Just an average girl

Sitting in her room as she stared up at the ceiling and let the tears fall down her face as her wrists stung from the fresh wounds she had recently put there. She kept crying as I thought how her life was wrong in every single way. Her parents eaten in front of Her eyes. Her friends eaten on the day of our first attack. Levi and Hanji tell Her that it's what she signed up for when she joined the scouts. And she already knew that. her friends and her family were her everything, sure. she still has Armin, Eren and Mikasa. but they became distant, now all they do is exchange hello's and go their separate ways.

She told you she was down, you let it slip by
So from then on she kept it on the inside
She told herself she was alright
But she was telling white lies
Can't you tell? Look at her dull eyes

Tried to stop herself from crying almost every night
But she knew there was no chance of feeling alright
Summer came by, all she wore was long sleeves
'Cause those cuts on her wrists were bleeding through you see

Armin was sitting in the mess hall with the others when he noticed that someone was missing. he asked the others why Y/n wasn't down for dinner. But they all responded with I don't know. He stood up and said he was going to get her to make sure she was okay. He slowly started walking down the hall but Hanji stopped him for a conversation, both of them unaware of what the H/c girl was about to do.

She knew she was depressed, didn't want to admit it
Didn't think she fit in, everyone seemed to miss it
She carried on like a soldier with a battle wound
Bleeding out from every cut her body consumed

She had no friends at school, all alone she sat
And if someone were to notice she would blame the cat
But those cuts on her wrist, they were no mistake
But no one cared enough to save her from this self-hate

She stood up from her bed letting the knife fall on the floor beside her. She walked over to her closet and pulled out a large amount of rope. She grabbed a piece of paper and starts writing a letter to he friends and comrades. Saying her finale goodbyes and writing for them not to worry about her death. Once finished the letter she grabbed her rope and she started to tie the knot.

Things were going down, never really up
And here she is now stuck in this stupid rut
She knew exactly what she had to do next
Just stand on that chair and tie the rope around her neck

She wrote a letter with her hand shaking wild
"Look at me now! Are you proud of your precious child?"
But she knew that her parents weren't the ones to blame
It was the world that should bow down its head in shame

Armin walked up to her door with a big smile, happy to talk to one of his best friends and his crush from his childhood. He walked up to her room and saw the lights were off. He thought she was asleep until he heard a loud thud from the other side of the door. He grew concerned as he knocked on the door lightly, Calling her name. There was no answer. He called that he was opening the door and he slowly opened it. He switched on the light but what he saw made time stop.

She stood up on the chair and looked out at the moon
Just don't think, it'll all be over soon
The chair fell down as she took her final breath
It's all over, all gone, now she's greeting death

Her Mom walks in, she falls down to the floor
And now nothing can take back what she just saw
The little girl that she raised is just hanging there
Her body's pale and her face is violently bare

He screamed causing people to rush down the hall to see what was wrong. He raced into the room and cut the rope causing her to fall in his arms. He felt his tears falling more and more as he held the girl he loved as she laid dead in his arms. People walked in and either gasped or screamed. Levi and Hanji walked in and the both had different expressions. Hanji cried as she saw her there in his arms and Levi's expression was sad and filled with regret.

She sees the note and unfolds it with care
All she does is stare, "How can this be fair?"
She starts reading as the tears roll down her face
"I'm sorry Mom but this world is just not my place

I've tried for so long to fix this and fit in
I've come to realize this world's full of sin
There's nothing for me here, I'm just a waste of space
I've got no reason to stay here with this awful race

They tried to find a way to keep her alive and they had failed. The young H/c, E/c girl was no more. She was dead. Armin cried for the next few days. They had explained that they had found multiple cuts up her forearms and thighs. They then handed him the letter she had written before she took her life. He read over the letter multiple times, the letter saying how she wasn't wanted and she couldn't take the regret knowing her friends and family are dead.

It's a disgrace, I was misplaced
Born in the wrong time and in the wrong place
It's OK though, 'cause you'll see me soon

As it shines bright throughout the night
And remember everyone's facing their own fight
But I can't deal with the pain, I'm not a fighter

His tears spilled more as he tried to sleep every night, he wouldn't sleep or eat. The others told him that he needed to move on, but he ignored them and became very depressed. He slept in her room ever since that night and he hugged into her pillow, trying to take in the scent of the girl he had lost. All he wanted was for her to come back to him and for them to be happy together.

So let the world know, that I died in vain

That's what they used to tell me, all those kids at school
So I'm going by the law "majority rules"

The day of her funeral came around and he didn't even want to go, but the others told him that it would be best if he did. Armin stood in silence and she was buried under the ground. He stayed longer than everyone else and he felt like someone was standing next to him. He looked and saw Eren there and he sat next to him, enclosing him in a massive hug. he kept crying into his best friend's shoulder.

You're the best friend that I ever had
Such a shame I had to make you so very sad
But just remember that you meant everything to me
And to my heart, you're the only one that held the key

Weeks had passed and they were outside the walls on another expedition. he had no expression on his face. He was zoned out, so much he didn't hear his friends calling his name until a titan grabbed him with it's fat hand. he didn't even squirm. He didn't want to be around anymore. But before he was eaten he saw a flash of light, causing him to cover his eyes. He looked and saw he was placed on the ground by two soft cold arms. he turned around and saw the unspeakable. She stood there with a smile and a pair of the most beautiful angel wings on her back. she touched his cheek and wiped his tears away. She then started fading and he hugged, screaming for her not to leave. She whispered the words 'I love you' just before she left. He sat there in tears as his friends took him know. He was too late, and he found out his crush loved him back after she had died. She's gone, and he can't bring her back.

Now it's time to go, I'm running out of space to write
