He looks up just in time to see Yang, still burning with her absorbed power, and was about to move as 3 LAAT hover as one hover as Ropes drop from the sides as Shock troopers Repel down Surrounding Roman

Commander Thorn repel down the rope pulling his Z-6 rotary blaster cannon out as he spoke " Roman torchwick Surrender now this is your first and last warning " Thorn says as the 3 LAAT hover around them 2 open there door as clone aimed at Roman with with 4 having Z-6 rotary blaster cannon, 6 RPS-6 rocket launcher and the others holding a mix of DC-15A Blaster Rifle and DC-15S Blaster Carbine and even Clone Commando Gregor was there with other Commando holding DC-17m Interchangeable Weapon System as they aime at Roman why Thorn gunship had it Cannon aimed

"clones, Ladies, Ice Queen..." Roman says as he stood up hearing Weiss yell " hey " as he smirk " Always a pleasure! Neo, if you would..." he says as a girm with pink-and-brown hair apaers from above landing near Roman as curtsies her enemies with a bow

"blast him" Thorn says as he and the men on the ground fried only for only to break their image as if made out of a mirror and turn just in time to see them escape in a Bullhead. as thorn tap his Comlink " Gregor get after them" he yell

" roger that " Gregor says as 2 LAAT brake off and start chasing the escaping bullhead

"So I guess he got a new henchman..." yang sighed

"Yeah, I guess she really made our plans... fall apart!" Weiss says

Weiss Getting mad. " What- But, you do it!"

Yang sighed "There's a time and a place for jokes."

Weiss was confused "Was this not it?"

"Well, at least I'm trying!" Weiss huffed and as the girls were about to walk a way there stop as the clone now surround them " what is going on"

" team rwby your under Arrest " Thorn says walking over

" for what " yang yelled angrly as she look at them

" property damage, endangering civilians, Criminal Damage, interfere with a Military operations, Driving on the wrong side of the road and many more let along You interfere with a Military operations " Thorn list off as the clone move clsoer to the girls

"but we were trying to Stop Roman" Ruby says shocked

" you are not part of the Police, nor the Military, nor a licensed Huntsman. You are Huntsmen in Training" Thorn says as he turn to his men " cuff them"

" you cant do this " yang yelled back getting ready to fight

" we can and will " Thorn says aiming his Miny gun" and you attack one of our men we will fight back"

" yang no" Blake says worried as she is pull a way by 2 clone being Cuffed with ehr hands behind her back

" she right yang " Weiss says as she taken away by 2 clones

" yang pleace do not do it " Ruby says as she put her weapon down letting them cuff her

Yang growled but did as told taking her weapons off and let them cuff her as soon all 4 girls taken to a gunship as take off and soon head to the freeway where when arriving they see multiple Clones helping people out of their cars some were being given first aid where they watch the scean

" look at this... look at what you did " Thorn says angrily as he point to the freeway "you see this, you used the highway of all places to lead a heavily armed criminal through.. Worse you used the cars as platforms, you being targeted! . " as the LAAT lands letting them off

the girls were all silent now knowing what to say as they watch as body bags are put near the road and people taken to other LAAT or to Bullheads or ambulance to be taken a way as a clone walk over " sir"

" report " Thorn ask sighing

"10 dead, 26 Injured, 10 still Missing " He said solemnly

Thorn turned to team rwby where Ruby is in tears on her knees, Yang and Blake were to shock to form words before braking down and weiss cover her mouth " you always think you know best, try to do it your way, all the time ignorant to all the people you hurt!"

a woman hears this and ran over trying to attack but is held back by a clone " you! You got my children hurt!!!"

" your supposed to protect us!!!" a male wolf Faunus yells

2 random Civilian then yell" leave us alone, you done your damage so go"

" I have no other choice but to arrest you." Thorn says turing to the girls

" pleace allow me to Punish them " a voice says as they see Ozpin and ironwood walking over form a LAAT

" sir with all respect people are dead and many more hurt and Because of them our Mission failed to stop roman" Thorn says

" i know Commander but i already spoken to ozpin" Ironwood sighed " there not our student there his"

" people are dead Ozpin, innocent people." Thorn says now looking at Ozpin

" I know, their punishment will be severe." Ozpin says as he turned to Team rwby who are un cuffed and given there weapons back " girls Follow me " he says as he led them a way

Ironwood turn to Thorn " carry on cleaning up and helping them" Ironwood sighed as Thorn salutes as ironwood left as to day was a dark day

a few hour later we be in the clone Bunks as Rex sat on his bed seeing thorn enter " how is it"

" all clear thow 15 people dead and 30 are in Hospital " Thorn says as he took his helmet off " and in return that old bag of bones in charge of Beacon is the one Punishing them " Thorn yelled and when i tried to arrest them ironwood order me not to ensure any punishment on them no that given to ozpin"

"that a little strange " rex sighed

"that what i was thinking because this is outrageous if it was my choice those girls be lock up in prison for what they did and now all there getting a punishment from ozpin" Thorn yelled

" im sure ozpin has his reasons "Rex says walking over

" i know but ever sins we got here any thing them girls have done ozpin been there to iver clean it up or save them and ozpin been at the center for a lot of thing even with ironwood there more going on rex more than we know " Thorn says sighing

" i know but for now all we can do is keep our heads down and do as we are told and may be soon there tell us what going on as we all know Ironwood and ozpin hidding some thing from us " Rex says

Thorn nods " dam right they are" he says as Thorn sat on his Bunk laying down as he sighed closing his eyes today had been a stress full day and there no telling what will happen Tomorrow

our story take place about a week after the Incident in vale with Roman and the chase team rwby were punished by ozpin for yang she lost her bike, all 4 girls had to pay money and do Charity work to make up  for what  happen at the same time they were kept a close eye on by Glynda until after the dance witch was  getting close

at the same time back at Mountain Glenn the 212th had finished making repairs to the base  after taking the base  back from the unknown Droid Force during this time more tanks  and Ships had arrived to help  secure the base

evrey now and again droid scout party were pick up and taken down near the base who ever they were working for or made by want Atlas gone and at the same time the clones gone to but sins retaking the base it had been upgrade

a new wall stood around the base stopping people from entering unless it was threw one of the 3 main gates, there was a small air Field with hangers for Dropships, Fighters, Bombers and tanks, there was a medical center, bunks for the troopers, a control tower/ command center,  Turrets from AA guns to Air to ground weapons to deal with troops and Amour , there was also a small radar dish and Radio tower to help make contact with vale or any one in the area

right now it was only the 212th at the base but today  thing had changed early that morning Cody was  near the air strip waiting for some thing and as he look up he  saw 2 Acclamator-class assault ship and2 The Arquitens-class light cruiser along with LAAT and LAAT/C carrying  AT TE are seen  heading to the base this was back up sent  to aid the 212th in the 2nd stage in the battle of Mountain Glenn

the gunships flew in the air and start landing why the ships hover over the base and one the door open and out side step Commander jet along with jet company and with them a few Atlas Solders and Knights as Jet spoke " Cody it good to see you" he says

Cody smiled " you to jet " Cody says walking over to his old friend shaking his hand "  glad you were  able to join us"

jet smiled as he shook cody hand " same here ironwood called us when we were in Haven clearing out grimm nest and taking down bandits when we got the call we came as soon as we could " jet  sighed as he    took his helmet off " i haired about wilco "

Cody sighed as him" we found his body when we took the base he died   with his men, thease droids are different nothing like atlas droids but we know they got a base set up i had Waxier, Boil and a few scouts trying to find where they came from "

" any leads" jet ask as the 2 start walking passing by the hangers as Engineer were inside working on ships making sure there ready to fly or making sure tanks are ready for battle 

Cody look at him " so far none but we have lost a few scouts to there patrols or attack on our base for now we made it a no  go zone for any one not even huntman or huntress are allowed here " he says stopping near the control tower door "but we "cody cut off when he saw a clone running to him" trooper what do you have to report"

the clone panted he been running for a while " sir  Waxier and Boil back they need to talk to you sir" he pant as he stood up" there at med bay Boil was hurt bad but they said they found it, the droid main base they found it"

with this info Cody nods as he and jet sprinted off to the med bay and when arriving they see Waxier and Boil along with 10 other clone all being treated as Cody spoke " Waxier, boil report"

Waxier walk over " sir " he says as he salute his commander " we follow a Droid party back to the city and to there base it look to be a under ground base north west out side the city the base is  old look to be a lab we haird them talking about there leader a Doctor Merlot" Waxier says sighing " we got ambushed sadly by droid on the way back took heavy hit, no one died but we took a beating"

" good work" cody says putting a hand on Waxier  Shoulder " go get some rest " he says as Waxier nods and left

Jet think" Merlot.. Merlot why dose that name sound formiller"

" it should he was in charge of Merlot Industries as Merlot Industries was a research and development corporation that had its main facility in the ill-fated settlement of Mountain Glenn. It was likely founded by Doctor Merlot. he corporation initially led research into artificial intelligence and genetics. However, they began experimenting on live Grimm, later going as far as attracting Grimm to Mountain Glenn in order to acquire additional specimens, with disastrous results. The corporation lost its primary facility as well as many of its chief staff officers in the fall of Mountain Glenn. It was unable to recover from this blow, shutting down shortly after." Cody says remembering the History they all read about of remnant  

"until now but look like the good old Doctor change plan and now using Battle droids to try and take over " jet says looking at Cody  " we need to inform Ironwood"

Cody nods "  right  you inform him and i get the men ready were need to launch an attack on the base as soon as we can"  he say and with that jet nods and with that the 2 split up as Cody head to gather the 212th and jet company and get them ready for battle why Jet head to the control tower and when there he contact ironwood

a few moment go by before a live screen came up showing Ironwood  as he spoke " go a head Commander jet " he says 

Jet salute Ironwood " sir  i have intel to report we found the droid base "

Ironwood smiled glad to know the problems at mountain glenn would soon be over " good work now give me the report in full detail" he says

jet nods "  at 0900 Lieutenant waxier and Boil report in informing us they have found the Droid base, but it is sad to say that  they were spotted when returning to base and were badly injured but no life lost but from the info they have reported it has been found out that Doctor Merlot of Merlot Industries is alive and is behind this"

Ironwood was shocked hearing that name " Doctor Merlot are you sure " he ask shocked

Jet nods " yes sir  as we speak Commander cody is reading our men we will march out the base with the Tanks    and launch a full attack on the Droid base" he says

" good i have a few Bomber group and fighter wing support you im afraid i cant spare the 501st there busy dealing with some white fang base here in vale" Ironwood says as he salute Jet " good luck inform me when your done"

" yes sir, right a way sir " Jet Says as he end the call heading back out side where he saw Cody and the clones  force of Jet Company and the 212th marching to the gate and out of the gate along with AT TE, Atlesian Paladin-290, Atlesian Knight-200 and Atlas Solders  as Jet walk over to Cody  " i spoke to Ironwood " he says putting his Helmet on " he wished us luck as we speak bomber support on the way"

" right let move " cody says as he and jet start leading

mean time at the droid base and lab of Doctor Merlot was busy Droid were gearing up for battle and setting up weapons to repel any kind of attack  and with them was none other than Doctor Merlot leader of this Droid group and a mad doctor

Doctor Merlot  was an elderly man with dishevelled gray hair, a matching mustache and beard and prominent eyebrows. His left eye is robotic and glows red and around it were noticeable claw marks, likely from his Grimm experiments. His right arm was also robotic and was dark and metallic and has red inner circuits. He wears a light gray jacket with a high collar and a red shirt underneath. On each sleeve of the jacket is a dark gray hexagon shape.

with him was a tatical droid the Droid stood as a advance   it stood as tall as a human but this was a tatical droid a T-series tactical droid as The T-series tactical droid was more intelligent than standard battle droids and was deployed to command Separatist troops where organic leadership was not available. They had advanced combat-analysis software and were very intelligent They were also designed with advanced cognitive modules that processed vast quantities of data rapidly, and would constantly run simulations of imminent combat, calculating odds to develop strategies Their bodies were approximately the same size as a B2 super battle droid, but were boxier in appearance than their combat-designed compatriots. In addition, their voices also lacked any type of inflection, and instead spoke in a flat, droning monotone. Tactical droids were observed to be impatient, arrogant, pushy, and demanding

They believed themselves superior to other droids, as evidenced by their poor treatment and insults to battle droids They often issued conflicting orders due to their sense of superiority.[1] When pushed, tactical droids would even order the destruction of their own allies if they got in the way, as seen at the Sky Battle of Quell. Some of these droids were also in charge of entire fleets and land forces. Most Separatist leaders allowed tactical droids greater autonomy over their forces.

Tactical droids were not as homogeneous as other models. The personalities and voices between units had slight variation, making no two units identical. Tactical droids also bore colorful paint schemes, each of which was unique as well.

 right now they stood in the command center and had just been informed by one of there Scouts of what going on " sir the Atlas force are leaving there base and heading our way with tanks and air unit Their chances of success against us are 742 to 1." 

"You had better be right!" Merlot  says to him as he look out the window "  if they have found us then my plans are done for  so you must make sure they do not get close, you must  destroy them "

"I am a droid. I am always right." The Tactical Droid says  as he turn to a droid " report " he order

the B1  battle droid turn to him" em Clone force are moving in with atlas solders on the ground sir with multiple tanks we also pick up a bomber wing with Fighter escort coming from the south west"

The tactical droid race his hand  " scramble all droid and prepper for battle, launch all fighter  to deal with there air units"

" roger roger" the b1 droid said as he press some thing  and in the hanger the vulture droid star fighters came on line launching out the hanger and in to the air why b1 and b2 battle droid start marching out side with the AAT Tanks  heading out side to get ready for battle

in the air   16 ARC 170 and  12 Y wing Bombers  flying to Mountain Glenn when they saw it Droid fighter at least 26 heading at them

the leader of the pilot Scramjet spoke " alright boys we got in coming lets show them what we can do"

" lets give them hell" a y wing Pilot yelled over the radio

with this the fighter flew at each over and the dog fight start Y wing and arc 170 battling the droid star fighter in the sky seeing who would come out on top

on the ground Clone and Droid force had already made contact and were in battle  the clone dug deep using trees, broken house, the AT TE and any thing they could as cover  as they dug in fighting the droid force witch marched at them and the AT TE fired there Drive cannons blowing Droid a way and taking out there AAT as well as they pushed on

with them the Atlesian Paladin-290, Atlesian Knight-200 and Atlas solder aid as the Paladin fired there huge dust cannons and machines cannons why the atlas Knight march fireing  why the other took cover

Cody was behind cover as he spoke " move it men, go, go,go" he yelled as Cody fired his DC-15S Blaster Carbine

Jet fire his 2 DC-17 Blaster Pistol as he stood near Cody using a blown up AT TE as cover " the droid dug in tight there using tanks and there base as cover " he says as he kept shooting

" where our air support " Cody ask as he got behind cover

" sorry to say it Cody but there busy Droid ambushed them in the air Scram jet informs me there get here when they can but it could be a while" Jet says as he got behind cover

" well we can stay here we got to push on" Cody says as he turn to at atlas officer " inform all unit were moving out use the walkers as cover"

" yes sir " the female Human nods as she tap her ear peace " all units, all units this is Command stand by to move out, use the tanks as cover and advance" she says

with this the clone force and atlas solders  form up using the Paladin and AT TE as cover as they start marching  pushing forwed

a b1 battle droid see this and  tap it radio contacting the base " this is B1-268  we taking heavy lose  enemies pushing back we cant aahhh" it said before being blown to peace  

at the base Merlot haird this and growl " there almost here, there be at the main gatre any moment " he turn to the droid " stand by for battle and start whipping the computer core clean"

" roger, roger" the tactical droid and B1 droid commanders say as they start doing as order why Merlot look threw a screen showing the main gate

out side  Cody saw a large droid force near the main gate and spoke " all tanks fire on that gate" he order

"wait look" a clone yelled as he point to the sky

"Reinforcements..... Reinforcements Have Arrived" a 2nd clone yelled as they all look up at the Y wing arrive flying over them and dropped bombs on the gate blowing the main gate and hanger door to the base open and blowing up the droid and AAT defending the gate blowing them to peaces as the y wing fly over

"gold leader to Commander Cody main gate open for you, were be around if you need us" the leader of the y wing say as they flew a way

" all tanks form a perimeter, Sergeant Barlex stay here with a few men make sure no one leaves" Cody says as he turn to Jet " jet do your thing" 

Jet nods as he turn to his men" alright boys lets do it " he says as he and his men move forward  to the door  

one of the jet trooper planet a detonator on the foor " detonator set and primed" he say

" firing the hole" a 2nd jet trooper says as he press a trigger and with that the Door blows open  making a way for them to enter

"flame troopers move in" Jet yelled as 6 Trooper in gear move in  with flame throwers and start  setting fire down the hall way as droid would start to burn and fall a part

"we got our opining move in" Cody yelled as they all start moving in pushing threw and splitting in to teams of 20  to search rooms and hall ways

jet spoke " cody me and the boys head to the south side of the base keep in touch" he yelled

" roger that " Cody yelled as he and the 212th head north side  pushing down a hall way as they fired there blasters as they push Cody saw a window and when he look out he gasp at what he saw Built in to the hill side a underground factory all around in air or on cat walks Droids were being built and assembled   " my lord" Cody say shocked as he tap his radio " jet we got problem "

" what is it Cody" jet ask over the radio blaster fire haired on his end

" we found the main area where the droid being made, it not what we thought it not a work shop it a hole factory, a factory built inside the hill  were have take Merlot and make a plan to blow this place up" Cody says worried 

" cody we do not have the fire power to take it down it take more than we got, i contact vale for support " jet says ending the call

" roger " cody sighed he knew jet was right the tanks and bomber would not do much at the base this big  with this cody led the charge heading for the Control Room

in the control Merlot watched threw the CCTV as  he saw Clone bursting in to rooms destroying all in there path as he growl "  report " he ask

the tactical droid turn to him" the clone and atlas solders have found the factory and are pushing here" he says before they hear banging on the door " never mind there already here"

Merlot growled " computer core"

" all clean, all Computer and info has been deleted" the tactical droid says as he ready his Pistol

Merlot look at him and got ready" then we must be ready to die" 

just as he said that the Door blew open as Cody and 212th rush in and start blasting the droid down before they could react soon leaving Merlot and the tactical droid left as Cody spoke " surrender now" he yell

" never" Merlot says as he pull a Pistol out and gose to shoot when BOOM  he felt some thing cold running down his chest he look seeing blood " so this is it" he says before falling to the floor dead next to him the tactical droid head blown clean off

Cody sighed putting his blaster a way " check the Computers" he says as he look around

" sir" a atlas officer says running to a computer with 2 clones as they check but she sigh " they whipped the computer core we got nothing all i can say is there droid in the factory are almost ready to come online"

" dam it " Cody says as he tap his comlink" jet any word from ironwood"

" im here Commander pull all your force out the gate and stand by for pick up" Ironwood voice came over the radio

" sir?? " Cody as confused not sure he haired ironwood right

" you got your orders commander" ironwood says ending the call

Cody confused obeyed the order "all units move out fall back out side " cody says as all the clone and atlas solder in the base retreat heading out side and when out side they see the AT TE and Paladin being picked up by the LAAT/C and LAAT, Atlesian Dropship and Atlas Manta picking up Clones and Atlas Solders

" why we retreating " jet ask as he walk over to Cody and the LAAT he in 

Cody shrugged as the Gunships start taking off soon taking all clone of the 212th and Jet Unit along with Atlas solders in to the air and as they gain hight Cody and the other gasp in shock to see 3 new ships, aka the new Atlas Venators Class Star Destroyer 

The Venator-class Star Destroyer, also known as the Venator-class cruiser, was a class of more than 1,000 meter-long attack cruiser of the Star Destroyer design family that was operated by the navies of atlas Designed by Lira Wessex to feature a double-wedge design and perform a wide range of missions, the Venator was the first class of Star Destroyer to be manufactured by Kuat Drive Yards. As a warship, Venators were protected by powerful deflector shields and boasted a range of weaponry. "woh the new Venators"  jet says shocked

Cody nods " i thought they be in atlas " he says before snapping back and tap his commlink" were all clear sir"

on the bridge of the lead Venator  Ironwood is seen walking with Rex behind him to the window as Ironwood spoke " are we clear"

a naval officer look up at Ironwood from the trench below nodding " yes sir all ground force have pull out and we got lock on the base"

"good " ironwood says before taking a deep breath and look out the window "open fire" he says

the 3 Venators move in to position and when ready they star firing there guns hitting the base and the  underground factory  blowing it to peace as  the guns ripped it a part

( like this for the  orbital bombardment just make Kamino in to the Hidden droid base, and take a way the bad batch and replace them with Droids)

" very good " Ironwood says as he look out the window "  i think the  Venators have done well for there fist test send the other 2 back to Atlas at ones this stay here as my new command ship"

" yes sir " the officer says walking a way

Ironwood then look out the window as he spoke " Cody return to the base the 212th stay here for now to hunt down grimm, mean time Jet return to haven  your to go after the Branwen Tribe  and other bandits"

" jet sir" Cody and jet say over the radio before the call end

Rex look at ironwood " what about us sir"

"we return to vale " Ironwood says Turing to him " we still got a lot of work to do  and a dance to get ready for" he says before leaving the bridge 

as the Venators turn around and start to leave all that is left behind them was smoke and fire from the blown up droid base this was the start of a new era, a era of the atlas clone army and more power full ships
