All throughout today, I've been dizzy and feeling like I was about to pass out. It wasn't until about an hour ago that this came to an end. I don't know why this happened exactly but a guess is dehydration. So as a goal for next month, I will be hydrating and doing my beat to drink one full water bottle each day.
My family went out for dinner because of my brother's birthday yesterday and it was very nice to have everyone together.
