Your point of view

I sat next to the lake near the cadet camp with my feet sitting in the water, looking up at the sky. I then heard footsteps behind me I got up and listened to where it came from, I then turned around and pounced on it.
"Ow!" Marco cried as he hit the ground. "Y/n, that hurt."
"S-sorry Marco! I didn't mean to hurt you." You said in shock.
"Its okay. Um... You know your still sitting on me right?" He asked. I quickly realised and blushed bright red as I got off the ground.
"What are you doing out here?" He asked.
"I was bored so I came and sat my feet in the water and listened to the peaceful silence." I sighed sitting back down. He smiled, and honestly, my heart beat quickly against my chest. "How come you're here?"
"I needed to clear my head. I have a feeling in my chest that won't go away. And its effecting my training, I thought being here would help."
"Good choice of a spot. I think I might head back." I said standing up.
"Wait! Please sit with me for a while first." He pleaded.
"Okay." I said blushing. I had a big crush on Marco and I had always tried to hide it.
I sat next to him and he pulled me into a hug.
"M-Marco!?" I said shocked.
"Shh Y/n, enjoy the quiet." He whispered. "No one to bother us. No one around."
It was peaceful. And being in  Marco's arms made me feel safe.
"You know I love you, right Y/n?" He said out of the blue.
"R-Really?" I asked.
"Of course." He said placing a kiss on my head.
"I love you too." I said snuggling into his chest as we sat there.
