I have 2 reasons for this:

1. When he was talking to Ymir he said that he didn't look like the kind of guy that likes girls(BTW it's confirmed that Ymir and Historia(Krista)are a couple(only in the anime tho ;_;) so he doesn't even have a chance with Historia)

2. Reiner was born on August 1, a.k.a. Yaoi Day. He was born on Yaoi Day. Yaoi Day. FUCKING YAOI DAY.
