It is now November! November is my favourite month because of Thanksgiving amd the nice Autumn weather. The only sad thing is that I get stuffy noses, as I do now. I could not update Wednesday or yesterday because I was out late with Youth Group and class. But, I am back and happy to be back.

Therefore, in the present case I advise you: Leave these men alone! Let them go! For if their purpose or activity is of human origin, it will fail. But if it is from God, you will not be able to stop these men; you will only find yourselves fighting against God.”

These words came from Gamaliel, a famous teacher who was mentoring a young rabbi named Saul of Tarsus. His insights about the apostles still speak to us today. We can get concerned about the future of Christianity in the light of recent developments, but Gamaliel reminds us that what is from God will overcome any obstacle. There is nothing to fear about the future of the faith because Jesus is alive. Even wise Gamaliel had no idea of what God was about to do when Saul of Taursus would become the apostle Paul." -Dave Whitehead
