Hey guys, its been a while huh?? Welp, I came back and saw a lot of requests for a part two of nightmare x baby reader. So I thought it would be fun to write. Sorry I've been away so long. I've been really busy with school. Hope you can forgive me.

Nightmares point of view
I sat at home and was waiting for my daughter to get home from school while my brother sat across from me.
"How does it feel to be back to normal?" He asked.
I looked down and examined my once again skeletal hand.
"It feels pretty great." I sighed happily.
We sat and chatted for a while when the front door slammed open and Y/n ran up to her room slamming the door closed.
"Well, that's  my cue to leave!" Dream said running out the door.

I sighed and pinched the bridge of where my nose would be. I stood up and set down the cup of tea that was in my hand and made  my way to my daughter's room.
I lightly knocked on her door and waited for her to answer.
"Go away! I don't wanna see anyone!" She called.
"Come on Y/n, open up and tell me what's wrong." I said calmly.
I heard a few feet shuffle behind the door and a small jiggle of the handle. My eye sockets widened when I saw her state.
He eyes were red and her cheeks were stained with tears.
"What happened?" I said kneeling down to her level.
She then threw herself into my arms and cried into my shoulder.
"Dad... They keep bullying me." She said through sobs.
"But why would they do that? You're a little angel." I said pulling her back and looking her in the eyes.
"Because I'm human, and you're a skeleton. They call me a freak, dad. I don't wanna go back to that school!" She said as more tears fell down her face.
"Well, I can't take you out of school dear. But I can talk to the principal tomorrow if you like?" I asked.
She slowly nodded her head and dried her eyes.
"Good. Now let's go make dinner."

-Timeskip-

I sat in the office with the principal and had a frown  on my face.
"My daughter came home yesterday in tears because the other students are bullying her and calling her names." I said, clearly unpleased.
"Yes, we have heard of the situation and we are trying to deal with it, but you know kids these days won't listen and follow rules." He explained. "We have overheard also that she doesn't have a mother, am I correct?" He said looking at me from the corner of his eye.
"What does that have to do with the fact my daughter is being verbally abused by other students?!" I said getting upset that he changed the subject so easily.
"I have organised a child inspector to come and see if you are capable of looking after her, if it appears that you can't, we will take her away and send her to a proper family." He explained. "I care for the young girl, and I fear that home life is hurting her too."
"I'm raising my daughter just fine!" I said slamming my hand on the table. "Its your damn students that are hurting her! And I swear if any of them lay a single finger on her, I'll contact their parents!"
"Let me ask you, she was adopted, yes?" He asked.
"Yes?" I said lifting my nonexistent eyebrow.
"So what I'm wondering is why a monster like you wanted to take care of a human?" He asked sitting in his chair.
"Why the hell does that even matter?! As far as I'm concerned, I don't have to explain me or my daughters life to you." I said walking towards the door. "Now if you don't mind, I'm taking my daughter home."
"The inspector will be at your home in five days, so I suggest you be prepared."

That was the last thing I heard before I closed the door.
