"flame troopers move in" Jet yelled as 6 Trooper in gear move in with flame throwers and start setting fire down the hall way as droid would start to burn and fall a part

"we got our opining move in" Cody yelled as they all start moving in pushing threw and splitting in to teams of 20 to search rooms and hall ways

jet spoke " cody me and the boys head to the south side of the base keep in touch" he yelled

" roger that " Cody yelled as he and the 212th head north side pushing down a hall way as they fired there blasters as they push Cody saw a window and when he look out he gasp at what he saw Built in to the hill side a underground factory all around in air or on cat walks Droids were being built and assembled " my lord" Cody say shocked as he tap his radio " jet we got problem "

" what is it Cody" jet ask over the radio blaster fire haired on his end

" we found the main area where the droid being made, it not what we thought it not a work shop it a hole factory, a factory built inside the hill were have take Merlot and make a plan to blow this place up" Cody says worried

" cody we do not have the fire power to take it down it take more than we got, i contact vale for support " jet says ending the call

" roger " cody sighed he knew jet was right the tanks and bomber would not do much at the base this big with this cody led the charge heading for the Control Room

in the control Merlot watched threw the CCTV as he saw Clone bursting in to rooms destroying all in there path as he growl " report " he ask

the tactical droid turn to him" the clone and atlas solders have found the factory and are pushing here" he says before they hear banging on the door " never mind there already here"

Merlot growled " computer core"

" all clean, all Computer and info has been deleted" the tactical droid says as he ready his Pistol

Merlot look at him and got ready" then we must be ready to die"

just as he said that the Door blew open as Cody and 212th rush in and start blasting the droid down before they could react soon leaving Merlot and the tactical droid left as Cody spoke " surrender now" he yell

" never" Merlot says as he pull a Pistol out and gose to shoot when BOOM he felt some thing cold running down his chest he look seeing blood " so this is it" he says before falling to the floor dead next to him the tactical droid head blown clean off

Cody sighed putting his blaster a way " check the Computers" he says as he look around

" sir" a atlas officer says running to a computer with 2 clones as they check but she sigh " they whipped the computer core we got nothing all i can say is there droid in the factory are almost ready to come online"

" dam it " Cody says as he tap his comlink" jet any word from ironwood"

Cody confused obeyed the order "all units move out fall back out side " cody says as all the clone and atlas solder in the base retreat heading out side and when out side they see the AT TE and Paladin being picked up by the LAAT/C and LAAT, Atlesian Dropship and Atlas Manta picking up Clones and Atlas Solders

" why we retreating " jet ask as he walk over to Cody and the LAAT he in

Cody shrugged as the Gunships start taking off soon taking all clone of the 212th and Jet Unit along with Atlas solders in to the air and as they gain hight Cody and the other gasp in shock to see 3 new ships, aka the new Atlas Venators Class Star Destroyer

the 3 Venators move in to position and when ready they star firing there guns hitting the base and the underground factory blowing it to peace as the guns ripped it a part

as the Venators turn around and start to leave all that is left behind them was smoke and fire from the blown up droid base this was the start of a new era, a era of the atlas clone army and more power full ships

after the events that happen most of the  new Atlas Venators Class Star Destroyer were sent back to Atlas leaving only one in vale aka Ironwood new ship witch had become the flag ship for the 501st, Shock  and atlas forces sins  then at the ship a training room had been made based on a training room at a training facility back in atlas aka the Citadel Challenge as The Citadel Challenge was a capture-the-flag type exercise. Cadets had to make it through guard towers and standard infantry droids, climb the hill, and pick up the pole which disabled all the droids and laser cannons. There were many forms of cover, such as walls and crates. The laser cannons were set to stun

after some talking ironwood agreed to let ozpin send student to try it out to see what they got to witch ozpin let so and our story start off on the Venators inside the training room where many student from 1st years to 2nd years such as Team RWBY, team CFVY, team JNRP all stood there waiting as the room was huge and they were in awww

"Settle down everyone. As you may be asking why I brought you all here is because I've decided to enhance your perspective that you are not only fighting Grimm but things like rouge huntsman and other criminals in the field. So I ask a  Ironwood to see if his men the clone trooper of atlas to help train you on doing so. Everyone I like you all to meet Clone ARC Commander Colt  along with ARC troopers Hammer, Havoc and Blitz  Rancor Battalion" he says

as he says this 4 ARC troopers  enter the room them being Colt with his red

Colt as he along with Hammer had red Red Pauldron and red and gray markings on his armor , Blitz with his yellow Pauldron with yellow and gray markings on his armor and last was Havoc with his Blue Pauldron with Blue and gray markings on his armor  as Colt walk over speaking "  I want you students to remember. We're shoulder-to-shoulder on those front lines, brothers and sisters! And sometimes we make our own but now matter what we are united. Rule 1 we fight together. So who's ready to step up first and prove themselves to everyone." he ask

the Student all got stiff and stood at attention  as Jaune spoke " us sir"

Colt nods " very well " he nod to hammer " hammer show them the way"

Hammer nods leading team JNRP to the starting Point why 2 other clone lead the other to a waiting area where they can watch 

at the same time Colt along with Blitz and Havoc take Glynda, ozpin, Captain Rex and ironwood to the balcony that was overlooking the train arena ready to evaluate evaluate the Students on there performance and when arriving Hammer Joined them

as they enter Glynda spoke " so this is where we watch"

Colt nods " it will" he says and turns to Blitz " Alright you know the Drill... start the Citadel challenge version THX. Variable 1138 " Colt says 

Blitz nods as the Droid come on line they were reprogramed Droids taken from the battle of Mountain Glenn as they had been reprogramed and turned in to training droids to help the clone train for battle 

As team JNPR arrived onto the platform the charged right in as the training droids open fire upon them. They clones watched them as they see Jaune giving them orders to attack certain ones they are Immediate threat as team JNRP move out with Pyrrha and jaune taking the lead and Nora and ren following close behind as Nora  swing her hammer knocking droid down why Ren blast them with his gun and Jaune and Pyrrha cut them down with there swords and used the Shield

but as they push on they start to face more droid before they get half way   and the first one out was Ren taking a blaster bolt to the shoulder   witch was a stun shot knocking ren out and as ren gose down  Nora saw this and didn't pay attention to the B1 who shot her in there back. Pyrrha use her semblance to hold off the droids but soon was overwhelmed as droid march on at her and more fired upon her taking her out

 Finally Jaune Arc who was still up move fast as he  quite dragged his team to cover behind some cover as Colt saw this " I'm impressed. The Arc fella is doing well and he staying with his team but his combat techniques need improving."

Glynda nods " he was worse when he fist start but thanks to his team he got stronger  and is getting better but still has a lot to learn"

" agreed " Colt says as they keep watching and soon as Jaune faced off against the droids the gunner on the tower open fired and took him out having team JNPR failing but  they were close to the flag and the wall witch was good start for there little exercise as Colt took  Glynda to go see them

on the ground team JNRP start to wake up as Jaune sighed  "we were so close may " he says

"Maybe next time Jaune. With enough training we can make it." Pyrrha says as she got  and put a hand on his Shoulder

"yea we get them next time " Nora says Smiling

" there both right " a voice says as team JNRP turned seeing Colt walk over with Glynda " You all don't have the experience on the field like we do but with more training you get better and Maybe one day Arc I'll make you an arc trooper."

" Advance Recon Commandos  aka ARC trooper some of the best" Colt says as he smiled " You'll fit in perfectly now exit the arena, it's teams RWBY's turn on how the operate" he says as with this Colt, Glynda and team JNRP all head back to the stand and when there Colt look at trooper and spoke " same again start the Citadel challenge version THX. Variable 1138"  he says

the clone nods as the program starts and as it starts they see Ruby dish out order sending Yang and Blake in fist as she switch to sniper mode covering them as Yang would go in smashing Droid and making puns like " you could say there falling a part" or " hey take it easy im on your side get it your side hahaha" or " you could say there made of Tough Metal " as they fight as Colt see how they fight and see the flaw in there tactics. It's expected for a 15 year old to lead a team without any experience but with this is just bad but somehow they are pulling it off as Colt spoke " dose she always make jokes"

Pyrrha nods " im afraid so and there always bad"

" i see " Colt says as he watch as team rwby kept pushing on as they soon saw Weiss get hit in the back by a stun shot from one of the turrets as Ruby went to help she shot follow by yang and Blake as they soon failed but were close to where team JNRP had gone down too as Colt sighed   as he head down there

team rwby groan as they got up as yang sighed " and we faild"

"I guess we still need train Huh?" Ruby says as she got up

"Correct Miss Rose" Colt says as he walk over to the team alone " All of you need improvement if you wanna become heroes and after seeing what i seen so far i will be asking General Ironwood and headmaster ozpin if i can train you lot and the rest of the students and when i get the green light you all better be ready because I'll will not be going easy on you just because you are kids understood."

"yes mr colt " team rwby say 

" During training you'll refer to me as commander or sir is that understood " Colt says to them

" sir yes sir " team rwby yell

" good now now exit the arena, it's Team CRDL turn on how the operate" Colt says as he lead team rwby out the arena as Cardin and his team enter and when ready the buzzer gose off as team CRDL immediately rushes in dodge or blocking as much blaster fire as they can. As they did this they even took out many Droids as possible to prove themselves. But later on during the battle at the half way point things slowly took a one eighty going from good to bad

"how they doing " Ruby ask as she and her team watch

" that what i like to know " Glynda ask wondering

"For now yes but They are slowly breaking formation and becoming sloppy" Colt says as he look at them and sighed "  Reminds me of Domino squad "

" Domino squad?" Glynda ask wondering

" they were a group of clones at first they had a hard time with their first initiation they argue or fight, heavy was well he only thought of him self, echo and five watch each over why the other all argue but after there fist initiation and some stern words from a drill Sargant they pulled it off and became a good team, last i haird there up near Argus on a relay station out side the city " Colt says remembering what happen with  Domino squad

As team CRDL reached the middle of the arena Sky Lark suddenly got stunned by one of the sniper droids on the cat walk and  Russel seeing this spoke up" Cardin Sky down"

"leave him" Cardin says as he cut a droid down "Im braking for the Citadel"

"im right behind you" said Dove as he turn to Russel" come on Russel"

" but we need to get sky back" Russel says to them worried

"i said leave him that a order" Cardin says as Russel nods the team of 4 now going to a 3 but as they get close the droids all shut down on there own as Cardin groan" what we had it"

" em guys" dover says point to Colt walking over with Glynda

" what wrong sir" Russel ask " did we do some thing wrong"

"You could say it that way. I'm very disappointed in all of you." Colt says as he came to a stop near them all Glynda behind him

"that would be putting it mildly as You boys lack coordination, skill, and most of all teamwork as you broke formation, disobeyed orders Not only that you left a man behind! You just broke rule number 1" Colt says angy at them as he point out how they faild

Glynda sighed " I'm sorry team CRDL but this is a automatic failure." she says 

team CRDL now look down in defeat as the entire team was now just humiliated for breaking the most simple rule. Teamwork makes the dream work as they say and when they look up they see team RWBY, JNRP and  many more watching them as soon team CRDL leave and as they day went on  other students did their testing it was clear they still have much to learn. Ozpin agreed that the students will take a new class on tactics, new combat skills and teamwork  on how to be better

it was by Lunch time the test were finished and the students were taken off ship back to vale as Colt sighed " that was a hand full"

" well did any of them prove to be good " Rex ask walking over

" a few such as MR Arc and Miss Rose but others like team CRDL im not to sure but we get them in to shape " Colt says to the 501st captain

" i hope so Colt " Rex says as he pat his friend on the Shoulder " the boss letting you boys help train them  any way i best be off the dance is tonight and i be leading the men to Penny and the General to the dance" Rex says taking his leave

later that afternoon  Ruby Rose sits forlornly at a table before her thoughts are interrupted by Weiss Schnee. Weiss presents Ruby with two seemingly identical table cloths to choose from for the Beacon Dance. Ruby, sitting depressed is still worried about Blake Belladonna, who has not been sleeping lately due to her obsession with Roman Torchwick and the White Fang. However, Yang Xiao Long reassures Ruby and Weiss that Blake will definitely be going to the dance, which takes place on the following day.

Blake, still in her sleep-deprived state, is seen sitting in the library, working at a holographic display. However, a red laser pointer catches her attention, much to her irritation. She gets up and follows the laser pointer to its source - Yang, who quickly grabs her and tells her that they need to talk. Concurrently, Lie Ren is seen contentedly exiting the shower clad only in a towel, before being yanked away by Jaune Arc, who claims that they too need to talk.

Back at the JNPR dorm rooms, Jaune speaks with Ren, someone he considers one of his best friends and "the brother he never had", about his trouble with girls, and asks for advice in getting Weiss to return his affections. Pyrrha Nikos enters the room and tells Jaune to drop the gimmicks, pickup-lines and his whole act, and simply be honest with Weiss. Jaune, buoyed by this advice, thanks Ren and Pyrrha and rushes off to talk with Weiss.

Nora Valkyrie, who had overheard the conversation, tells a downcast Pyrrha to "practice what you preach." That night, Jaune goes to ask Weiss to the dance, but he is crestfallen when he sees Weiss already asking Neptune Vasilias to accompany her. He leaves, dejected.

Meanwhile, Yang and Blake talk alone in an empty classroom. Blake is still unwilling to stop her efforts in finding and stopping Torchwick and the White Fang, despite the protestations of her teammates. Yang tells her that she does not need to stop, merely slow down, and not let her obsession take over her life. Yang then speaks about her youth.

Yang and Ruby grew up in Patch, an island off the coast of Vale, while their father was a teacher at Signal Academy and their mother, a Huntress, would take on missions. One day, though, Summer did not return from a mission, leaving Yang, Ruby and their father utterly heartbroken. However, Yang then reveals that Ruby and Yang's father had in fact lost another lover once before: Yang's actual biological mother, who had left shortly after her birth under mysterious circumstances. Yang became obsessed with finding her mother, to the extent that it took over her life entirely. One day, as a child, intent to follow a possible lead, Yang journeyed out with Ruby to a remote area, where they are unexpectedly attacked by Grimm. Exhausted from the journey, Yang was powerless to fight back, and both sisters would have died if not for the timely intervention of their uncle Qrow Branwen, who killed the beasts and saved the pair.

Yang confides that she still continues her search, but does not recklessly let her obsession drive her life, and urges Blake to do the same and calm down for just one night. Blake still resists, causing Yang to become angered. Yang claims that in her current state, Blake would not be able to fight her, let alone Torchwick. Yang hugs Blake and asks her to slow down, not just for herself, but for the people she cares about. Yang then promises her a dance. Blake softens and agrees to slow down, following up on her partner's proposition.

at the same time the 501st and Atlas Shock trooper led by Rex and Thorn had been shorting security out as Rex had post a few 501st trooper at the CCTV tower with a few Atlas solder to guard it why other clone were put at key areas around beacon and at the launch pads why a few were also put as guard details for Ironwood and Penny

on the night of the dance the sight of the lonely, abandoned rose turns into a large collection of the same flowers, one dropping outward, in a large vase behind Yang, now in a short white dress with black heels as she stands at a podium. The doors in front of her open and she flips out upon seeing who walks in. "Ooohh, you look beautiful!" yang chears

Ruby groans as she looks distressed in her red dress with black lace, belt, and pumps " Can we have a serious talk about how Weiss fights in these?" she says as she tries to maintain her balance as she walks to the podium, much to her laughing sister's amusement 

Meanwhile outside, Sun is seen walking around and wearing a new black jacket (now closed up) with a white tie hung around his neck, which he proceeds to fight with before going inside " Stupid... dumb... neck trap! " sun says as he kept pulling on it

" I knew you'd look better in a tie." a voice says as  Sun stops his struggling and stares at the dark purple dress worn by Blake, now looking like she traded her dark bags for violet eyeshadow, as she steps forward and takes him by the arm. 

Sun smiled and blushed " Sooo, does this mean we're going... together? "

Blake smiled "technically, though my first dance is spoken for." she says

Inside the ballroom, streamers are hung through glass chandeliers, pink and blue balloons are everywhere, and students in dark suits and bright dresses are stepping with each other to the music between the white-clothed tables. Blake is spun around by Yang before they curtsey to one another, and Sun comes up and takes his date's hands as Yang gestures for him to do so. She goes to hang with Ruby and Weiss (in a similar white dress as Yang's) in the back of the room, watching Blake laugh and enjoy herself before smiling at her team.

  "I told you she would come." Yang says as she smiled

Weiss let out a happy sigh as she look at her friends "Mission accomplished."

Ruby: (turning to her teammates) Soooo, what do we do now?

Yang: Just have fun! (she proceeds to walk away and do so, with Weiss going the opposite direction and leaving Ruby behind)

Ruby Shouting after Yang: " Does that mean I can change out of these stupid things and into my hood now? " she ask but upon receiving no answer, she waddles around in her painful footwear " Stupid lady stilts!"

"Not enjoying yourself?" a voice says as Ozpin walk over with captain rex

Ruby surprised to see the headmaster step up by her sid along side Captain rex  shakes her head and laughs" Oh, no, everything's fine! I'm just not much of a fancy pantsy... dancey girl."

"Well, you can't spend your whole life on the battlefield, even if you may want to." Rex chuckled as he smiled at her

Ruby crossing her arms, looking annoyed "Yeah, that lesson's been floating around a lot lately."

Ozpin staring out at the dancing couples " If you think about it, fighting and dancing aren't so different. Two partners interlocked, although one wrong move on the ballroom merely leads to a swollen foot."

" Or a twisted ankle." add Rex 

Ozpin smiled " It's not every day that friends are able to come together like this. Time has a way of testing our bonds, but it's nights like these that can help keep them stronger than ever. Nights like these are ones we'll never forget." he says

Rex nods " he right there kid so go and enjoy your self why you can"  he says

Ruby smiles at the words of wisdom, but turns her head at the sound of the doors opening. Yang is back behind the podium, and smiles at the new arrivals. " You guys are just in time!" yang says

Mercury as he and Emerald step in with their ballroom best on before the screen goes black and the credits roll "Wouldn't miss it for the world." he says
