Annie Leonhardt woke up in her room. She looked around and saw that everyone was still asleep.

She got up and wore her uniform. Then she quietly snuck out her room. She opened the door, exited the room and closed the door. Pure and simple.

Suddenly she felt that she wasn't alone. As if someone is watching her. Then she felt a tug on her pants. She looked down only to see tiny Eren Jaeger looking at her.

"Oh, hey Eren. What are you doing here?" Annie asked the little kid.

"I am hungry. Armin is still sleeping. I tried to wake him up but he kept shoving me away!" Little Eren said with sad puppy eyes looking st Annie.

His eyes pierced through her cold heart and she couldn't hold the joy of having to take care of Eren for the while. His cuteness is just too overwhelming. She grabbed Eren's tiny hand gently and walked with him to the mess hall.

As they were walking, Eren started to look around. Annie noticed this and asked him: "Eren. Are you okay?"

Eren looked at her with sad eyes and then looked down. Annie felt sad to see him so she stopped in her tracks and picked him up.

"What's wrong? You can tell me." Annie said in the sweetest, cutest and most caring voice she could ever say in.

"I wanna fly one day like all of you." Eren said in a sad voice, which made Annie even sadder.

"Don't worry, my little Eren. We'll cure you and you can fly with us again one day, okay?" She said.

"Okay." Eren said smiling.

Annie then took the kid to the mess hall.

When she arrived at the mess hall, there were a few, a very few cadets there. Annie went and grabbed food for Eren and herself. She then went and took a seat at her usual spot.

"You're early." Said a voice in a sarcastic tone. Annie looked in front of her and noticed Reiner sitting there.

"Yes. Is that a problem to you?" She asked Reiner who noticed Eren who's next to her, being fed. Reiner looked at Eren with a smile.

"Hey Eren. When you return to normal, I want you to spar with me." Reiner said to Eren who looked at him.

"Really?" Eren asked.

"Yea! And we can become better! Faster! Stronger!" Reiner said while posing in funny ways to prove his point. Eren started laughing.

(Time skip)

After the breakfast, Annie returned Eren back to Armin's room and left. Eren was not sad nor happy about this, as he only wanted to have fun. The idea of sparring Eren kept haunting Eren and he couldn't wait to return back to normal.

Armin looked at Eren and asked him if he wants to read a book with him to which Eren replied: "No Armin! Books suck! Reading sucks! I wanna become bigger and stronger so I can annihilate titans and spare with everyone and win!"

Armin looked at Eren quite surprised and chuckled. "Yea. One day you will, Eren." Armin replied.

(A few Days later)

"Armin! Where is Eren?" Asked Mikasa.

"I don't know!" Responded Armin loudly. He seemed nervous. He was either scared for Eren's sake or that he was scared of Mikasa. But it seemed both.

Suddenly Mikasa, while looking around, noticed that Reiner is showing off some moves to someone. Mikasa, and out of curiosity, approached him. Then she was what her eye couldn't believe. It was Eren.

"Eren!" Mikasa said as she ran to Eren. She picked him up.

"Mikasa, Mikasa! Look at Reiner's Moves!" He said.

She noticed that Eren is admiring Reiner... a little bit too much. So she put Eren down and walked to Reiner.

"Reiner. Wanna spar?" She asked.

"Hell yea! Why not?" Reiner replied optimistically.

A few moments later and Eren could see Reiner on the ground. Eren felt disappointed by Reiner. But then he looked at Mikasa. He didn't just see his best friend, he saw his new idol.

"Whoa! Mikasa you're amazing!" He said. Mikasa blushed and hid her face with the scarf. She then grabbed Eren and walked away.

(Time skip)

Annie approached Reiner.

"Who took you down?" She asked.

"Mi...kasa..." Reiner was able to say.

Annie looked at the direction Mikasa was supposed to be at and said to herself.

"Beware, Mikasa. Eren is gonna be mine and mine alone. I will not let him be with you for long."
