He felt the world crash down on him. He never knew why killed Marco. They were friends, close friends. Even as close as Marco had been with Jean. Though, that particular thing bothered him. Marco would always be around Jean, as long as he was available to talk to. He absolutely despised Jean for having Marco at his side at almost all the time, he didn't know why at the time. Now he knew. He loved Marco, more than anything could ever be loved, and what did he do to show that love? He killed him. There was a reason, he wanted to end Marco suffering. He didn't want Marco to hurt. He wanted Marco to be happy, to smile all the time, even if Marco chose to be with someone else. But one night, after watching Marco break down and cry, talking about how Jean abused him, Reiner snapped. He wanted to kill something, not knowing at the time it would be the freckled male he cared so much for. And, even worse, Jean left him all alone without the means to go on. Marco had looked so depressed, as if he was dying slowly on the inside. Reiner hated that. But, the blond male snapped one day and held that knife with the intention to end Marco's pain. To send Marco away to a better place. Though, he wasn't in his right mind at the time, and he killed the one person he ever cared for.
