Dec 10 - Daydream with Me
Sometimes, especially when I'm having a rough time, it helps for me to slow down and daydream a bit
So, tell me about a dream you have, a goal, or a movie quote you love?
Do you have a fictional crush? What would you say to them if they were next to you?
Is there somewhere you want to travel someday?
Do you have a favorite memory?
Also, I've been helped a lot by a Mindfulness technique I learned this semester. I want to share it in case anyone could benefit from this!
For me, it helps me take a step back and calm down when I feel anxious or panicky. It's also nice to just slow down and breath.

And 1 thing you can taste/the last thing you've eaten?
