Crystal was quiet as Red returned. Gold stayed from afar as she hugged her sharpshooter.

"You're acting like you like her."

"Her defiance is a nasty thing."

"Yes, but your determination is just as bad." Curses. "You wanna know how you can beat down an old fate?"

"How?"

"You wanna alliance with someone who's willing to work against it as well." Gold glanced at him. "I have a plan to weaken the Dark Society. You in?" Gold smiled.
