Third Person Narrative

Eren woke up with Mikasa at his side, curled up and cuddling him.

"Good morning Mika." Eren smiled down at her lovingly and kissed her cheek.

Mikasa's eyes opened and she sadly smiled back at him kissing his lips gently.

Eren wrapped his arms around Mikasa and lifted her bridal style, she giggled as he did this.

"I love you Mika, by the way we're gonna stop by a swimsuit shop and get you a cute bikini." Eren flirted with Mikasa who blushed in his arms.

Mikasa pulled Eren close and connected their lips. Eren ran his lip tongue against Mikasa's bottom lip pleading entrance and Mikasa gladly obliged.

Eren carried Mikasa downstairs and sat her on a chair by the kitchen table. Mikasa smiles and looked down at the already set up food on the table.

"Thank you Carla." Mikasa said smiling at Carla, grateful.

Eren finished his breakfast and picked Mikasa up again. He brought Mikasa outside and got into his car, placing Mikasa in the passenger seat.

On the way they picked up Connie, Sasha, Annie ands Armin. They planned to meet Bertholdt, Reiner, Christa and Ymir at the beach.

We arrived at the beach and met up with the rest of our friends and headed to the seaside.

"Lets go to the beach store first to get Bikinis." Eren said blushing. Eren then remembered that Mikasa hadn't actually been around people and socialised since Levi died.

When they arrived at the store Sasha, Mikasa and the other girl headed to the bikini area, Mikasa pulling me along trailing behind them.

Eren's POV

Mikasa walked out of the changing room in a black bikini but she didn't like it and hid herself behind the curtain.

"C'mon Mikasa..." I pleaded. She had tried at least eight on now and still felt embarrassed.

"But I don't like them..." I smiled and walked into the dressing room with her as she had just put on a maroon bikini.

She looked amazing and I, I looked like a tomato.

I wrapped my arms tightly around her waist and kissed her passionately. Though I could see her scars she still looked amazing.

It really showed off her body, curves and her....

I then realised that I was blushing again. Mikasa noticed it too and giggled at me, damn I loved that laugh.

Mikasa went from the light giggle into a full laugh and I too couldn't stop myself from laughing.

We then walked out of the changing room on after another in order to avoid raising suspicions.

Mikasa purchased the bikini, an I was more than happy.

When me, Mikasa and the rest of the gang had reached the beach we had walked awhile before we had picked a place to set up and put out things.

Mikasa laughed and then I turned around for a second and felt a terribly cold sensation on my back. I turned seeing Mikasa holding a bucket and biting her lip trying not to laugh.

It was on! I charged at her, chasing her as she ran away. While running we had passed everyone and they too were laughing.

My jaw clenched as I caught up to her, tackling her and falling into the ocean with her laying on me. I blushed deeply and her face mirrored mine.

She was still giggling and I was smiling, she was perfection, I wish I'd seen it sooner. But we'd all be alright now, she'd never be the same but we will all do anything we can to help her to be happy again.

Even Annie would do anything to make things better.

We had been at the beach for an hour and I couldn't find Mikasa, I had searched everywhere, I started to panic.

"Mika?! Mika?!" I called for her frantically, searching everywhere then I saw Christa and Ymir, they might know.

Ymir stood there drinking grape juice and cuddling Christa while Christa laid in her lap cuddling her back.

"Hey have you guys seen Mika?" I asked more like a plea than a question.
I prayed to God that they had seen her.

"Yeah, she went to the bath-" She was cut of when Ymir lifted her chin and placed a tender kiss on her lips.

Okay? I walked toward the girls bathrooms and heard sobbing. Oh no. I would recognise those sobs anywhere for they were my weakness, the only thing that hurts me most.

"M-Mika...?" I gasped when I saw her sitting on the corner of the girls toilets. I glanced to check that it was empty and walked toward her.

"Ugly! Slut! Whore! Fat! Hideous! Useless! Go kill yourself!" Mikasa said holding a blade against her skin and crying the venomous words said by idiots.

I froze but almost instantly snapped out of it and ran toward her, pulling her into my arms tightly.

"E-Eren... y-you weren't supposed to kn-know..." Mikasa sobbed again and it broke my heart.

"Mikasa,...why?" She looked into my eyes and I held her wrist gently gazing at the slices in her wrists.
