annika & comes towards shivaay.

Vijay : Shivaay who is this beautiful lady ? Oh your Girl Frnd right? Milwaogay nahi?

Shivika share an eye lock.

Shivaay : No Vijay she is not my Girl frnd but ya my newly found Frnd.

Annika : Hello Mr Vijay.

Vijay : Hi.Why u r here by the way? (He asks coldly)

Shivaay : Vijay she is here for u only.She is the one i told u about her yesterday only.

Vijay : Oh ok so give me a moment i will back in a moment after changing then we will discuss stuff.

Vijay left from there.

Shivaay : So Annika Check my pasta u will love it.

Annika : Ok but by the way why u said to Vijay that i'my our frnd as far i remeber i haven't said this? (She teases him)

Shivaay : Wo actually...main...i thought...we r.....

Annika laughs on his stammering situation like a child jiski chori pakri gayi ho.

Annika : Oh come on Shiv i'm just kidding.

Shivaay heart flatered when he heard Shiv from Annika.
He shows his hand & says:

Shivaay : So frndz?
Annika : Ok Frndz.

They both start eating their pasta again.Annika praised Shiv's cooking & he said thanks.

After few moments they came to Hall & Vijay also came there they all settled down on sofa.

Vijay : So Miss Annika here is the contract Shivaay will tell u each & every point then sign it carefully.

Shivaay starts telling her points.

Shivaay : Annika so According to this contract points are:-

*If u r ready for becoming surrogate mother of vijay's baby u have to stay here with us in our mansion & in your pregnancy period u can't leave this place.

* Vijay is giving u 50 lac for doing it.U can use that money in any way u want to.

*If in future there will be any risk in this pregnancy or we will have to save......(He stops)I mean i know this will not happen bcoz i will always there for u & babu.

Vijay : Shivaay complete your line tell her everything.

Shivaay : Vijay but i think this line is unnecessory.

Annika : Shivaay it's ok i'm here for this only.

Shivaay : In future if any risk comes or we will have to choose between saving mom's life or baby life......We will save baby (He completes with much difficulty)

Annika : I have no problem if this situation will come i will myself tell u guys to save baby.

Shivaay thinks how someone can be so selfless.

Shivaay : Next point is :

*After delivery if baby will need your milk u can't say no.

*After delivery if baby ever need u u have to come whether baby is 2 years old 4 years old or 6 years old.Untill baby turns 6 years old u cant say no to Vijay.

* U can't marry someone in these 9 months.

* If u brake this contract u have to give double amount that is 1Crore.

* The procedure through which u want to become pregnant will be on u only.
U want to use medical way or..........(Shivaay again stopped there)
I..mean u want to become pregnant through natural procedure or medical way is upto u.

* Last point after delivery u can't show your rights on baby.As soon u deliver vijay's baby u will have no rights left on Baby.

Annika listens to each & every point attentively.

Shivaay : So r u up for it still?

Annika : I'm ready but i want my money tomorrow is it ok with u guys?

Vijay : U sign it we will give u money tomorrow.

Annika closed her eyes.A lone tear escaped her eyes she immediately turned her face & cleaned her face but Shivaay witnessed all this.

She inhales deep breath & with heavy heart she signs the contract papers.

Vijay : So Miss Annika now u r going to be surrogate mother of my baby u will get your money mostly tomorrow in your bank.

By saying this he left from there.

Annika was still consuming the fact that now she will be mother soon that too without marriage.What will society do with her?

Shivaay got it that Annika is not ok.
Annika's eye get moistened again she quickly said bye to shivaay bcoz she doesn't want to show her vulnerable side to him & she started moving towards main door.

Shivaay called her to stopped her but she put no head & kept moving towards door.

Shivaay ran to her , grabed her wrist & stopped her.He pulled Annika towards him & her soft body collides with his Harder one.
Shivaay Holds Annika's face in his palms & their eyes met shivaay wiped her tears.

Shivaay : Hey Annika stop crying.I don't know the exact reason behind all this but i know somewhere u r not doing all this with your will.
But u know i'm your frnd...i mean newly found frnd.If u want to share anything with me u can.I won't judge u.Annika if u want to cry u can.I'm here for u.

Annika found all this strange bcoz till now no one was there for her to wipe her tears.No one ever said this to her that i'm here for u.The words this man is saying with whom she met just few hours ago no one ever said these words to her.

Annika was the first one to realised that shivaay is holding her so near to his face that she can feel his breath fanning on her face.
She broke their eye lock & moved few steps back.She wipes her tears & said:

Annika : Thank u but i will be alright soon.Now i have to go it's getting late or else i won't get any Rikshaw.

Shivaay : R u mad.U will now search for Rikshaw i'm here na i'm free i will drop u.

Annika : No it's ok i can go by myself u don't need to worry.

Shivaay : I need to worry Annika bcoz now for next 9 months u r my responsibility.I have to take care of u.So now Shhhh & come with me.

He grabbed Annika's wrist & walked with her till parking.He opened Car door for her like Gentleman.
Annika still tried to refuse but Shivaay forcefully yet with love push Annika inside car & he himself get settled on driver seat.
He came near Annika & her breath get hitched right there , shiver ran down her spine when Shivaay touched her bare skin. Shivaay took seat belt & buckled it.

Car ride was silent.Shivaay saw Annika with her head lying back on seat , Her hairs waving in air & she looking outside the window calmly.Shivaay initiated the convo.

Shivaay :Annika if i will ask u something u will reply me?

Annika : Hmmm

Shivaay : Ok so do u have siblings?

Annika : No.

Shivaay : Bohat boring feel hota hoga na ? Any frnd?

Annika : Nahi mere pass boring feel karne ka time nahi tha or frndz banane ka bhi nahi.

Shivaay's heart hurts due to her sad face.

Shivaay : Oh ! So where your mom dad live like where u live ?

Annika : Why u want to know?

Shivaay : Bcoz Annika i'm driving from last 30min but still i don't know where i should drop u?😂(He laughs)

Annika : Sorry actually i forgot .

She tells him address.

Shivaay : Annika

Shivaay : Agar main kuch bolonga to tum gussa to nahi hogi?

Annika : Nahi ab kuch bhi or kisi ki baat bhi hurt nahi karti.

Shivaay : U r soo beautiful.

Annika : looked at shivaay shockingly.

Annika : Thank u But how u could find me beautiful bcoz neither i'm wearing that top class Knee length dress with heels nor that heavy makeup which u boys like the most?

Shivaay : Who told u we boys like heavy makeup the most?We hate such stuff i don't know about other boys or Men but i hate all this fakeness.U r beautiful bcoz u r same from outside as u r from inside.Simple yet classy.

Annika : And how u know this that i'm beautiful from inside too what if i'm faking it infront of u?

Shivaay : Bcoz i can feel it.I met many girls before u & they all ran away by just listening the contract & specially that feeding milk line.The way u said how u can harm the baby u r going to keep in your womb speaks everything.When u can have so much love for one stranger's baby the baby who is not even born yet so i can imagine how much love u will shower on ppl Jo tumhare dil ke qareeb hain ya "Hongay"in future.

Annika was speachless.How this man can manage to amazed her multiple times in just one day meeting.
But Sigh! he was unaware of this fact that there is no one for her in this world whom she can call "Apna" jo uske dil ke qareeb ho.....

Annika : Thanks Shivaay.I mean Shiv.(She smiles)

This was the first time when he saw her smiling without any force.

Annika : Shivaay what's wrong with Vijay?

Shivaay : Wrong?

Annika : Like why he is like this so cold neither he laugh nor he talk much?

Shivaay : Yes we.We both lost our parents in accident.Now it's just me & him for eachother.

Annika : But as much i got to know u ,U r still full of life.But Mr Vijay it seems like he has no reason left for living.

Shivaay : Yup bcoz actually he thinks he has no reason.

Annika : Why? & u both r still single? Like he should get married if someone will come in his life he will get reason or then he will get baby too or ye sab surrogacy ka chakar hi khatam ho jaega.

Shivaay : Actually his wife died while giving birth to his baby.After that he became stone.No feelings No emotions No love.

Annika was shocked beyond limits.

Annika : Thats why he wants surrogate baby now?

Shivaay : Hmm .Oh so here we r.Your home.

Annika unbuckled her seat belt & was about to go when shiv asked him:

Shivaay : Annika u live here ?

Annika : Nahi wo jo samne tree hai us par rehti hoon(she laughs)

Shivaay : Are nahi mera matlab hai u live in orphanage?

Annika : Shivaay Orphans orphanage main hi rehte hain.

Shivaay unbuckled his seat belt & came near Annika .

Shivaay : That means u too?

Annika : Yes shivaay i can feel your pain.Ok what ever.Thank u for today i'm glad i met u. Thanks for this drive too it was nice talking to u.

Shivaay : But why u need money? (His mind was still there that how she was crying & what is the reason behind her saying yes for such drastic step)

Annika : Bye shivaay it's getting late.We will meet tomorrow we will talk then.

Shivaay was about to hug Annika when Annika looked at him with confusion clearly showing on her face.

Shivaay : Frndly hug u know(he smiles)

Annika quickly gives him "Frndly Hug"  said bye & left from there.

Shivaay : I will get to know everything about u Annika i will make sure these upcoming 9 months will be the happiest months of your life......
