Tristan had found a place to live and was putting his belongings into the dressers and hanging up paintings that he made himself most of them being of beautiful sceneries. He sighs in relief and admires his work then looks around when he hears giggling.
"Hello?" He called out but got no reply. He hears a whoosh and turns his head to the origin of the sound. "I see you've let yourselves in, who ever you are." He said aloud and heard another giggle followed by another whoosh. "You kind of remind me of my little cousins, giggling and hiding from me." He said with a small smile.

"I promise I won't harm you." He stated as he looks around one final time and sees a piece of paper on his desk. He walks over and reads it. "If you are interested in knowing who we are prove yourself worthy in the arena." He read aloud to himself.
"Hmm, interesting but very tempting. Okay I'll bite."

Cody stared down into the arena remembering the first time he fought in it. The sneaky sisters had trapped him and Joe in the arena and left them to fight a giant lobster. "He's on his way." Sam said from behind him.
"Hmm? Oh good." He replied looking over his shoulder. "Your thinking about him aren't you?" She asked. Cody gives a curt nod and closes his eyes.

"How would you feel if Selina left?" He asked her suddenly. "I'd be worried every day." She replied. "We know you miss Joe but you have to know he might not be coming back." Selina said.
Cody nods and opens his eyes to see the young captain enter the arena. "Here he is." He said and steps closer to the edge. "Captain can you hear me?" He called out and Tristan gave him a thumbs up.

"Good we're going to test your skills against several different enemies like zombies, wolves and skeletons." Cody said. "Yes sir." Tristan replied. Cody nods and turns to the professor. "Let the wolves out." He said. Nial nods and presses a button opening one of the cages.

A pack of gray wolves led by one white wolf rush out and run straight at the young captain. Tristan doesn't pull any of his weapons out, he only stands there. "What is he doing?!" A soldier shouted. "He's going to get himself killed!" Another yelled. The wolves snarled and snap their jaws but come to a complete stop at the young man's feet.

The white wolf whimpers and lays down at Tristan's feet. He smiles as he kneels down and pets the mighty beast. "Good girl." He says leaving everyone watching in awe. "How did he do that?" Selina asked. "I don't know." Nial replied. Tristan gets back to his feet just as another cage opens releasing a small group of zombies.

Tristan pulls out his Scottish steel cutlass and whistles. The pack of wolves get up and attack the zombies. The young man charged forward and stabs one zombie through the cranium and pushes the dead body off the blade. "Let's make it more challenging, let the skeletons and armoured zombies have a go at him." Cody said and Nial opens more cages.

Zombies in diamond armor carrying swords and war hammers stepped out of one cage while skeletons fired arrows from another. Tristan whistles again and gestures to the skeletons giving the wolves an easier target. He meets the zombies half way and slashes at one zombie's unprotected leg. The zombie tumbles to the sandy floor and struggled to get back up. He steps back when another zombie swings a hammer at him.

The young man reaches for his revolver but remembered that he left it on the table at home.
He puts his sword away and pulls out his glaive. "Come on then." He growled quietly and swings the spear like weapon. The zombies stumble back but immediately rush back at him.
Tristan whistles once more and three of the six wolves distract the other zombies keeping them from surrounding him.

Tristan trips a zombie and stabs it with his glaive then picks up a war hammer and smashes another zombie's chestplate. The zombie stumbles and falls into a spike pit. Soon there was only one zombie remaining, he walks up to it and runs it through with his glaive.

The white wolf and the remainder of the pack return to him just as he leans against the wall for support. Cody and the others enter the arena and  approached the young captain.
"That was astonishing." He said. "How did you get the wolves to obey you?" Nial asked. "I have a way with animals." Tristan replied and pets one of the wolves.

"Here take these." Cody said tossing him a bottle of pain killers. "You may have only been hit by arrows but you'll be really sore in the morning." He stated.
"If I may ask how does the King of Atlantis get his hands on pain killers?" Tristan asked. "I'm also a doctor." Cody replied. Tristan nods and takes some of the pain killers. "Allow me to introduce you to the Sneaky sisters, Sam and Selina." Nial said gesturing to the two mermaids.

"Ladies." Tristan said tipping his hat to them. "Sorry about breaking and entering." Sam said with a small smile. "Yeah we had something else planned for you but Cody wanted you to meet us this way." Selina chimed in. The young man chuckled softly. "Well I prefer it to be this way then possibly getting stuck in something you two cooked up." He says with a smile. The two girls laugh and leave. "Go get some rest captain." Cody said.
Tristan nods and heads back home for he had a big day tomorrow.
