our story start at atlas where today we learn about it history and the kingdom it self now Atlas, formerly known as Mantle, was one of the four Kingdoms of Remnant. It was located in Solitas, the far northern continent of Remnant.

The Huntsman Academy of Atlas was known as Atlas Academy. Unlike most Kingdoms, Atlas' government, military and the Academy functioned as a single entity and made it a military state. It was also the location of the Schnee Dust Company headquarters. The notable cities of the Kingdom were its capital, Atlas, and the former capital, Mantle.

Early settlers came to the icy continent of Solitas in order to begin a new civilization. Its harsh climates and great mountain ranges helped to suppress the threat of the Grimm, but it also proved difficult for the population to grow. Humanity adapted, however, by using Dust in tandem with advanced technology, developed out of necessity and at faster progression than the rest of the world, creating what came to be known then as the Kingdom of Mantle. Their advancements in Dust application allowed Mantle to expand and devote more territory to mining and research, including the area beside the Kingdom's combat school, Alsius Academy.

Around eighty years before the beginning of the series, a massive ten-year conflict known as the Great War came to an end. In this war, Mantle and Mistral fought Vale and Vacuo. Prior to the war, Mantle formed an alliance with Mistral. The two traded frequently, and Mantle taught Mistral how to form settlements in the snowy northern region of Anima.

After an incident with the Grimm, Mantle came to the conclusion that, if it controlled its citizens' emotions through the abolishment of the arts and self-expression, it would become safer from Grimm. Rather than lose the alliance, Mistral did the same, to an extent. This added to the list of things Vale disliked about Mantle and Mistral, among which was the treatment of their own citizens, their use of slavery and their insistence that their way of life was what was best for everyone.

Eventually, Mistral entered a conflict with Vale, after a riot between settlers from the two devolved into the first battle of the Great War. Mantle rushed to their ally's aid, and together, they fought Vale on both Sanus and Anima soil. Having established a presence in Vacuo, the two allied Kingdoms were able to keep Vacuo out of the conflict, and some time into the war, they began pressuring the desert Kingdom to join the war on their side. Fearing that they would conquer Vacuo, should Vale fall, the citizens of Vacuo pushed Mantle and Mistral out of their territory and allied themselves with Vale.

mm attacks increased worldwide and as a result, Mantle lost many of its settlements to the creatures, some of which were never reclaimed.

During the war, Mantle accelerated the pace of its technological innovation, developing new weapons and applications of Dust, giving them an edge during the conflict. Large tracts of land were set aside for Dust mining and research. The Kingdom was also home to at least one combat school, Alsius, located to the northeast of the main settlement. The territory surrounding Alsius was used as a research and development facility during the war.

The Great War finally came to an end with the deadliest battle in the war's history. Mantle and Mistral attempted to take Vacuo's Dust mines to cut off their enemy's supply. There, they were met with the King of Vale personally leading his army alongside Vacuo. It is said that he laid waste to countless men, but historians claim that this feat was aided by the unusually violent weather and Mantle's inexperience in desert combat.

With the war over, the leaders of the four Kingdoms gathered on neutral ground on Vytal to form a treaty and plan the future of Remnant. There, the four Kingdoms' governments were restructured, their territories were redistributed, slavery was abolished, the tradition of the Vytal Festival was begun and the King of Vale founded the four Huntsman Academies.

Alsius was reopened under the name Atlas Academy and was secretly given a Relic to safeguard. As a gift to the world, Atlas invented the Cross Continental Transmit System and had the towers for it built on each Huntsman Academy's campus, thus allowing all four Kingdoms to communicate. In an attempt to give back to its citizens, Mantle applied many of the techniques and technologies used in the war to enhance the Huntsman Academy's campus, expanding the school grounds and even securing the surrounding areas. Along with the eventual establishment and merging of the military and research facilities with the government and schools, the original capital of Mantle was overshadowed. The decision was made to move the capital to Atlas, and the Kingdom as a whole was also accordingly renamed to Atlas. Around this time, an incarnation of Ozma used the Relic of Creation to raise Atlas off the ground. By the present day, the public story for Atlas being kept afloat is due to Gravity Dust.

The former capital of Mantle appears to have subsequently fallen on hard times, as alluded to in World of Remnant: Atlas. During the charity concert in "Tipping Point", guests are heard conversing with Jacques Schnee about the economic disparity between the cities of Atlas and Mantle. At the same time, they discuss Faunus-Human relations; it is implied that a significant portion of Faunus live in the poorer city of Mantle, and are economically disadvantaged themselves. Those that moved to the city of Atlas were "promised jobs" by the Schnee Dust Company amongst others, though it is implied that this is not working out as well as the immigrants would have hoped.

Decades prior to the start of "RWBY", Atlesian researchers at the now defunct Fort Arrowfell developed a deployable device for attracting Grimm through the use of stored fear energy. However, these devices proved to be too dangerous to manage, so Ironwood's predecessors canceled the project and closed the facility. They then assigned the protection of what remained of the technology to a secret Huntress team known as the Keepers of Arrowfell

Sometime prior to the events of the series, Bram Thornmane once trained in the Atlas Military in order to become a member of the Ace Operatives. However, he was rejected as a member and eventually left he military as a Huntsman and became resentful towards General James Ironwood. Around the same time, Hanlon Fifestone enlisted in the military as a soldier in order to fight for better rights for the people of Mantle. It was during this time that he saw the corruption, wealth and greed of the people of Atlas and deserted military duty in order to become a union leader in Mantle and resulting in him having a bad reputation among the people of Atlas

Some time before the beginning of the series, James Ironwood became the general of the Atlas Military first and the Headmaster of Atlas Academy second, gaining two seats in the council as a result. He also became a member of Ozpin's Group and learned of the existence of Salem.

In the past, a young Cinder Fall was adopted by the head of the Glass Unicorn and was forced to work there while being constantly abused by her and her daughters. After she steals Rhodes' Weapons, Rhodes finds her and decides to train her to be a Huntress for the next few years so she can eventually leave. One night, she snapped and killed her abusive step-family and Rhodes attempted to arrest her after he witnessed this until he was defeated and also killed in the process. After this, Cinder joined Salem's Inner Circle.

At some point, Ironwood asked his best scientists to come up with a way to improve the Kingdom's defenses with the winner having their project be the one that would be chosen. In the end, Pietro Polendina was the winner with his project, Penny Polendina being the first artificially created soul in Remnant. One of his co-workers, Arthur Watts later faked his death in "The Paladin Incident" and joined Salem's Inner Circle after his project was rejected in favor of Pietro's.

tlas Academy, formerly known as Alsius was the Huntsman Academy of the former Kingdom of Atlas. Unlike the other Kingdoms, the academy as an institution was not an entity separate from the Kingdom's government The academy served as the headquarters for the Atlesian Military due to the Atlas Command Center being located underneath it. It was also the location of the original Cross Continental Transmit System tower. The Headmaster of Atlas Academy was General James Ironwood, who was also a military commander before his death.

What would become Atlas was originally known as Alsius, a combat school in the Kingdom of Mantle The territory surrounding Alsius was used as a research and development facility during the Great War.

Alsius was later reopened under the name Atlas Academy, in order to house and give guidance to warriors after the conclusion of the Great War. The campus was greatly expanded with the technologies developed during the war, helping to better secure the surrounding territories. As a result, Atlas grew quickly and attracted many to the area surrounding it, including research facilities, laboratories, the original CCTS tower and the military. In time, residential areas also started flocking to Atlas.

It eventually became clear that Atlas had become a bustling city in its own right and overshadowed the main city of Mantle. The decision was thus made to move the capital from Mantle to Atlas, ushering in a "golden age of prosperity". The Kingdom as a whole was also accordingly renamed to Atlas, and became renowned for housing the world's most well-funded academy and its most powerful military force. During recent times, the government of Atlas and the academy existed together as a single entity, along with the military.

In the years following, the academy had come under criticism for the imposition of military lifestyle on its students. Graduates and trainees were also pressured to enlist in the Atlesian Military's Special Operatives unit, a practice that ran contrary to the academy founders' initial intentions for Huntsmen to be free from allegiance to a specific Kingdom.

Atlas Academy sat on a mountain as the highest point in the center of the City of Atlas. James Ironwood's office was able to overlook the entire city. The Academy was situated right behind the "Donut", allowing Ironwood to see down below the floating island.

The dress code at Atlas consisted of white long-sleeved shirts with gray pocket-vest jackets on top. These were accompanied by a pair of white dress gloves and a dark-gray tie. Male students wore long white trousers, while female students wore gray stockings and knee-high black boots.

The Academy was built as five enormous towers: one large central tower and four side towers of varying heights surrounding the main building. The large central tower was the original CCTS tower that was created. Each of the side towers had a pair of Hard-Light Dust rings surrounding them, and a glass viewing platform at the top of the tower. Due to its extensive use of Hard-Light Dust, Atlas had a blue tint to a seemingly dark building at night, and was shown to be silver during the day

our story start today over in Ironwood officer where   he was filling out paper work for atlas on new projects, weapons, school stuff and more as he worked  hard now Ironwood was shown to be well dressed and clean, much like Ozpin. He wore a white overcoat, with a gray undercoat, black sweater, a red necktie and a white glove on his right hand. His suit pants shared the same color as his overcoat and were tucked into silver boots accented in gray. His hair was black, with some gray areas, while his eyebrows were solid black. He had a strip of silver metal above his right eyebrow, a neurotransmitter that helped him operate the robotic parts of his body

right now he was at his desk working  when a door buzz " enter" ironwood says as he look up at the door

a man enter this was  Pietro   he was a young man with brown hair, he wore a red vest over a cream collarered shirt with a pink necktie and a white scientist jacket, and gray pants. as he came in on his hover chair " good morning General " he says

Ironwood smiled " good day Doctor Polendina" he says as he put his pen down and look over to his friend " what can i do for you"

" it not what you can do for me but what i can do for you General ironwood" Doctor Polendina says as he roll over " we did it.. we Finley cracked the code"  he says handing a dater pad over to Ironwood

Ironwood took the pad  and look at it at first he remain silent  as he start reading the name  "Project Cloning and Project Clone army"  where as he look he see the info  about the idea to make a clone army for atlas to help boost the number of solder to protect the kingdom   as this was a idea done by one of  the best  scientists in atlas and a good friend of Doctor Pietro Polendina  aka Doctor Nala Se ( aka it is Nala Se from star wars just she Human) as a photo of the woman is seen a Human woman with Dark hair a blue  shirt and a white lab coat 

the Dater pad show she and Pietro had made a brake threw in the cloning of abel to make a clone template and start a cloning but due to the cloning they had to do a processes called age acceleration to make them grow in half a  life time meaning evrey 10 years a new batch of clones could be ready and trained from birth  with the lab they could  9,216 for the 1st batch and due to the  having 3 labs meaning they could make a few Regement and they have at least 1.536 clones in each in just 10 years and that she also working on new weapons and amour for the clone project like the Phase II clone trooper armor

the Phase II clone trooper armor was an enhanced version of the Phase I Atlas trooper armor, now the Phase II incorporated all of its predecessor's systems in addition to polarized lenses, padding, and stronger, lighter armor plates. It could also support more modular attachments, making it superior to its predecessor. Unlike early iterations of the Phase I armor, color was used to denote unit affiliation instead of rank.

The new armor incorporated a more advanced air filtration and oxygen supply system, polarized lenses, and an annunciator to make speech more comprehensible. In addition, the boots were magnetized and incorporated a grav-field alternator to ensure stability. Another useful feature was that the armor and the bodysuit could be pressurized, providing temporary protection against non-breathable atmospheres. It was not as pressurized as its predecessor, however, when used in conjunction with a external respirator, the clones could last longer in a vacuum environment wearing Phase 2 compared to its predecessor.

The Phase II armor, unlike the Phase I armor, had many distinct variations. In some examples, armor was modified to suit an individual clone, while in others, it was specialized to suit a specific 'breed' of troopers (such as clone paratroopers). It is known that some clones, like Faie and CC-1004, had more than one set of armor. Many Clone trooper commanders, Clone commandos and Shadow Clone Troopers had special attachments on their armor, and allowed some lower ranked officers to wear special attachments as well. Some special attachments included kamas and pauldrons, they could also attach electrobinoculars and sun visors to their helmets. Clone captains would occasionally have a pair of DC-17 hand blasters attached to each side of their kama.

Ironwood was speachles he had no idea what to say as he look at it " you did it.. i can not believe it you did it" he says

" it more thanks to Nala Se" Pietro says smiling " with the 3 cloning labs we set up for the testing we can grow a good number in just the 10 years and when there of age we can stop the age acceleration so then they can live a normal life or keep it it just means there life spam gose from a normal human life time to 35 may be 45 years tops  " he says

" i see " ironwood smile "   well doctor you and Nala Se have Permission to start this Project  but do you have a template"

"yes we  do a Huntman called Jango Fett  retried and live in mantel he a born fighter and solder i think he be a good template" a voice says as Nala Se enter holding her clip board

" i see and well cone again Nala Se" Ironwood smiled " i have him brought to your lab as with this new clone army we can make Remnant safer " he says

the 2 nob as Nala Se spoke " that we can  the clone be given a number and be allowed to chose there own name " she says

" good  now then with this i must make a  way to Present this to the council " ironwood says smiling as he stood up shaking the 2 Doctor hands "  have all your finding sent to me at ones "

Nala Se nods " will do " she says and turned to   Pietro " let us go Pietro we got much to do"

Pietro nods "  yes we do" he says as he follow Nala Se out of the office heading back to there lab  to carry on there work

3 hours later

it been 3 hours sins Nala Se and Pietro had told Ironwood about the cloning project   after this the 2 with there atlas Night body guards head down to Mantle

Mantle was a city in the former Kingdom of Atlas, located on the northern continent of Solitas. It was the former capital of the now-defunct Kingdom of Mantle, later known as Atlas. It was located under the floating island of Atlas City. The city was situated on the landmass of Solitas. It was located on the edge of a giant crater that formerly housed the flying island of Atlas. Tethers from the Snow Shoe Shipping Facility used to send Dust to Atlas connected Mantle to the flying city.

The majority of the city was dense and industrial with a wall used to separate it from Solitas' Tundra and the Grimm living in them. By Volume 7, the wall was damaged and needed to be repaired with supplies to do so, with them instead being diverted to Amity Communications Tower. A gray fog covered the city due to the effects of Dust mining, giving everything a darker tone. Many signs and billboards hung on the tall buildings. Orange lighting throughout Mantle was part of the city's heating grid.

Due to having the military and government centralized in Atlas, Mantle's economic and living condition were poor in comparison to the latter and had only continued to plummet due to the Dust Embargo implemented by James Ironwood. In election polls, Mantle was shown to have a total of 41 voting districts on electoral maps. Many people attempted to try improving Mantle's working conditions throughout it's history, including the Happy Huntresses who were eventually forced to steal from the military after believing that their people were attacked by them, as well as Mantle's most well-respected Union leader Hanlon Fifestone prior to the events of "RWBY: Arrowfell".

In the crater directly underneath Atlas, Mantle was shown to have slums within the edges of its borders. Oscar Pine landed in these slums in "The Enemy of Trust". The crater was a mining pit with trains and other locomotives present, as well as other mining gear.

The crater was a home for many Faunus who built slums with run-down buildings and tents with tattered cloths on them to live in. After the heating grid in the city went out, the city's population was forced to temporarily relocate here to stay warm. It was also shown that the slums were built in a crate yard with crates labeled "Mantle Shipping Co". The Happy Huntresses set up a tent with their Emblem to use as a temporary base of operations.

Underneath the crater were a series of vast interconnected underground tunnels known as the "Crater Caverns". In the past, the Schnee Dust Company mined these tunnels for Dust until they eventually ran out and were abandoned by the company afterwards.

any way down in the city in one of the many house  we Nala Se and Pietro sitting down on a couch with a man in front of them this man was Jango fett he was 6 feet tall, dark hair and around 35 years old  and behind him  in a store room Jango old weapon and amour from when he was a Huntman 

" so let me get this straight you finally found a way to clone a person and want me as the template"  jango ask as he walk back and forth taking it all in

" yes we do we think you make the best Template "Nala Se says before taking a sip of her tea

Pietro nods " you are one of many we thought but your more better than most you  be abel to make them in to good solder and transfer your skill, history evrey thing to them  they be like you a army of you  in a way and your be payed in  yen 5 million yen " Pietro adds in

" hmm what make you think i be interest " jango ask

Nala Se put her glass down looking over to Jango "a change at immortality and a change to pass your ways on to a army crafted and trained by you as they all be in your Image" 

  "alright " Jango chuckled " i accept your offer on one Condition"

"and that is" Pietro ask

" i want the fist clone for my self and unmodified " jango says  to them

" may i ask why" Nala Se ask 

" you can  but i wont say " Jango says as he put his hand out "we got a deal or no"

"we got a deal" Nala Se says as she shook his hand " make sure your at Atlas labs tomorrow afternoon "  she says

" i be there" Jango says as he  escort the 2 out of his home heading back to Atlas why Jango step back inside and start packing a few thing as he be going to atlas and may be move there why  helping with the Project

the next day soon came and the test start as DNA samples  are Taken from Jango along with Blood, spit and more  as there put in to a machine that help with  cloning   at the same time a few training room are made the 1st a open battle Field training room ( as seen in bad batch season 1 Episode 1 and season 1 Episode 15  ) and a Citadel Training room where the clone would have to take the Droid base ( aka Citadel Challenge from clone wars season 3 episode 1)

 thease areas were made to help train the clones and to use different tacti's in battles  along side a new  bunk area was made just for the clones  to keep them to them selfs any way this was all made for the Cloning Project  and when Jango DNA was collect it start and thanks to the age acceleration the clone were starting to be bred    faster  in 10 years the 1st batch was ready  and shown to the public

during the 1st year of the Cloning  Ironwood and the Atlas  Council informed the people of atlas and then Remnant of the brake threw in cloning and what is going on and the changes how other than the main Atlas Army a smaller army aka a clone army will be made to help 

to say the least many were shocked a few were wondering how this would go, others worried as jobs may start to be lost in atlas army and Police, other not happy that  in there words " lab rats" would be made in to Solders, a few were worried for other reasons and a few angry but many would happy to see where this would go

it was not until 10 years later  when the 1st batch of   9,216 Clones were made with made and during this time Jango had Retired when he became  ill but still lives in atlas  any way with the fist batch clones made they were put in to Legion witch were the 501st/ 322nd Legion, the 212th Attack Battalion, the 104th Battalion aka Wolfpack, the Clone shock troopers along with other Normal CT aka clone Troopers and the few teams of Clone Commandos as we watch as member of the new clones walk out there part of the atlas base putting on there helmet ready for order and missions
