In the year 2174 a large plague was released and half the worlds population died but due to the plague people started developing mutations to their bodies. So they built a Facility to enhance the powers or try to collect that power for Military soldiers. Most people don't realise they are Supers until they do a good deed or a bad deed. Atlas is the facility and it is found in the mountains of the Himalayas. 

 Even though supers say its hell when scientist do experiments on them, but its helping them enhance their powers and stop any diseases or infections and the medics are quick on stand by if something happens and they are the best of the best. 

Training is a real pain but this helps the supers powers to cope with their wielder. Now these dummies are living people but they are used to this bashing. There are also actual Dummies for more of the dangerous powers.

They are hoping this experiments will help bring the world back on their feet. In this roleplay, you can be either a Super, Scientist, Medic, Staff or Trainer.
