in total there are not 20 of them  so far ( 5 more being bulit and 4  to 5  venators are always kept back at atlas for safty)

in total there are around 25 of them the rest were iver destroyed during the fall of beacon or when the war broke out and due to them being obsolete because of the venators the remaning 15 kept mostly at atlas

how ever 10 more were given a way to SDC to protect them 

so atlas army/ navy have 15 but most of them are kept back at atlas to protect the kingdom and mantal it self

SDC has 10 there use to help protect the dust transport ships and move the SDC privet army around

most can be adapted to carry stuff such as a thanks to the magnetic clamps it can carry thing at the bottom of it such as a giant container used for cargo, a mobile medical bay, a mobile command center or barracks and much more ( as seen in the clone wars)
